Cabo Verde manager Bubista spoke about the level of pride he has for his team after an incredible run in this edition of the World Cup: "Well, first of all, good evening. First things first: I feel pride in my players and in what they did. They did it with dignity and courage. And also a word to our opponent, Argentina. I think they showed why they're world champions. I think I can say our team showed how willing they were to play this game, to play this match. I don't think any other team could have scored two goals against Argentina and then taken the match into extra time. I think that shows the character of our team, how skilled our team was throughout most of the match. We knew the quality of our opponent. And he's really made a big sacrifice to go and devote his life to trying to make a difference on some of these, very, very challenging issues. And I know firsthand how lonely it is to be in those jobs and how hard it is when everyone's rooting against your success. "And so I spent a lot of time helping Steve, just quietly. And then when things got very intense with Gaza, Steve, and the president asked me to get more involved operationally, which obviously, when the president asks you to do something, you do it. And, we worked together incredibly well. We're able to achieve an outcome that, I think nobody thought was possible. "For two years, the war in Gaza was raging. It was causing really, a big dark cloud over the entire world. And I think that, it was something we were able to get in. All 28 bodies have been returned. It's the first time since 2014 that there's no, hostages or dead bodies in Gaza. And now that's creating the conditions for a new beginning. "You know, the other side of it as well is now that the war has stopped and we've, you know, a lot of people thought it wouldn't hold. It was a very delicate ceasefire in the beginning. You know, I thought I would get the deal done, and then, you know, I'd go back to my life. But then Steve and I are both realizing, oh, my God, there's a lot to do to keep this thing held together. "You know, there's so much here hatred and emotion and distrust when you're ending a war that you can't just, like a light switch, turn it on and off. So we, then started focusing on how do we deal with the massive humanitarian issue that was occurring in Gaza. You had 2 million people there. "We've been able to work with the United Nations. I give Tom Fletcher a lot of credit. We've, put in more humanitarian aid into a war zone. Than I think has ever been done in history. So now, there's a lot of aid in there, and we've started the rebuilding process. I know Yakir, Gabay is here, who's a great friend of mine, and, he's basically volunteered all of his time away, from his businesses to try and help us come up with a plan to do this. "Tony Blair has been great, so we really have brought a lot of great entrepreneurs and thinkers in, and I think we're, making a lot of progress. And, we're currently, I think it's about four months, since the war, was stopped, and I think nobody thought it would last this long. And, we're kind of at the final stages of the negotiations with Hamas on the demilitarization, where, they've basically agreed in principle to, follow through. That was the agreement we did. Now their concerns are mostly about, well, if we turn over our weapons and we do this, who are we turning them over to? "And, we're building a Palestinian police force. Right now we had over, I think about 200,000 applicants for it, and I think over like 70,000 that passed our vet. ⭐️: You’re asking if I have any worries these days? Well… there is something. Anyway, a lot of people have come to recognize us now, and I think things have gone really well for us. But I do have some personal concerns. Now that everything has gone so well, I do find myself wondering, “Just how much of a person am I, really?” Of course, Ateez has done really well, but when it comes to things like the members’ individual recognition—I don’t know what to call it, recognition, I guess—I do think about how I can make up for that on my end. What do I need to work harder at so that all of us can look good together? I do think about things like that. Anyway, we’ve been through everything together for eight years, but even then, everyone’s pace is different. So the healthy way I think about it is, “What can I do here? What can I do right now?” Once I’ve done everything I can, I think the rest is out of my hands So I really believe in the saying “jininsa daechonmyeong”: Do everything you can, and leave the rest to fate. I really believe in that and live by it. There was a time like that, too. There was a day when I felt really down. I think it was about three years ago. And even then, I thought the same thing: “Don’t get frustrated here. Just do what I can do right now, what’s right in front of me.” So I kept doing what I could, like working out, and I didn’t let go of that dream. I just kept doing what I was supposed to do. Then, less than a month later, a really good opportunity came to me. So I thought, “If I don’t give up and I keep doing my best, good opportunities really do come naturally. Opportunities come to people who are prepared.” And now Ateez is doing well again, and there are members who are seeing even more of the spotlight. I’m also receiving a lot of love, but when I think about it in terms of being recognized by the general public, I still think, “What is there that I can do here?” Honestly, there isn’t that much we can do. We just work hard at dancing and singing, work hard at filming, take care of our bodies, eat well, sleep well, and communicate with our fans often. That’s about it. There are probably a lot of schedules and things like that that people don’t see, but I think that if I just work hard at the things I can do, maybe I’ll be able to do well again, and maybe there’ll be even better results. The ironic thing is, that’s how I think about it these days. In the past, if you wanted to become famous, you would go on TV, do shoots, film things, do photo shoots, things like that. But these days, and I feel a little cautious saying this, you have to already be famous to be able to go on those shows. Anyway, those people also care about the results, so I completely understand it. And we’re not a huge company, either. So it’s not like we can just get ourselves placed on those shows. Was that too honest? We want to go on them. But even if we say, “We want to go on, please let us go on,” it doesn’t mean that’s enough to make it happen. So I think it’s a pretty difficult situation. Still, because we’ve done well, there are now members who can go on better programs than before. And then, within that, I find myself thinking about these things again. But I think I’m doing well. I think I’ve done well up until now, and I’ll continue to do well going forward. So I trust myself. So I wouldn’t really call it a worry. Maybe I should call it a worry where the answer is already there. The answer is already decided, so I’m not worried about it, but it is still something I think about. You know how they say, “A slight difference in wording can make a big difference”? It’s kind of like that.

🐈‍⬛ We have never lost that unique 'ENHYPEN' quality and I don't think we ever will in the future. But while always maintaining that identity, I believe the quality this time around will really show people, 'This is ENHYPEN.' That's why I'm looking forward to it a lot, and I just have a ton of confidence in it, no matter what anyone says. I hope that ENGENEs will love it just as much. Personally, I think this is a point in time where it's time to hit another career high, and I have the confidence that this album can achieve that and even more. I am already anticipating that this album will play that kind of role. It's certain, and I believe it will be an album that holds that much meaning for me

Today is my 37th birthday. Yesterday I went to the US senate and spoke my truth - as a physician, as a woman, and a living being striving to act on the signals I am perceiving and the intuition I feel. If there is one thing I feel at this moment in my life at 37, it is that cultivating healthy bodies is of real importance as it is one of the ways that we honor this mysterious MIRACLE of life and nurture the material receiver through which we might be able to connect with spirit, with God. Our unhealthy bodies are a distraction and impediment to the bliss that we can experience right now in the simple recognition of our oneness with all things. Right now, many levers of society in our material world make being healthy extremely challenging for so many. There is mass suffering that needn’t be, because we are - I believe - distraction, confused, and lost, In the swirl of the cosmos, there is something happening in our little corner that feels like it glitching. Life is on assault. Our Earth, the Mother through which God allowed us to come into human form by assembling atoms from her into us, is being destroyed at our own hands, and so of course, so are we. We have broken the cycles of life, and so we are, or course, breaking. I don’t believe the answers to this are going to be strictly technological, because technology often seems to have the intent of outsmarting nature, with I don’t think is possible. Today is my 37th birthday. Yesterday I went to the US senate and spoke my truth - as a physician, as a woman, and a living being striving to act on the signals I am perceiving and the intuition I feel. If there is one thing I feel at this moment in my life at 37, it is that cultivating healthy bodies is of real importance as it is one of the ways that we honor this mysterious MIRACLE of life and nurture the material receiver through which we might be able to connect with spirit, with God. Our unhealthy bodies are a distraction and impediment to the bliss that we can experience right now in the simple recognition of our oneness with all things. Right now, many levers of society in our material world make being healthy extremely challenging for so many. There is mass suffering that needn’t be, because we are - I believe - distraction, confused, and lost, In the swirl of the cosmos, there is something happening in our little corner that feels like it glitching. Life is on assault. Our Earth, the Mother through which God allowed us to come into human form by assembling atoms from her into us, is being destroyed at our own hands, and so of course, so are we. We have broken the cycles of life, and so we are, or course, breaking. I don’t believe the answers to this are going to be strictly technological, because technology often seems to have the intent of outsmarting nature, with I don’t think is possible. PRX alecks: “If you win a trophy in any year, it’s a good year. We’ve attended the two big events, Toronto and Paris, and we did well in Champs, in my opinion. I think we would have lost to the two teams that are in the top three. So that means that if anything, I think we lost to better teams, and I’m very, very proud of their performance in general, especially their resilience at the start of the year. I think the fact that we still managed to stick together and go through our tough times, I think it’s a huge milestone for the team. As a group, I think I just want them to know I’m very proud of them. I thought that they improved all the way to here. Maybe this wasn’t our best performance, but also these DRX guys, we’ve played with them every year. We know how good they are. I know everyone was rating them a bit low this event, but we knew coming in that they would be one of the better teams in this event, regardless. 🐈‍⬛: first of all, i think our upcoming 8th mini album is going to be out really soon… as all the members said, we’re really confident about it. i wanted this to be the highest point of our career at this moment, and i believe this album is going to do that for us. 🐈‍⬛: and after that i think we will just keep going on with the world tour. we only just started. this is our second or third stop here in the us and latin america, and we still have a long way to go and a lot of things to do. 🐈‍⬛: the only thing i can say is that everything’s going to be AMAZING

Certainly, we know we're taking a level of risk when we bring players in with injury histories. We're feeling that risk right now and it hasn't helped that a number of our players have gotten hurt at the exact same time. It's not something we necessarily anticipated. But I think that's a fair question and something we need to look at."
