Meet Larry 🤝 This 84 year old gentleman came to see me a few weeks ago due to hip pain. His opening line was, “I’m only here because my daughters made me come, I think I’m fine!” Turned out he was right, Larry’s hip was in good shape and when I suggested some balance and resistance training would complement his daily walking he thought it was a great idea. This is a look into his first programme. We’re going to meet in four weeks time to see how everything goes…and I’d anticipate we will be making the programme more challenging 👊
