This guy’s big head is clearly getting bigger by people affirming him as yet another one of the “good ones”. His disregard for Martha’s concerns reeks of male entitlement. He’s no different than the rest of them. If David were to enter a men’s space and a young boy asked his dad why a “big woman” was in there, the dad could simply tell him the truth, which is that he’s actually a man in a dress. Neither the dad nor the son would be necessarily scared of him. If David were to enter a women’s space with Martha and her daughter, both of them would not only know right away that he’s a man in a dress, but they would also be frightened by his presence there, and rightfully so. Good men stay out so that bad men stand out.
