it’s one of these reason -one of the parts are anchored -one of the parts are welded to the head -the hpr isn’t rigged to the torso I think and the head and arm rig is mixed up with smth

iirc this is caused either by the joint being welded to another joint or the mass is greater than the humanoid root parts

Turn all parts except the HumanoidRootPart to massless, turn off Anchored on all parts.

Hey, idk if you found out how to fix this yet but this could be the problem off 1. you rigged it wrong and you MUST suffer 2. the RootPriority is connected to the wrong part somewhere, try setting the RootPriority of the humanoid to 1 or higher until it works right.
