Maple had her third session of training with the mat today. Day 1 she figured out she needed to be on the mat and after she was consistently going there, we paired the cue "place". Day 2 continued with the cue and getting her to consistently go to the mat with the handler on all sides. Today we sat further away from the mat and gave the cue, from a distance, and had her stay there for slightly longer durations. She does very well. We'll continue to practice longer durations and cueing from different spots. Once she's super consistent staying there (that should only take a couple more sessions) and is a bit better at keeping all 4 paws on, we'll add some distractions and take the mat outside and practice. It's often used in long durations for working dogs so it gives them the opportunity to reposition themselves to be comfortable. Dear young men, You can be anything in this life but please don't be a simp. I was seeing various video snippets of a certain man who went to the honest bunch podcast to share the tales of his bitter ordeal in his marriage to a certain lady whose name I don't want to mention. I sincerely have no idea about the couple until I saw the video but I realised from online comments that they were a very popular power couple on Instagram way back 2018 or thereabout. Out of curiosity, I went on YouTube to watch the full video on Glitch Africa Studio channel. I cringed while watching the video because I was very pissed off with what the guy was saying. I felt for him at the same time though. My question still remains "how can a guy be so naive?". He married at 37yrs of age. One would have expected a 37y/o man to be well experienced about life. Now he is 48yrs old with no child anywhere in the world, and his wife has left him too. His first mistake: She was already married and divorced, and she told you about it, but you are a single man who has never been married, yet you made a divorced woman your first choice and you even got married to her just five months after she slid into your DM. She was already leading you on handicap with her prior marriage experience. As a single man, marrying a divorced woman or a single mother is more like you playing Russian roulette with your life. Another mistake: You agreed to her travelling abroad while you stay behind in Nigeria. She outgrew you while you remained at same level. Another mistake: You saw a chat she had with her friend where she said she was done with you and all sort, yet you still chose to stay in the long distance marriage and kept on fooling and simping. Another mistake: You agreed to her doing an arranged marriage in US so she can get a green card. FT Spurs 0 v 3 Nottingham Forest We are in serious trouble make no mistake about it,mid March and we still have no wins it’s just an unbelievably bad situation. 2 games against them we’ve conceded 6 and scored 0 😡 We lost to a shambolic second half from Forest in reality. You can’t say they didn’t try but we just weren’t good enough. How we ended the 1st half 1 down. I’ll never know. We had so much pressure on their goal. I was worried when it was announced Michael Oliver was our ref today. He gives us nothing, and so it came to be a couple of penalty shouts and every decision against us. Gray, Tel, and Danso did so well in that half, but again we were undone at a corner. Igor Jesus heading in after losing Spence,not long after a great shot from Tel was brilliantly saved. I think we deserved better. For the possession, we needed more shots on target. Tudor took off Spence and MVDV off at HT, which was a bit of a surprise to me. Maybe it was the poor late goal at HT. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Leaving Porro on Hudson Odoi was always going to end badly, and it did as he crossed for MGW to score. 😡 How Oliver allowed Sangare to stay on the pitch after a clear 2nd yellow on Simmons was beyond me . Bringing on Udogie didn’t work out he was poor in fact none of the subs worked to push us forward the 2nd half was terrible and it was Forest that played in Europe on Thursday. Now with a 3 week break will the club stick or twist on Tudor. It’s looking more like Lincoln away Olé Olé We go again v Sunderland For Clarity it’s ENIC who have put us in this situation I said it in the video but it ain’t enough for some fans here so here it is in written form for you ok 😡👊🏼 #COYS 🤍💙

Travis Pastrana, the greatest stuntman of our generation and the first person to EVER land a double backflip on a motorcycle, realized that the average viewer is so far below his riding skill level that they don’t even know what is and isn’t impressive in his domain. I have no idea how much more difficult a double backflip is compared to a single backflip, or how hard a single backflip is compared to any of Evil Knievel’s jumps. Pastrana realized that he would have to demonstrate his skillset in a domain the common viewer would be familiar with, so he added a segment to Nitro Circus where they started doing stunts on those girly little tricycles we all had when we were little kids. Seeing this video was what really blew me away. For the first time, I really got it. Public support of science & technogy has much the same problem as Freestyle Motocross did in the early 2000’s and we should use the same solutions they came up with. I’m relatively well educated, but I have no idea what a trigger chain is or how hard it is for the LHC to do 60 million collisions (that number means nothing to me- it might as well be 600 or 6 billion). But I can look at a robot solving a rubik’s cube and say “wow das fast”, the same way I can see a guy flipping a tricycle and say “wow he’s way cooler than i ever will be”. In the eyes of a stuntman, the double backflip on the dirtbike may be the better trick, but it’s too far out of the public’s understanding to grasp. Counterintuitively, it’s harder to build something that blows away the common man than it is to dazzle a specialist with specs. Only aerospace dweebs care if you make your airplane 16% more fuel efficient. But even a 10 year old can appreciate a plane going mach 5 or a rocket being caught with chopsticks. In the context of Neuralink, It doesn’t really matter what neat benchtop tests I’ve seen internally or how good our “bitrate” and other technical specs get, unless they translate to immensely useful devices for our users. The only thing that actually matters is providing a safe product that users genuinely love, and making it so amazing that every fourth grader is blown away by it. Only THEN can we be proud of the engineering feats. Travis Pastrana thanks for being an inspiration to me and millions of others, even though I may have broken a couple bones cuz of you…

Right now, Kashawn Aitcheson is dominating juniors the way a top prospect should, but as we all know, the NHL is a whole different animal. The biggest question mark for him is still his skating. He’s improved, but the feet can get a little wide in transition and his mobility will be tested. Gap control, decision making under pressure, and staying disciplined is what separates good junior D from reliable NHLers. When he finally does turn pro, he’s going to take his lumps, high PIMs in juniors have shown that. Pro hockey will force him to channel his snarl without the extra (sometimes boneheaded) penalties. With that said, I wanted to put together a realistic timeline and set tempered expectations for him over the next few seasons. 2026-27: He’s in Hamilton full time. Expect him to log big minutes on the power play, keep producing points at a solid clip (maybe the 30-45 range) and up the physicality that makes fans love him. Defensively, he’ll tighten up with pro coaching, but there will be nights where the game will look too fast and he’s going to get caught. Maybe he’ll get a couple of NHL call ups for injuries, but he’s not forcing his way into the lineup yet. Next season is all about development. 2027-28: I think he could still be splitting time between Hamilton and the #Isles, or he could earn a bottom pair role right away depending on how the blueline shakes out. By the end of this year, I’d expect him to be a regular NHL contributor. 2028-29: My expectation is that he’s now a full time NHLer logging heavy minutes, killing penalties, and giving us roughly 30-40 points, with a ton of hits and blocks. This isn’t a guy who steps in and runs the power play as a rookie, this isn’t Schaefer. No one is. Aitcheson’s path should be a patient one. The Islanders didn’t draft him to rush him, they drafted him to be a long term piece of the future. When it clicks, I think he’s going to be exactly the kind of nasty, productive defenseman we dream of. Just don’t expect it overnight. Development like this rewards patience.

First of all I wanted to say I am grateful for all the kind comments post-interview release. It is humbling to be in a position to inspire others who are also on the path towards finding success in trading. So, sincerely, thank you! 🙏 Secondly, I've been receiving messages from a couple of folks newly competing in this year's competition - on advice. I always find it a little cringe to look back at my own interview and hear myself speak ... but if I had to choose two snippets of the entire interview as advice, it would be this: 1) It's all a game against yourself. Remember that the ultimate goal of trading is to make money. Joining the competition should serve as a way to hold yourself accountable to the highest standards under public scrutiny. This means: (A) Sticking to process and focusing on risk management: One good trade at a time. (B) Ensuring you take care of the downside (again, risk management), and naturally the upside will take care of itself. (C) Tuning out noise and disregard how others are performing because it serves no purpose to you anyways. Remember that one trading mistake can take you out of your flow - just like randomly chucking a shot in a basketball game can affect the flow of the entire offense. Additionally, one trading mistake often domino effects into a range of other mistakes if you are not careful. Therefore, focus on making good decisions, even if it means you're not making big returns in the now. Be patient because you only need a couple moments in a year where your psych, strategy, and market aligns to step on the gas and gun for your returns. 2) When not trading well, cut size. I think this point cannot be emphasized enough. The geometric effect of losses noticeably hits you once you go beyond a 10% drawdown. Especially with the current environment this year if you did not manage to catch any trending stocks, you will likely be psychologically aggravated. Be very aware of your emotional state and take advantage of it. Lost the last 5 trades? Slash your risk in half. You drew down 5% for the month already? Step back and re-evaluate the market, identify areas of improvement, and then re-establish the floor next month to no more than a -2.5% drawdown month. Cutting your risk until you begin to find traction again is the way to ensure that you maximize your chances of recovering as quickly as possible. The anti-martingale strategy works! -------------------------------------------------------- Lastly, and most importantly, the year is long, so enjoy the process! Hollywood producer Oliver Stone brought up the US biolabs in Ukraine while on Bill Maher’s podcast 👀 Let’s break it down. Firstly, Maher plays dumb and claims he is unaware of the US biolabs in Ukraine. It’s just been the main topic at the UN for the last 2 years. It’s also been talked about on the most popular news show in America (Tucker), and every major left-wing MSM outlet cried about it and made their own segment calling it disinformation, to include MSNBC, NBC News, CNN, CBS, FOX, and more. The Undersecretary of State, CIA Director, DNI, and other public officials spoke about it in public Congressional testimony. Maher knows about the labs and he knows about the controversy. He was playing dumb because he was uncomfortable and unprepared with talking points to deflect. Maher then asks why the US having labs in Ukraine would be controversial. Great question. My wife's heart has been shattered since the amniocentesis results (which are definitive btw), yet it has only gotten worse. These last couple weeks have been the hardest of her life...it's times like these where you want to be able to depend on your family for love and support. This video is from the evening after the procedure. My parents drop off an extremely thoughtful gift basket and show unconditional love and support...meanwhile, her family has been nowhere to be found. Some even going as far as joining in on the bandwagon hate PUBLICLY, kicking her while she's down at her lowest point. She has received text messages from her family accusing me of abuse and that I'm brainwashing her...issuing ultimatums that she needs to LEAVE ME IMMEDIATELY. Audacious shit that will have your head-spinning because of the delusion and lack of consideration. Downright disgusting gossip and shit-talking amongst important people in her life as if she's not even blood. No backbone, just cowardice as they accuse me of making the decision and controlling/manipulating her over all the years of being together. We've put up with a lot of shit, but when it's your own family exercising their bitterness and turning their backs when it matters the most, it really reveals everything about their character. Hell, I've even seen the worst of "friends" publicly joining in on the crusade despite full-well knowing that behind closed doors, they would've made the same decision. I don't relish in sharing these things because it only furthers a divide, but when you're MIA, complicit and offensive during the hardest times of our life then you will never deserve to be there when it's good. My wife is the sweetest and strongest woman I know, the last thing she deserves is to be treated this way. My heart goes out to all of the women who have had to keep their abortions private for fear of judgment from friends/family, it's the last thing you should be dealing with when you're already confronting the hardest/worst of times. This is the sad reality. It's why I will continue to speak out. It's why sharing is better than hiding. The truth may be hard, but at least you're living freely. Admin Post; Tonight I started shaping a "Place" on a mat with Kenji. As soon as I put the mat down he sniffed, I clicked and tossed a treat. When he came back, he walked right onto it, I clicked and tossed the treat. And then grabbed my phone because I wanted to capture this. He gave me multiple reps of coming to the mat and retrieving the treat within the first few minutes. He had it figured out so fast. I keep these sessions short. Especially with puppies. I lost his focus a bit because he found a stay treat, but we got it back and he offered the behavior of going to the mat. Multiple times. Tomorrow we'll do a couple reputations and I'll add the cue. It's always amazing to work with a puppy like this. The kind that figures things out so fast. Free shaping has the dog figure out what to do by the timing of the click. I only introduced the clicker yesterday for about 4 minutes. In one session he's doing what took 2-3 sessions with pups 6 weeks older. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. If you're an Amazon India customer, take 2 mins to read this if your money is dear to you. TLDR version, Amazon delivery partners are literally scamming customers. And Amazon India will do nothing to help you in this situation. Kiss your money goodbye! I raised this concern on social media a few days back, for a product (Levi's jeans) which was marked as delivered but I never received it. Their customer support team, did some investigation and came to the conclusion that the product was indeed delivered. Hence, they cannot do anything more to assist me in this situation (refer image) This was not a OTP based delivery, and neither does Amazon mention the name of the person who received the product on their app/website. If it was OTP based delivery, I would know someone has given the OTP so delivery has happened. With a name, at least I would know if there's any person with that name in the house. Now, I have absolutely no way to confirm if Amazon genuinely delivered the product. Except video camera evidence. So I went to see the CCTV footage of the day and time the product was marked as delivered. In the CCTV footage, I see something very strange. The Amazon delivery partner arrives at my place, gets off the bike, takes out the product and for the next couple of mins just keeps doing something on his phone. He doesn't call me, or at least I don't have any call record of calls at that time. In the meanwhile, another person walking out closes the door. That person is not me, neither works for me and neither known to me. Likely associated with a neighbour/tenant and I have no such instructions for my Amazon account for deliveries to be left with anyone else. One minute later the Amazon delivery partner decides to leave (see screenshot). The delivery partner doesn't even enter the house and just leaves after a couple of mins. Without even entering the house, Amazon successfully delivered the product! Wow! And if the delivery partner handed the product to any random person walking out of the house, is that the customer's problem? Was this a very expensive product? No, not at all. So why am I spending all this time to write this? 1. I just want to spread awareness to everyone out there who might be getting scammed by such malpractices from Amazon / delivery partners. 2. If Amazon claims a product is delivered, you can't do nothing about it. Irrespective of whether the product was actually delivered or not. Your money is gone, poof! 3. It should be the company's responsibility to prove that a product was successfully delivered but in India it seems anyone can walk over their customers. 4. I'm shocked that a customer has to go to these lengths to uncover such scams in India 5. If ordering on Amazon, I will always select cash on delivery as the default going forward Amazon India - Do not contact me in hope that I will delete this tweet or evidence now! So I recognize I have a different take than many of my colleagues in conservative media. But a couple of points I wanted to make today on Charlie's show with Andrew Kolvet and Blake Neff. 1) According to her interview with Ray Comfort, Ashley Sheatz came to Christ at 17. And as she explained in her initial testimony, after being exposed to sexual immorality from a young age while living with her single mom, she became a porn user at age 11. She was a young teenager when she began engaging in sexual sin with partners. I'd like everyone flinging the WORST labels I can imagine at her to remember--she was legally a child while having relationships with adult men years (in one case decades) older than her. I appreciate Ashley taking responsibility for her willful sinful choices, but this background suggests she was in a vulnerable, unprotected place from a young age and men took advantage of her, not the other way around. 2) Ashley Sheatz did not, as many were howling, go from being a web cam girl to being a Christian influencer. Though of course she has social media accounts where she talks about her life, background, and interests like every other modern American, her life for the past nine years has been focused on being a Christian wife and mom of three. She has been doing what the man-o-sphere says she should be doing--she's been quietly living out her faith, showing fruit in keeping with repentance. 3) If you read her full testimony it includes nightmarish situations of risking her life in pursuit of drugs. The idea that she didn't a pay price for her past sins is a claim that only someone who has never lived that hell can make. There is a reason the Bible describes it as slavery to sin. 4) Whore and promiscuous are not synonymous. One is meant to be more a general catchall term for being sexually indiscriminate. To some, it might mean any sex outside of marriage (this is what it should mean). To others, it could mean dozens of partners a year. The other is a crude term for a prostitute. Her husband did not call her a prostitute by that term or any other. In addition to that, I shared how I believe this Twitter Tempest plays into the longhouse phenomenon (which I think is absolutely real. As I have said in the past, I don't believe it goes too far to say we are living in something of a gynocracy). Thanks to Blake and Andrew for having me to discuss from a Protestant Christian perspective. I hope it adds something.

Jim Jarmusch on how he got the idea to make "Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai" (1999): "It really came about from wanting to work with Forest Whitaker, who I met when I was going to the Super-8 lab when I was working on 'Year of the Horse' (1997), or maybe on the video. I ran into him a couple of times and we would just start talking and he said to me the first time, "Hey, if you ever think of anything for me, let me know, I'd love to work with you." I couldn't get him out of my head, certain qualities that he has and it was more from talking to him as a person than his work. I was very, very moved by his portrayal of Charlie Parker in 'Bird' (1988). I thought it was a beautiful performance, although I'm a big be-bop fan and I did not like the movie in terms of its slant on depicting the life of Bird - how can you make a film about Bird in which Miles Davis is never even mentioned? There were a lot of things really odd to me about it. Miles' estate probably refused to let him use his name. With good reason. They usually use this very soft, gentle, poignant side of Forest and he gets cast as the loveable soft guy. And I'm really attracted to that quality, but there is a whole other side to him, just physically, his presence, there's more there than that and I wanted to get both of those things in a character. So I started thinking how can I do that? He should be a warrior and I thought he should be a hitman, that sort of cliché and then the samurai thing came to me because in eastern-culture warriors, there is a whole spiritual side to their training. If you look at the Shaolin monks in China, they're martial arts experts, but they are priests; they are enlightened religious teachers, but the physical side is also completely intertwined. So that gave me the idea to give him some depth. Then the book 'Hugga Kurai', because it's a text from the 1750s written by an old samurai as a guide to samurai life and philosophy. It contains so many things, minor, mundane details about the food you eat, or how your house is built, how often you clean your armour, to incredibly deep Zen philosophy, and it's all in this book and it jumps from one to the next. Then I just started collecting disparate ideas; I was interested in the decline of organised crime families in New York because I used to live right across from the Gambino family social club in Little Italy, and in the late 70s and early 80s when they were unravelling, and I would always see them on the street - John Gotti and Sammy 'The Bull' Gravano and Neil Belacroche and all those wise guys. So I collected some ideas about them, and the idea of pigeons came from the fact that on the roof behind me, there was an old Italian guy who had a pigeon coop for years. He died just before we started filming actually, and his birds were moved away, but I used to watch him fly his birds a lot and there was something very beautiful in that movement. Sometimes I'd just look out the window on a Saturday morning and see them moving, and the light would shift and they would go from black to white to black to white to black to white, and that was a detail. I would just collect and collect, and then I sat down and tried to weave all these disparate things into something." Alhaji Azeez Arisekola Alao Compound decaying. How will KSA feel now ⁉️. They were too close. The first son of Arisekola now has a house in Kolapo Isola GRA instead of occupying here. He is even London based. Please my FB friends around the compound, give us an update on the State of the Compound now ‼️ In the WILL, the first child, his daughter was to turn the compound into an International Secondary School with yearly 500 scholarships given to best Ibadan Primary School indigenous pupils.‼️ UPDATE From my inbox: Good morning sir On ARISEKOLA's compound It's even worse than this video now . Hon. FARUK ARISEKOLA is the one who only comes there once in awhile and it's when politics starts, except for few workers like gateman and the ones taking care of the camels. The camels are now looking sickly. The Oluwokekere house of the late ARISEKOLA is almost empty because some people are selling some stuff as scrap there 😭 Otunba Kunle Ijadunola explained: Ayoade, I remember mentioning it on one of your recent posts about a house built by one Big man in Rivers and i said it is was a waste of resources. Some people would say it's because i can't afford it, i guess they are right. However, i would never get involved in such waste, if i could afford it. Let me repeat it here: The off springs of anyone who could afford such luxury would never be interested in living in them , after their departure or death. Look around you: ALL SUCH STRUCTURES OR RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES HAVE BECOME WHAT YORUBAS CALL EGEREMITI. I guess it's only Dangote, Otedola that understands these facts and have generally invested in what would endure or survive long after them. Dangote openly said he sold all his houses outside Nigeria not long ago and chose to live in hotels, when he travels abroad. He also said he was not interested in buying ROLLS ROYCE etc. EVEN A MERE DUPLEX WOULD BECOME UN ATTRACTIVE AS YOU GROW OLDER. LEARN TO INVEST IN HUMANITY. GOD BLESS THE SOULS OF THE DEPARTED, BECAUSE WE WILL ALL JOIN THEM ONE DAY . My take: they should sell the camels 🐫

"Go to angel gatherings, industry conferences, any and all networking events. Meet people who are angels or who know angels. Give ‘em the elevator pitch… make sure you’re meeting with somebody new EVERY DAY." 2. Intro meetings. “Informal discussion where you pitch the company over a lunch/coffee/etc., and expand potential angel network through referrals. Get your pitch down to 5-10 minutes, and prepare a tight FAQ in your head so that you have tight answers to the top 20 questions. Let them pay. Be proud of your scrappiness." 3.
