I spent and hour of my Saturday reviewing hundreds of charts. These are the setups that stood out and what you should focus on this week Friday changed the tone of this market. The AI trade is under pressure. Software is pulling back. Relative strength is starting to stand out. $GOOGL held up. $AAPL barely cracked. $C continues to show strength while growth stocks unwind. Here’s the watchlist and recording: $SPX: One of the ugliest days we've seen in months. Closed near the lows after breaking the 20-day. 7330-7290 is the first support zone. Below that opens 7273 and potentially 7150. $QQQ: Nearly 5% down on Friday. AI leadership is under pressure. Watching 695 support closely. $IWM: Back to 280 support. Watching whether this becomes a swing low or just another bounce that gets sold. $BTC: Still under pressure. Failed reclaim of the 200-day. No clear setup here. $SMH: Nearly 9% down Friday. Semis finally cracked. Watching for either a relief bounce or continuation lower. $MSFT: Failed after briefly reclaiming the 200-day. Still holding trend support but needs buyers soon. $AAPL: One of the stronger mega caps. Technical damage is limited compared to the rest of the market. Worth watching. $GOOGL: One of the better-looking charts. Holding the earnings gap and showing relative strength. Above 373 could trigger a relief move. $AMZN: Broke the 50-day and looks vulnerable. Could see a move toward the 200-day near 232. $NVDA: Momentum has faded. Sitting on the 50-day near 203. Must hold. $TSLA: Significant technical damage. Lost the 200-day, 50-day, 20-day, and 9-day. Needs major repair work. $META: Still holding the lower end of its range. 600 remains the key level. $AMD: Looks like it wants to fill the gap lower. Semis remain under pressure. $AAPL: Relative strength remains notable. One of the few mega caps still acting well. $NFLX: Quiet relative strength. Not an easy trade, but worth noting. $LLY: Strong healthcare leadership. Above 1165 opens another attempt at highs. Must hold 1100. $JPM: Financials are starting to show relative strength. $C: One of the stronger bank charts. Pullback remains very controlled. $WFC: Held up well and continues to show relative strength. $GS: Large engulfing pullback. Watching for stabilization. $GE: Rotational strength worth monitoring. $CROX: Continues to hold the 9-day and trend higher. Relative strength stands out. $SNOW: Pulling back into the 9-day after earnings. Watching for support. $DDOG: Pulling back with software but still one of the stronger charts in the group. $PLTR: Rejected at the 200-day. Needs more work. $IBM: Back below the 9-day. Harder chart for now. $DELL: Pulling back into the 9-day after earnings. Watching for buyers to step in. $HOOD: Pulling back into range support. $CRWD: Watching 670 as a potential support area after earnings. $NET: Backtesting the 9-day. One of the better software recovery stories. $BE: Still consolidating near highs. No major damage yet. $MU: Sharp pullback. Watching for a bounce near current levels. $WDC: Big pullback after a huge run. $SNDK: Pulling back but no major technical damage yet. Watching closely. Overall theme: Friday changed the character of the market. The focus shifts from chasing momentum to identifying what held up during the selloff. $GOOGL, $AAPL, $C, $WFC, $CROX, and select software names are showing the best relative strength. For now, caution is warranted. Let the market prove it wants to bounce before getting aggressive.

A message to anybody who suffers from anxiety, depression or addiction or who knows anybody who does... Any time I am in a dark place I can end up doomscrolling on my phone looking for any sort of inspiration to get better. I’m very lucky to be feeling good at the moment so I thought I’d just walk into the sun and make a little video of hope that might just be seen by one person who needs it. 😞 I do much better now but even 3 weeks ago I had a really bad 4-5 day spell. The dark mist returned. This is a constant battle for us all. 🏃‍♂️ I’ve been back running and eating healthy and doing all the things to make myself healthy and it’s amazing how quick it makes a difference. It’s also amazing how quick you can slip with as habits. I always found Mondays tough. It’s a day when the world moves on and everybody can be seen going about their business. I would often be anxious popping a pill to get through the day or sipping on wine in the evening. If people only knew how many people sitting or working beside them on any given day are in agony and dreading the world. The one thing I wanted to get across is things do change. The sun does shine again. You can beat this. It is possible and ok to feel “normal”. Dont beat yourself up if you can’t beat it immediately or if it never seems to be ending. It took me about 43 years to get a grip of it and as I said I still struggle. It’s totally fine to admit that. Whoever you are in the world I hope you have as good a Monday as is possible. You are not alone. ❤️🙏

By this time on a Sunday I’m not long from leaving base to head for the filming destination. Full of anticipation and excitement, hopeful that it’ll all work-out knowing there’s a thousand of our family as eager as I am for their weekly dose of friendly interaction. I look forward so much to the first Jet to feature - is that a Quad Jet can see lining-up 👀 on finals? ‘Ok GP LET’S GO, mics good? Everything else popping? Here we go! I’ll go with PTC To you my amazing family, like walking through the front door and being met with that warm greeting, I just love that moment! And the conversation that follows, the tsunami of knowledge, the updates, your’ presence is what powers me, on a day of the week that’s ’ become part of our natural psyche Right now as I write this I feel a sincere level of desperation. I know light is visible to the end, but it’s the not knowing or having any information I can feed-back to you. I know people are saying’ be patient ‘n all, but I’m human and I long for that feeling of normality once again. I’m not gonna be signing-up to any marathons here, just back on a well managed regime to be back in the seat and for us to all be back together again. I cannot express my sincere overwhelming gratitude towards everybody who’s shown their support. Gilly has shown me all your comments! Thanks so much your messages and your continuous support so it’s getting late and I’m just laying here scrolling the library and found this classic. Did we ever determine if this was a tail-wind landing🤔🤔 Jerry

Chris Williamson just opened up about one of the heaviest things he's gone through. He flew to Vienna for an intense experimental treatment: extracorporeal blood filtration combined with whole-body hyperthermia (raising his core temperature to 41°C / 105°F) and oxygenation. They ran his entire blood volume through a filter roughly 15 times over several hours while under anesthesia, aiming to pull out toxins and hit deep intracellular infections like chronic Epstein-Barr, CMV, and Borrelia that hide inside cells and drain mitochondrial energy. Therapeutic hyperthermia (controlled fever) has been studied for decades because many pathogens, including Borrelia (Lyme) and certain viruses, are heat-sensitive. At temperatures around 41°C, they become stressed, release toxins, and become more vulnerable, while oxygen-rich blood can help combat intracellular infections and support mitochondrial function. The filtration step then removes the dumped toxins and inflammatory mediators. Day three was mostly recovery and reset, but Chris is honest about how brutal the whole process feels — the physical pain, the loss of control, the emotional weight, and the patience required when progress is slow and uncertain. He's still fighting, still hoping this brings him back to himself. Respect for putting it all out there so openly. What’s the hardest part of health journeys for you — the physical toll, the uncertainty, or learning to be patient and gentle with yourself when nothing feels in your control?

To the "Don't Split the Vote Crowd". I see your anger at PPC voters, lashing out that we're going to split the vote, and "destroy Canada". My 2 cents, you're actually mad at the party you say you support, because deep down you know that they're going to disappoint you again. They won't debate, or they don't speak up when candidates from other parties are excluded from debates. They insult your intelligence by distilling policy down to three or four word slogans, which they repeat day in and day out for months, while only releasing their full platform after advance polling is done. How cynical is that, that they expect you to vote for them without even giving you a chance to evaluate their platform, with less than a week until you vote? None of their candidates are allowed to say anything but normally just retweet the Leader's tweets. Remember how they treated Christine Anderson? These are the people who will make Canada "The Freest Country on Earth"? You know or will find out soon that their party actually is as globalist as the Libs and that their goals are the same, that's why there's virtually no daylight between the two parties, and that previous CPC PMs signed us up for Agenda 21 and 2030. Are you happy about how your government has treated you over the last five years? How did you like being treated like a criminal if you refused to take a jab, or took it to keep your job or stay in university, even if you didn't want to? How did you like the silence from the "Opposition"? Did you feel like anyone had your back? Do you remember Maxime Bernier and his unwavering support during covid and the trucker convoy, as well as other #PPC candidates? How do you like Drag Queen Story Hour or explicit materials being provided to your young child? How did you like all of the federal MPs falling into line, while your provincial governments locked you up and enforced vax passports & SOGI? Did any of you actually VOTE for this? Or has it been imposed on you by the people you voted for to represent YOU in the House of Commons. How do you like all MPs ignoring the vax injured or dead, and the fact that there's still no accountability for the actions taken during Covid in Canada, unlike other countries? Break the Spell. See the Reality. We Can't Pretend that the Last Five Years Did Not Happen. Vote with your Heart, Vote for Something Different, Vote PPC. Show them that the Status Quo is unacceptable. 📢 OUR LATEST PSA TO SAVE WOMEN'S SPORTS JUST DROPPED! Things are really heating up in the world of women's professional basketball thanks to Sophie Cunningham's bravery in telling it like it is: men don't belong in women's sports. We couldn't miss the chance to add our voices to Sophie's. The time has come to tell the WNBA to keep women's basketball female. So our latest Public Service Announcement does just that. Now, you shouldn't have to be brave to make reality-based statements. But we know, during these absurd times, that any woman who speaks up for women and girls risks a lot. So our deep gratitude goes out to Serena Williams, Martina Navratilova and Sophie Cunningham whose words are featured in our latest video. And, while we're at it, we thank all the women athletes globally who've had the guts to proclaim out loud what everyone knows to be true: it's just not fair to pit males against females in sporting competitions. **We want to take our message to the streets again** You may recall our first PSA to Save Women's Sports debuted on the streets of Toronto last month and, wow, did we ever make a splash. The video was seen by tens of thousands of residents and visitors in big, beautiful colour on the Rebel News billboard truck during the final match of the FIFA World Cup (which was also a Blue Jays game day!) and again the week after driving around the city. We also got tons of social views and coverage by Rebel News -- and it even made waves south of the border when Glenn Beck picked up the story because a "concerned citizen" reported the truck to the police for a "hate crime". Long story short: it isn't. Duh. We simply promote safety, dignity and fairness for women and girls. No hate. Full stop. **Can you help? Let's do it again!** Let's get our newest PSA out on the streets on the Rebel billboard truck. Will you donate and help us make it happen? Click the link in the next post to contribute to our campaign to get the message out. Huge thank you to all our donors who contributed to the first go-round. We couldn't do this without you! Together we can keep women's sports female.

Qinwen Zheng after coming back from 0-5 in the 3rd set & saving match point to beat Madison Keys at the U.S. Open Qinwen: “I have to say Madison played amazing. I don’t feel like she got up to 5-0 because I played so bad, I just think she played amazing. I kept telling myself keep holding every single point. Never give up. Stay there. And somehow little by little it just happened. Finally one time a bit of luck is on my side. I’m so happy. I know in the last match she also did that, turned the match around. It’s not bad. I also did that once as well. This is the first time I turned it around from 0-5. Usually before it’s always 1-5 or 2-5. It was a very dramatic match for me. But we both showed really strong tennis. Thank you for the crowd who came to support us today. Doesn’t matter if you supported Madi or me. Thank you so much.” ❤️ “Do you feel like you’re close to being back to your best now after the elbow surgery?” Qinwen: “Well yes, I just enjoyed so much to play here. It’s like, I enjoy to fight here every day. After the surgery wasn’t easy. It felt like I lost my energy on the tennis court. I’ve been through really tough times these 3, 4, 5 months. But luckily thanks to my team we’ve been working really hard at IMG academy after Toronto. The hard work pays off finally a bit. I want to say thanks to my team for bringing me here. Let’s keep going. I never give up during the match. That’s the positive thing right now.” ❤️
