"The Democratic Party's actions had left many U.S. citizens feeling humiliated. Signs of a Trump victory were proclaimed well before Biden withdrew from the race. The voters had had enough." 📝 @KarinaLMariani

An Iranian citizen joined #GeorgiaProtests on Rustaveli Avenue tonight, holding Iran’s pre-revolutionary flag. Yesterday, a solidarity protest was also held in front of Iran’s embassy.

On Nov 28, Georgians, without any coordination, completely unorganized and spontaneously, rushed out of their homes and gathered on Rustaveli Avenue. We came to find others as outraged as we were by Kobakhidze’s statement that the regime had suspended negotiations with the European Union. Today marks the 24th day of Georgians standing in the streets. Just look at the numbers and the spirit. Until victory, Sakartvelo! 🇬🇪🇪🇺 #GeorgiaProtests

🇬🇪 Massive nationwide protests continue in Georgia. In response to yesterday’s violence by Kakha Kaladze’s titushky against peaceful protesters, journalists, and women outside his campaign office on Rustaveli, massive crowds turned out today. Unlike yesterday, Kaladze’s thugs did not show up. Even though people have identified perpetrators, no one has been held accountable for the violence. Today is Day 286 of #GeorgiaProtests. During previous protests, the main objective of the police was to clear Rustaveli. Now it’s to punish protesters and hunt them individually, even if they flee the area. And this morning, the regime police broke the decades-long gentlemen's agreement of borders of protests and crackdowns and chased the remaining protesters from Rustaveli through Chavchavadze Avenue in entire Vake district and to Tamarashvili Avenue, the beginning of Saburtalo district. Fleeing people were also detained in Rustaveli metro, pulled out from the escalators. The video is from the juncture of Chavchavadze and Tamarashvili, depicting an assault on a protester. The photos are from the Rustaveli metro station. #GeorgiaProtests

The massive protests continue in Tbilisi and other places in 🇬🇪. The situation will come to a head after December 29. Then 🇪🇺 and others will also have to decide whom they consider the legitimate president of 🇬🇪.
