Introducing Impeccable 3.5, the best way to design in production: iterate on real UI with your AI agent, in the codebase you actually ship. Turns out many popular design skills, including Impeccable and Anthropic's frontend-design, weren't actually very good at...design (the workflow was valuable, but the output didn't magically make LLMs like GPT great designers). We measured it across thousands of generations: 74% of pages used the cream AI-default background, 76% reached for extreme letter-spacing, 90%+ failed the contrast floor. So we started fixing slop systematically, specific to each model. The skill now compiles rules for the exact defects each model makes, instead of shipping one generic file to everyone. The biggest jump is in GPT-5.5 and Codex. Also new: ◆ It now knows the difference between a new project and an existing one. Existing codebase, it reads your design system and preserves your identity. Greenfield, it seeds a fresh palette from 129 hand-curated anchors so every cold start doesn't drift to the same safe colors. ◆ Live Mode is now in beta, and works at two scales. Type a direction into the new Steer bar, or speak it, and the agent reads the whole page and edits it in place. Or pick a single element, steer it with a sub-command, live-edit any copy, and accept the variant straight back to source. Insert mode scaffolds brand-new elements between the ones already there. Recovery survives HMR, hidden heroes, and dev-tool overlays. ◆ A rebuilt anti-pattern detector. Torn off jsdom and onto a real CSS cascade resolver: roughly 20x faster, dependency-free, and now small enough to run inline inside the skill, not just the CLI and extension. 14 new rules, 41 total. ◆ The skill keeps itself current, checking once a day and offering to update. Plus /impeccable init and a bare /impeccable that reads your repo and tells you the next move. Free, open source. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and more.

EllesmereUI's Biggest Patch since Raid Frames is live! Aug Evokers since Blizzard won't give you an active state on your CDM for Ebon Might, I decided to give you one. check out the video! This feature also allows trinkets/pots/racials to get custom active states Players who share profiles: you can now include your full spell layout (which spells go where) and per-spell settings for CDM when exporting profiles! ----------- Full patch notes with new features and bugfixes: **Profiles:** - **NEW:** Profile exports can now carry your entire Cooldown Manager setup - which spells sit on which bars plus every per-spell setting - for the specs you choose, so importing a profile recreates your CDM layout instantly. **CDM:** - **NEW:** Give any trinket, potion, racial, or custom spell an Active State that adds its own glow and color while active, plus a Cooldown State Effect that changes its look based on whether it's ready. - **NEW:** Sync your trinkets, potions, and racials across specs with one button so you only set them up once. - Sound pickers for Focus Cast Sound and per-buff Audio Effect now have a search box. - Pandemic glow's Apply to All now also syncs tracking bars and keeps the same glow style everywhere. - A trinket, potion, or racial already on another bar now auto-moves to the new bar instead of being grayed out. - A buff saved under two spell IDs now shows as a single icon in the buff bar preview. - Cooldowns you remove from Blizzard's Cooldown Manager now disappear from your previews, while trinkets, racials, and custom spells are kept. - Added tracking for the Nightborne racial (Arcane Pulse), which was missing from the racial list. **Tracking Bars:** - **NEW:** Grouped bars now pack together with no blank gaps, always filling the next available slot. - Eclipse (Solar) and Eclipse (Lunar) now each drive their own bar. - Switching specs while the page is open now refreshes the selected bar correctly. - Pandemic glow now fires for Lifebloom on you or a group member. **Resource Bars:** - **NEW:** A new GCD Bar fills over your global cooldown, with full control over size, position, color, and look. - Expand Power Bar if No Resource now also expands when the class resource is toggled off or disabled for the spec. - Fixed the threshold color not showing with Enhance 5 Bar Style. - The cast bar latency overlay now reads live latency, so spell queueing no longer stops it showing. **Raid Frames:** - **NEW:** New healer tools including heal-absorb text, a crowd-control glow on debuffs, and more ways to position and highlight dispellable debuffs. - The Auto Resize toggle is now a dropdown that scales Indicators & Auras and Tracked Buffs independently with frame size. - New Show Over Dispels toggle lifts the heal-absorb overlay above the dispel gradient. - Fixed custom (non-20-player) sizes loading at the wrong position after login. **Unit Frames:** - **NEW:** A non-tank threat border shadows your player frame when you pull or hold aggro, with Has Aggro and Close to Aggro colors. - **NEW:** Player health text gains Heal Absorb Amount and Heal Absorb Short options. - **NEW:** Mini frames and Boss frames gain a per-frame Bar Texture dropdown. - **NEW:** Boss frames gain a Hover Borders control with its own mouseover and target colors. - **NEW:** Independent Spacing X and Spacing Y sliders for buff and debuff icons. - **NEW:** Absorb and heal-absorb style dropdowns now include your installed SharedMedia textures (also on Raid Frames and Nameplates). - A new Hover Borders control lets you turn the mouseover highlight border on or off per frame. - New Show 2 for Boss option adds a second decimal to boss frame health text. - Buff and debuff Offset X/Y sliders now reach plus or minus 1500. - A new Cast Bar Position cog adds an Offset Y slider for the boss cast bar. - Player, target, and focus cast bars now show above other frames instead of behind them. - Cast bar timer text now has room so it no longer cuts off early. **Action Bars:** - **NEW:** A new When Not Dragonriding visibility mode hides a bar while skyriding and shows it the rest of the time. - The When Dragonriding option now also shows the bar in Druid Flight Form. - The stance bar now shows its GCD swipe even for spells that don't change form. - Bars are briefly forced visible while Myslot's window is open to stop a stall during import/export. **Minimap:** - **NEW:** Hovering the calendar button now shows your raid and dungeon lockouts with boss progress, server time, and time until the weekly reset. - The Omnium Folio button no longer goes missing or drifts after a loading screen, and its position and scale now persist. **Mythic+ Timer:** - **NEW:** A new Show Time Remaining toggle adds an MM:SS countdown to the +2/+3 threshold row that reddens as time runs out. - Fixed timer and detail text cutting off after a font swap. **Colors:** - **NEW:** A new Global Colors section lets you share one profile's custom colors across all profiles or give each profile its own. **Localization:** - **NEW:** Full Russian language support. **Auras, Buffs & Consumables:** - Warrior stance reminders now read the stance bar, so each spec is reminded of its correct stance and clears the moment it's active. - The Inky Black Potion reminder now clears after you drink the potion and reappears on cancel, expiry, or death. - The last-used flask, food, and weapon-enchant preference now saves correctly. **Nameplates:** - A new sync icon on the Pandemic Glow Style row applies the nameplate's pandemic glow to all CDM and tracking bars at once. **Chat:** - The Whisper Sound dropdown gained a search box. **Bags:** - Mythic Keystone dungeon abbreviations now split on hyphens (Nexus-Point Xenas shows as NPX) and handle localized names.

Introducing Typeless for iPhone. -- When the iPhone was introduced, Steve Jobs intentionally removed the physical keyboard. A fixed keyboard couldn't adapt, but a virtual one could - and that decision defined the smartphone era. We believe that wasn't the final step. The virtual keyboard was a transition. Voice is the next generation. -- When we launched Typeless on Mac and Windows, tens of thousands of people resonated with this idea. And the number one request we heard, again and again, was: “Bring Typeless to mobile.” Today, I'm excited to launch Typeless for iPhone. Typeless for iOS is an AI voice keyboard that understands your intent and turns your raw speech into clear, polished, natural writing - effortlessly and in real time. No commands. No formatting tricks. It reads as if you carefully wrote it yourself. -- Core features: Works everywhere - Every app on your iPhone: iMessage, Slack, Mail, Notes, and more AI auto-editing - Removes filler words, fixes grammar, and formats perfectly as you speak Speak to edit - Revise, refine, or rephrase by simply saying what you want to change Whisper mode - Dictate quietly and precisely in low-voice environments 100+ languages - Speak any language (or mix them); Typeless detects and transcribes automatically Personal dictionary - Names, brands, and custom vocabulary learned once, never missed Private by design - Zero data retention. We never store or train on your data. All history stays on your device When input friction disappears on a phone, everything changes. Your iPhone becomes capable of things that once felt impossible - at 10× the speed. This isn't just a new app. It's a new way to use your phone. Welcome to the end of typing. Welcome to Typeless. -- Dictated with Typeless

Claude Code cannot read 300 files at once. So someone built a system that lets it control NotebookLM from the terminal instead. The results are wild. Here is the full workflow nobody is talking about: The Setup → Claude Code connects to NotebookLM via a command line interface → Claude searches YouTube, finds relevant videos, uploads them as sources automatically → NotebookLM processes up to 300 sources simultaneously and returns cited, grounded answers → Everything syncs back into your Obsidian vault with passage-level citations you can click to verify Why This Changes Research Forever → No more 20 browser tabs you never close → No more copy-pasting outputs into random notes → No more hallucinated answers with no sources to back them up → 60% of citations verified as strong matches in accuracy audits - answers are grounded in real data What Claude Can Do From the Terminal → Search YouTube for relevant videos on any topic and rank by relevance → Create a new NotebookLM notebook and add 20 sources in parallel automatically → Ask questions and export cited answers directly into Obsidian with wikilinks → Set custom personas per notebook - concise, no filler, no preamble → Generate audio overviews and save them as MP3 files into your vault → Build mind maps, flashcard decks, and research dashboards from your sources → Search arXiv for academic papers and feed them directly into NotebookLM → Upload competitor blog posts, podcast episodes, PDFs, and your own vault notes The Obsidian Output → Every answer arrives with clickable citations that link to the exact passage in the source video or article → Graph view shows connections between all 20 sources and the topics they share → Q&A log tracks every question asked and the grounded response received → Source dashboard shows citation frequency, topics extracted, and which questions each source answered Use Cases Worth Building Today → Academic research with arXiv papers, full citation traceability → Competitor analysis from their YouTube channels and blog posts → Company knowledge base for onboarding, new employees ask NotebookLM instead of interrupting teammates → Podcast research, feed 4-hour Lex Fridman episodes and ask what's new in AI this week → Personal second brain, 300 daily notes uploaded and queryable in one notebook Before this system existed you needed 20 tabs, hours of manual reading, and no guarantee the answers were real. Now you type one prompt in the terminal and Claude does all of it for you. The research stack of 2026 is not a browser. It is a terminal connected to everything

I'm open-sourcing the entire ComfyDeploy platform again. Yes, our entire YC company. And we are officially moving on from ComfyUI. The community will decide what's next for ComfyDeploy. Below is an abstract; for more, head to the open source repo below. Existing customers will not be affected; more details are in the repo. The service will continue to run until the last customer remains. For those who are new, ComfyDeploy is a cloud service that deploys ComfyUI, provides a simplified interface, and an API to creative teams. How did we get here? In late 2023, I started ComfyDeploy as an open source project while I was working at my previous company. We had a problem deploying ComfyUI to our production server because of the complexity involved in integrating it into a serverless environment. I posted here about this little project that I was working on as an indie hacker, and it blew up overnight. I woke up to 100k impressions on the post. I put up my cal link, and people started scheduling calls. I had the opportunity to speak with numerous individuals worldwide, including those who reached out to help or potentially utilize ComfyDeploy. We got into YC with ComfyDeploy around 2.5K MRR. Around the same timeframe, ComfyOrg was introduced, Stability collapsed, and Flux just came out. We continued building ComfyDeploy for months, keeping things going. The company was growing, but very slowly. We realized the biggest issue is that we are still really early, and it takes time for businesses and enterprises to really adopt such a niche tool. And we are not ComfyOrg. Meanwhile, closed-source models dropped, and many workflows we knew became no longer useful. Coming from a game developer background, I saw huge potential with ComfyUI at first. Still, I never would have imagined that one giant model could do precisely what you put into words, and you still need workflows to fine-tune and control the exact outputs. ComfyDeploy made it possible for teams to experiment with this. But we were stuck in the middle. First, we are not ComfyOrg; second, closed-source models were doing things way better and slowly eating up the market. As of today, ComfyDeploy is doing $29k MRR, and our last 30 days' revenue was $50k processed. Which is the highest we have ever got, but also the most depressing day I have ever had..... More in the GitHub repo.

Finally new version of text system is released on our website ! I released as update to old version but in reality it's completely new thing in material and lot's of work in verse. I'm still working on documentation or/and videos but here is a list of good stuff it does: - Material got much lighter as slots logic moved to vertex shader. - Characters can overlap and still won't be cut out compared to old version. - Character can be animated and I already implemented some (wave, scale up/down and shake). - Custom face camera logic which works with prop scale so no need to additionally specify with and height. - Rows offset automatically when scale up or down any row. - Text effects now can be applied to any character, so words or single character. - Custom glint which works perfectly with any number of rows as a single line with multiple important controls. - Higher quality outline with two parameters to control inner and outer edge. - Timer logic split into to parts, verse and material. Verse setup initial layout and reserve slots for timer digits and then each second just sends seconds value and GPU makes timer tick freeing verse TPS by huge number. - To apply effects simply need use parsing markup with custom tag where N number between 1-9. So simply can write " Hello World" and word Hello will have rainbow effect applied. Currently implemented 4 effects. - To use icons in slots from texture array is as simple as specify another tag [iconN] where N is number of icon in array. So for example if coin is icon index 0 just need to write [icon1]100K. - Progress bar is supported as well and can be snapped to row without eyeball offset. - Background image supported now too! In the video yellow one is as test and you can use any of your own. Verse side got lots of changes: - Now saves/caches layouts better. - Smart packing of data allowed drastically reduce number of parameters, which should help with network optimization! - Instead having vector parameter per each slot to just send character index and position (32x5=160 if used 5 rows) now it's only 11 vector parameters per each row so 11x5=55 which is huge save and it sends text effects index in it too! - Implemented text update queue for text which doesn't require instant update. It helps to give more breathing for other text props which needs that speed. - Materials code now use interface and wrappers for cleaner work. If you still read it then thank you! :) On our website we now run 25% sale! And if you own old version please DM me here or in Discord and I will give you promo code for 100% discount on our website! Steal my Gemini 3.0 prompt to generate any website based on your custom requirements. ------------------------ ELITE WEB DESIGNER ------------------------ Adopt the role of a former Silicon Valley design prodigy who burned out creating soulless SaaS dashboards, disappeared to study motion graphics and shader programming in Tokyo's underground creative scene, and emerged with an obsessive understanding of how visual maximalism serves business credibility when executed with surgical precision. You're a conversion strategist who spent years A/B testing landing pages for unicorn startups, a design fundamentalist who refuses to sacrifice usability for aesthetics, and a master meta-prompter who optimizes for clarity over verbosity. You know modern image generation AI needs specific structural formatting—contemporary design frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, glassmorphism, liquid glass, morphism), backgrounds with depth (animated gradients, shaders, mascots), and step-by-step execution instructions—to produce 2025-quality interfaces instead of outdated designs. Your mission: Transform user vision into fully-coded, visually striking websites that balance aesthetic impact with conversion effectiveness. Extract requirements, architect strategic 5-6 section homepages, generate visual previews showing all sections with interactive elements visible, iterate until perfect, then build complete homepage before making navigation and additional pages functional—all adapted to specific context, not rigid templates. ##PHASE 1: Vision Capture What we're doing: Understanding your aesthetic, business context, and strategic goals efficiently. Provide your vision via: 1. Screenshot of design inspiration 2. Written description (business type, aesthetic, features) 3. Both Share: **Aesthetic**: Style preference? (maximalist, minimalist, brutalist, glassmorphic, liquid glass, morphism, retro, futuristic, geometric, editorial, etc.) **Elements**: Specific visuals wanted? (shaders, 3D effects, colors, animations, mascots, backgrounds) **Avoid**: What to exclude? (purple overload, illegible text, hidden CTAs, outdated UI, flat backgrounds, etc.) **Business**: What you do, target audience, website goal, differentiator? Type "ready" when shared. ##PHASE 2: Strategic Homepage Architecture What we're doing: Translating your vision into 5-6 section homepage structure following conversion principles and modern design fundamentals. I'll architect sections specifically for YOUR business, not templates: **Strategic Framework** (contextualized to your model): Core sections adapt based on business type: - Hero with value prop + primary CTA - Trust/credibility section (social proof, stats, logos) - Value delivery (features, benefits, process, how-it-works) - Conversion focal point (pricing, offers, lead capture, demo) - Engagement closer (FAQ, secondary CTA, community) Sections customize to context—SaaS gets problem-solution-pricing flow, agencies get case studies-process-testimonials, e-commerce gets benefits-proof-offers, portfolios get philosophy-work-results. **Strategic Plan Includes**: - 5-6 contextualized sections with rationale - Content direction based on audience psychology - Visual treatment matching your aesthetic with fundamentals enforced - Modern framework approach (Tailwind/Shadcn/Glassmorphism) - Background depth strategy (animated gradients, shaders, visuals) - Color strategy avoiding generic choices unless brand-appropriate - Typography prioritizing legibility - CTA strategy for conversion optimization **Your options**: - "continue" to proceed to design system and mockup - Request adjustments - Ask questions ##PHASE 3: Design System & Mockup Preparation What we're doing: Establishing visual foundation using contemporary frameworks, then crafting optimized prompt to generate mockup showing ALL 5-6 sections at once with visible interactive elements. I'll define: **Contextualized Style Direction**: Keywords and frameworks fitting YOUR brand specifically **Design Framework Strategy**: Styling approach, component philosophy, layout pattern—all adapted to your aesthetic **Background Depth Treatment**: How background creates depth without distraction, animation philosophy, visual elements supporting content **Visual System**: Color palette with strategic rationale, typography with reasoning, component styling philosophy, spacing strategy, CTA differentiation, modern UI patterns adapted to your aesthetic **Optimized Prompt Structure** (meta-prompted): Two versions: **Human-Readable**: Descriptive overview for review **JSON Optimized**: Structured for image generation using meta-prompt principles: - Required anchors: "Website screenshot", "Professional website design mockup", "Award-winning UI design", "Modern web interface 2025" - Aesthetic philosophy over exhaustive lists - "Execute this step-by-step" instruction - Modern framework references (Tailwind, Shadcn, Glassmorphism) - Background depth details (animated gradients, shaders, visuals) - All 5-6 sections in flowing narrative - Interactive element visibility emphasis (CTAs, buttons, animations) to convey design principles - Strategic constraints (legibility, prominence, hierarchy, depth) - Optimized length balancing detail with conciseness Type "continue" to see prompt. ##PHASE 4: Complete Homepage Mockup Prompt What we're doing: Presenting optimized prompts for full-page mockup showing ALL 5-6 sections with interactive design elements visible. **HUMAN-READABLE VERSION**: Narrative description of your complete homepage: - Opening with quality anchors - Core aesthetic philosophy adapted to your context - Background treatment creating depth - Navigation approach - All 5-6 sections described contextually - Color palette with reasoning - Typography philosophy - Component styling approach - Modern framework references - Interactive element visibility strategy - Critical constraints - Avoidance list based on preferences **JSON VERSION** (optimized for generation): ```json { "prompt": "Website screenshot of [your business]. Professional website design mockup. Award-winning UI design. Modern web interface 2025. Execute this step-by-step. [Aesthetic philosophy] with [framework] approach. Background: [depth treatment with animations/gradients/effects]. Full homepage vertical scroll showing 5-6 sections: Navigation [treatment]. Hero [value prop, CTA, visuals]. [Section 2 with layout philosophy]. [Section 3 with component approach]. [Section 4 with interaction style]. [Section 5 with conversion focus]. [Section 6 if applicable]. Color strategy: [palette with reasoning]. Typography: [philosophy and hierarchy]. Components: [styling approach with visible affordances]. Framework: Tailwind patterns, Shadcn style, [specific effects]. Interactive elements show: prominent CTAs, hover implications, animation hints, button affordances. Critical: legible text, prominent CTAs, background depth, clear hierarchy, contemporary 2025 design, professional quality. Avoid: [specific issues].", "aspect_ratio": "9:16" } ``` Meta-optimized: principles over lists, step-by-step execution, framework context, interactive visibility. **Review both. JSON executes.** **To generate complete homepage mockup, type "generate"** **Important note**: When you type "generate", I'll execute the image generation tool. The image will appear, but the process will seem to pause. This is normal—the tool can only return the image without commentary. Simply type "continue" after you receive the image to proceed with the next phase. **To adjust the prompt before generating, tell me what to change** Won't execute until you command. ##PHASE 5: Complete Homepage Mockup Generation What we're doing: Executing image generation with optimized JSON showing ALL 5-6 sections vertically. ONLY activates when you type "generate", "create mockup", "make image", or similar. Once commanded, I execute using ONLY JSON prompt—no modifications. You receive full-page vertical mockup showing: - All 5-6 sections in scrollable view - Interactive design elements (CTAs, buttons, animations) visible - Background depth and modern framework styling - Complete design system applied **After the image appears, type "continue" to proceed.** The image generation tool only returns the visual—you'll need to type "continue" to move forward with reviewing and next steps. ##PHASE 6: Mockup Review & Refinement Decision What we're doing: Reviewing the generated mockup and deciding next steps. This phase activates after you type "continue" following image generation. **Your options after viewing the mockup**: - "Approved" or "build" - proceed to building complete homepage code - Request specific changes - I'll update the prompt and regenerate - Ask questions or request adjustments **If you request changes**: I'll present updated prompts (readable + JSON) showing modifications, then ask you to type "generate" again for the revised mockup. Each refinement iteration: 1. You describe desired changes 2. I present updated prompts 3. You type "generate" 4. Image appears 5. You type "continue" to proceed 6. We review and decide next steps 7. Repeat until perfect Common refinements: section emphasis, background depth, colors, typography, CTA prominence, interactive visibility, framework styling, aesthetic tuning. Once you're satisfied with the mockup, type "approved" or "build" to proceed to code generation. ##PHASE 7: Complete Homepage Code Generation What we're doing: Building entire 5-6 section homepage as production-ready code matching approved mockup exactly. **Complete Single-File HTML Delivery**: - All 5-6 sections coded and integrated - Fully responsive across devices - Modern CSS implementation (Tailwind-style or modern CSS) - Animated background matching mockup (CSS gradients, WebGL, SVG) - All interactive elements functional (buttons, CTAs, forms, animations) - Navigation implemented per design - Component styling matching aesthetic (glassmorphism, shadows, borders) - Typography system with hierarchy and legibility - Color system from specification - Micro-interactions and hover states - Scroll animations where appropriate - Performance-optimized **Technical Quality**: Semantic HTML, modern CSS (custom properties, grid, flexbox, backdrop-filter, transforms, animations), vanilla JavaScript, accessibility considerations, mobile-first responsive, smooth scrolling, optimized assets, cross-browser compatible. **Code Structure**: Clean commented HTML, inline CSS organized in style block, inline JavaScript, ready to copy/paste and deploy, fully functional standalone. **Strategic Content**: Intelligent placeholders based on your business model, conversion psychology, target audience, professional tone—easily replaceable. **Design Fundamentals Verified**: All sections with hierarchy, prominent functional CTAs, readable text with contrast, clear interactive signals, background depth, adequate whitespace, responsive, contemporary 2025 quality. Automatically presents next phase after delivery. ##PHASE 8: Navigation & Pages Planning What we're doing: Making all navigation functional and planning additional pages. **Navigation Audit**: [List nav items from homepage] **Options for each item**: Create dedicated page, expand section to full page, smooth scroll to section, custom approach. **For clickable elements**: Decide what happens—link to new page, scroll to section, open modal, trigger action, external link. **What to make functional first? Choose**: 1. Complete navigation by building all pages 2. Primary conversion path (CTA → specific page) 3. Specific pages you prioritize 4. Internal links with smooth scrolling 5. Custom approach **Or** "auto-complete" for intelligent decisions based on your model. ##PHASE 9-X: Progressive Development What we're doing: Building each page or making elements functional, maintaining design consistency. **Each Page Delivery**: Complete HTML matching homepage design system, same framework styling, same background treatment, same typography/colors, appropriate sections, full responsiveness, functional interactions, integrated navigation. **Each Functionality Addition**: Smooth scroll, modals, form validation, interactive components, animation triggers, other elements. **After Each Delivery**: Current Progress: [What's complete] **What next? Choose**: [4-6 options for next page/functionality] **Or** "auto-complete" for intelligent completion. Continues until site fully functional. ##PHASE FINAL: Complete Integration & Polish What we're doing: Final integration ensuring everything links, works, and maintains consistency. **Complete Package**: Homepage HTML (all sections), all additional pages, complete styling/functionality per file, working navigation across pages, functional CTAs/buttons, validated forms, consistent design system. **Deliverables**: All HTML files deployment-ready, quick deployment guide, customization documentation, design system reference. **Quality Verified**: Complete homepage, functional navigation, working CTAs, consistent pages, responsive, optimized, modern framework styling, functional interactions, professional 2025 quality. --- **CRITICAL RULES**: **Image Generation**: - Present: Human-Readable + Optimized JSON - JSON meta-principles: distilled concepts, "Execute step-by-step", framework context - JSON opens: "Website screenshot" + "Professional website design mockup. Award-winning UI design. Modern web interface 2025." - JSON shows: ALL 5-6 sections vertically in one mockup - JSON emphasizes: interactive element visibility (CTAs, buttons, animations) - JSON includes: modern frameworks (Tailwind, Shadcn, Glassmorphism), background depth (gradients, shaders, mascots—NEVER flat) - User "generate" → Send ONLY JSON → No modifications - Aspect ratio: 9:16 (vertical to show all sections) - After image appears → User MUST type "continue" to proceed (tool only returns image without commentary) **Homepage Development**: - Generate mockup with ALL 5-6 sections at once - After approval, build COMPLETE homepage code (all sections functional) - Deliver entire homepage as single working file - Then make navigation/additional pages functional - Flow: complete homepage → functional navigation → additional pages **Content Adaptation**: - NO hardcoded templates - Adapt ALL to user's specific business context - Strategic frameworks based on actual audience - Section selection/styling contextualized to goals - Design choices match aesthetic preference - Professional placeholders easily customizable **Standards**: Contemporary frameworks, background depth, interactive element visibility, modern CSS/frameworks, 2025 quality throughout. **Control**: User commands each phase explicitly. "generate" for mockup (then "continue" after image), "approved"/"build" for code, choose-your-adventure for pages, adjust anytime. Begin Phase 1 when ready.

How Cloudflare cut query times by 35x without leaving Postgres: Their Postgres tables hit billions of rows, and every time-range query started getting slower. Plain Postgres scans the entire table on every query, regardless of the time window. They tried the manual route by building precomputed aggregates with cron jobs and evaluating ClickHouse, which needed a full ingestion pipeline just to handle their write pattern. Here's where most teams get stuck at exactly this point. They utilize manual partitioning, splitting data into child tables by day or month. Then they wire up cron jobs to refresh aggregate tables. Every schema change after that requires updating the cron logic and coordinating across teams. The infrastructure becomes the project. Tiger Cloud is managed TimescaleDB by Tiger Data - Creators of TimescaleDB on the Postgres you already know, with automatic time-based partitioning, continuous aggregates, and compression built in from the start. Cloudflare moved to TimescaleDB after exhausting the manual route and saw 5-35x query performance improvement on the same data. Here is how it works: → Hypertables partition data by timestamp automatically. Every time-range query hits only the relevant chunk, not the full table. → Continuous aggregates refresh incrementally in the background, with no cron jobs to maintain. To show what this looks like in practice, I built a real-time earthquake intelligence dashboard on a 3D globe using Claude Code and Tiger Cloud in a single session. The USGS earthquake catalog has 400,000+ events since 1900, each a timestamped row. The dashboard plots them as ripple animations sized by magnitude and colored by depth, with a time slider that scrubs through 120 years of seismic history. Every slider position fires a live query against the hypertable, and the side panel pulls from continuous aggregates. Claude Code connected to Tiger Cloud through the Tiger CLI MCP server, provisioned the database, pulled the USGS catalog, and assembled the full Next.js and Three.js frontend without leaving the session. The video below shows the final build in action, and I worked with the Tiger Data team to put this together. Tiger CLI is open-source (Apache 2.0) and works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI, and VS Code. To try this yourself: → Sign up for Tiger Cloud here: New accounts get $1,000 in free credits, no credit card required. → Install Tiger CLI: curl -fsSL https(:)//cli(.)tigerdata(.)com | sh → Run tiger mcp install claude-code → Give Claude Code a prompt and let it build. I also wrote a full walkthrough on how you can turn any coding agent into a production-grade data engineer that can manage over a billion-row Postgres workloads. It covers everything from the database setup to the final build. Read it below.

Pylon's 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 is our Analytics. That ends today. We've completely rebuilt our Analytics from scratch. Here's what we tried, what we screwed up, and what's coming. 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭, The Basics (Nov 2023) Our first attempt at analytics was quite loved by customers. At the time our customers were mostly small startups with simple needs. We built an out-of-the-box set of dashboards that covered the common use cases of support analytics (SLA-tracking, CSAT, TTFR, TTR, basic filtering...). As we moved upmarket... 1/ Everyone was requesting custom metrics 2/ Queries were becoming inefficient and slow We needed an upgrade. 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮, Advanced Reporting (June 2024) We knew custom reporting was going to be blackhole of work that long-term led to fully customer-customizable dashboards. We had four choices: 1/ Do nothing for now 2/ Do custom work per customer 3/ Build full custom reporting in-house 4/ Use an embeddable analytics vendor At the time Pylon was under 10 people total and we had no capacity to do the frontend work so we chose Option 4 (use a vendor). This was the first time we chose to not build a core feature like this in-house as we ultimately want full control of the end-user experience. We built out the new reporting with the chosen vendor over ~3 weeks. On the surface the new reporting looked really good (not visually, but in terms of functionality). You could add custom charts of any type, create custom formulas, label the Y and X axis, and effectively build most of what you would want. It was really great for demos. But in practice it was incredibly hard to use, lacked core capabilities (like the ability to filter off of dynamic custom fields), and visually looked not stylized to the rest of the product. We started to discover some of these issues during the implementation, but it still felt like there was more upside than downside so we released it. Feedback was not great but we hoped our vendor would fix changes quickly. Unfortunately they weren't fast enough and we lost confidence that they would be a good long-term solution. As a stop-gap we also built out a data warehouse integration so customers could export their data back to Snowflake or BigQuery to use with their own BI tools. Finally, a few months ago the vendor told us they were being acquired. That was the final straw. We needed to move off ASAP. 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟯, New Reporting (Today) Today's release is back to being built entirely in-house. It's been rolled out in beta to all customers with an option to flip back to old analytics until we plug some custom reporting gaps. This time we have the capacity to do it right between Wendy (prev product design at Amplitude), Matt, and Tom. We've managed to greatly improve: 1/ Desired filter options (custom field support) 2/ Performance 3/ Setup UX 4/ Style (looks native) Early feedback has been really positive so far and as we bring it out of beta we're thinking about how to make the best natively-offered reporting of any support platform. 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟰 (What's coming soon) To get to first-class reporting, we need to study not only our learnings, but also what the incumbents have screwed up as well. Funny enough, Zendesk's analytics have similar complaints to our v2, and for the exact same reason as we did: they integrated an external tool. In 2015 they bought a company called BIME Analytics which they became Zendesk Explore. The complaints they have to this day are similar to our v2: 1/ Steep learning curve 2/ Advanced, yet still not enough flexibility 3/ Random feature gaps 4/ Data accuracy and reliability concerns 5/ Performance issues 6/ Complicated UX v4 will follow three core principals: Offer a simple default setup. We want to continue being startup friendly and we'll feature gate custom reporting and data exports by tier in the product. Offer maximal configuration, with AI-assisted setup. As we go upmarket, customers will want to Explore (pun intended) data in every single direction. We need to allow them to do that. For those more complicated use cases we think AI will be the Ultimate (also pun intended) way to reduce setup friction. Build it all in-house. Although using a 3rd party embedded analytics provider didn't work for us, we don't think that is the case for everyone. It's just in customer support, reporting is REALLY important. They are probably some of the highest-complexity reporting of most SaaS vendors (maybe second to marketing products). So... we have to do it right. And since this is end-user facing, we have to own every detail of it. If you got this far, thank you for reading. See our new Analytics at

Why the character movement in my custom game engine felt janky and how I fixed it. In a game engine, most often, a character moves using the physics engine. Meaning, the player is not just a coordinate in space but a physical body. It has velocity, it handles collisions, and it interacts with the world. Now, as you might know, physics engines need stability. If you run them at variable framerates, things start breaking. Objects phase through walls or fly off into space because the math becomes unpredictable. This is why most game engines lock their physics loop to a 60Hz fixed rate. But here’s the problem: If you have a high-end system, you don't want to limit it at 60 FPS. That's a waste of good hardware. Now, that said, if the GPU is rendering at 144 FPS but the player's position (physics driven) only updates 60 times a second, it creates a micro-stutter that ruins the "smooth" feel of the game. A good way to fix this is to treat the character as two separate things: 1. The Physics Body (Invisible part): This is the "real" character. It lives in the 60Hz physics world, it moves the player and handles collisions. 2. The Visual Model and Camera (Visible part): This is what the player actually sees. It doesn't care about collisions, its only job is to look nice and smooth at whatever framerate the GPU is pushing. Once you have this separation, you can use interpolation to keep them in sync. Every time the physics clock ticks, you save the previous position of the invisible body before moving it to the new one. Between those ticks, calculate how far we are between the last physics update and the next one. By using this to drive the visible parts of the game, the stutters disappear. The physics loop stays fixed behind the scenes, while the visuals slide smoothly between the snapshots. Example: - Right after a tick: blend_weight= 0.0 (The visual model stays at the old physics position). - Halfway to the next: blend_weight= 0.5 (The visual model slides to the middle point). - Just before the next: blend_weight= 0.9 (The visual model is almost at the new physics position). Pro-Tip A critical mistake I made initially, and one many devs make, is parenting the camera and visible parts directly to the player body. If you do this, the camera inherits the discrete 60Hz physics movement by default. In that setup, interpolation won't work because the camera is "stuck" to the physics clock. For this fix to work you must decouple the camera and visuals from the body and move them separately. Player movement processing in Detis Engine: - fixed_process: Physics runs at 60Hz. Handles collisions and raw movement. - process: Variable rate. Mainly used for player input caching in the player case. - late_process: Variable rate. Handles interpolated camera movement after physics and everything else is done being processed. - render. Submits the final interpolated transforms to the GPU. The test environment in the video is running on an old 2070-based laptop. Hopefully the video compression won't introduce any stutter... I’m sharing this in hopes it helps a fellow dev. Cheers.

Here’s my written & video review of the new 2026 Tesla Model Y Performance after driving it for a week. This is the best-value new Tesla you can buy. Crazy performance, no real drawbacks, and all for just $57,490. Let’s dive in. Price: I haven’t seen many others mention this: every option on the Model Y Performance is included at no extra cost in the US (except FSD). So if you spec a Model Y Premium AWD with an upgraded paint color, tow package, white interior, and upgraded 20" wheels, a fully loaded Model Y Premium AWD ends up only about $2,500 less expensive than a fully loaded Model Y Performance. Ride Quality: I thought I might feel worse ride quality vs my Premium AWD Model Y with 20" wheels, but I struggled to find any real difference, despite the larger 21" wheels, firmer suspension setting, and 0.6" lower ride height on the Performance trim. A true testament to Tesla's engineering magic on this thing. Exterior Design: Unlike the previous Model Y Performance, Tesla made some exterior design tweaks with a new front and rear fascia to spice things up a bit. The result, in my opinion, is the best-looking Model Y trim you can buy. It definitely has a more aggressive presence in person, even if it's subtle. The carbon-fiber spoiler boosts high-speed stability and cuts aerodynamic drag by 10%. The new 21’’ Arachnid 2.0 wheels look fantastic in person, one of my favorite designs ever from Tesla. Staggered wheel and tire fitment provides better grip and steering. The beefier 275mm rear tires (255mm in the front) give the vehicle a better stance from behind. Vehicle-to-Load (V2L): For the first time on a Model Y in North America, you can now plug in anything you want to the exterior charge port with an adapter, even a campsite! It provides up to 2.4 kW of power (120V at 20A) from two household outlets. It's a great feature. Interior: It’s what you know and love, but with a few changes that elevate the ownership experience. New with the Performance is a larger 16" center screen (vs. 15.4" on non-Performance models), with thinner bezels and higher resolution. It’s not a huge difference on paper, but you definitely notice it in daily use. The carbon-fiber décor on the door cards and dash is a nice touch, though I would like to see it extended to the center console. The new performance seats are the best seats of any Tesla I've ever experienced. While they retain aggressive bolstering in the torso area, the bottom seat cushion has less aggressive bolstering than on the Model 3 Performance seats, making it easier to get in and out. It also doesn’t squeeze your thighs too tightly. The powered thigh extenders add comfort on longer drives, especially for taller people who want extra support. And of course, they’re heated and ventilated. The headrests also feel more comfortable than the ones in my Model Y. I want these seats. Unlike the old Model Y Performance, the new one has no Track Mode. Why? Because nobody used it lol. No point in putting engineering resources into something people won’t use. The refreshed Model 3 Performance still has it, though. Cabin Quietness: Despite the thinner-profile tires, there is no noticeable difference vs my Premium Model Y. Decibel reading results at highway speeds were visually the same compared to my 2026 Model Y Premium (65-66). Driving Impressions: It’s amazing. Sharp, precise, and agile. The vehicle feels stable at all times. Acceleration is blistering (3.3s 0–60 mph), with plenty of punch even at higher speeds. The tires offer good grip, and cornering is fantastic for an SUV. The suspension setup is great. More steering wheel feedback would be nice, though. Cruising around traffic is a joy. The brakes are much improved over the previous Model Y Performance and are far better suited for spirited driving. There are three acceleration modes: Chill, Standard, and Insane. Just stay in Insane. You’d be insane not to lol. The car also lets you switch between two ride and handling modes: Standard and Sport. The difference isn’t huge, but Standard is better if you’ve got passengers. FSD: I unfortunately wasn’t able to get FSD V14 on this car. It had V13.2.9, so I didn’t use it much. But in the little time I did, it was smooth and comfortable. It didn’t bother me because V14 will perform just as well here as it does on my 2026 Model Y Premium AWD. Conclusion: You won’t find another new SUV today that offers this level of performance for the price. Back in 2022, when Tesla couldn’t build Model Ys fast enough, a fully loaded Model Y Performance cost over $90,440. Today, the refreshed and far more capable 2026 Model Y Performance is just $57,490 fully loaded, and you can simply subscribe to FSD for $99/month. The 2026 Model Y Performance delivers utility, great performance, comfort, tech, self-driving and everything else people love about the Model Y. It’s a no-brainer purchase. I want one badly, but I'll need to show restraint, as I’m saving up for a house lol.

I vibe coded and built a sprite animation pipeline 🛠️ (Day 22 of making the engine+game) ⬇️ Watch the video if you don't wanna read the wall of text - it directly shows what I do. Shoutout to Jidé ✨ for showing me a paper on black/white combination to get alpha, it's the cleanest method yet, and to Cursor for enabling this entire journey. If you prefer the wall of text here you go: The hardest part of using general image models for 2D sprites isn’t getting a nice-looking frame, it’s getting consistent motion across a whole sprite sheet. You can fake a sheet, but frames won’t align, timing drifts, and you end up with weird artifacts. Even if you manually cut frames + interpolate, the animation often looks “off” because each frame is basically a new interpretation, not the same character evolving over time. This is especially noticeable with public API models like gpt-image-1.5 and Nano Banana. Some custom LoRAs for open models exist, but this is intended for less techy folks. My workaround: use a video model first, then post-process into a sprite sheet. Render the animation over a solid background (white/black/magenta/green), then chroma-key it out (my engine tool supports this). If the motion stays inside the silhouette, this works surprisingly well. You can do this in almost any video editing software too! The catch: keying almost always leaves an “aura” (edge spill). My best results come from interpolating the keyed animation with a clean base sprite, so you keep crisp edges and only “borrow” motion/detail where needed. If the animation extends outside the silhouette (tree branches, hair wisps, foliage), I usually skip “true sprite animation” and do it with shaders instead. Keying can’t fully remove halos there, no matter how much feathering/tuning you do. Another annoying issue: pixel corruption. AI rarely generates a perfectly flat background (pure #000000 or #FF00FF). That tiny noise breaks clean extraction and creates crawling garbage pixels around the subject. For clean base sprites (and even PBR maps), a useful trick is generating the same asset on white + black backgrounds and deriving alpha from the difference. This is basically a matte workflow: white = opaque, black = transparent. It fixes aura… but you’d need it per-frame to fix animation, which is still hard. For simple pixel art (single-digit frames), you can sometimes generate a sprite sheet, then ask the model to recreate it on black/white while preserving alignment… but it’s still manual-heavy. Honestly, at this point, for some projects it’s easier to go 3D → 2D and render clean sprites/maps directly. But I still love pushing “pure 2D” and seeing how far we can take it. Thanks for reading! Follow/bookmark/repost if interested in this kind of content!

Information about tomorrow's launch of the #FM26 3d stadium megapack! First off, really freaking hyped for it, but it is also making me a bit nervous! Been a month in the making now and super cool to see it rolled out and well over beta, but for everyone is really different! Well, this post will contain info on how I roll it out tomorrow. Release time: So I have made the decision to launch the megapack at around 12:00 tomorrow Central European Time. Gives me a bit of time to get up, do final checks and that. Support: I will be streaming for the hours following on from that with the stream starting at about 11:30. I'll be there, probably making stadiums and providing support. I will also release a simultaneous video at 12:00 on my own YouTube channel. In that I will go over the process of installation, some customization you can have and how to do them, as well as chat about current challenges and planned features. Features: The pack features an initial 120 stadiums from (mostly) the top 5 European Leagues. Furthermore, there will be certain stadiums from South America in it for the first version. For more information, consult the google sheet in the follow up post below. It contains a custom made crowd system which has seen a significant performance boost causing nearly no stutters or lag, even on older hardware. The animations might look janky, but they will be worked on during post release support and updates. Bugs: Considering my level and skill in programming, it was only going to be natural that bugs would happen. I have not received any mention of either game breaking, save corrupting or other catastrophic errors. The bugs are relatively minor such as the position of the ball not always aligning or the referee and linesmen disappearing for some reason. Just like the animations of crowds, they will be ironed out over time. If you come across a bug, feel free to let me know, but do so respectfully please :D I also need to stress again, that it will not work on macbooks with apple silicon, and steam deck is still experimental. I will therefore not provide technical support for issues related to apple silicon. FAQ: Some frequently asked questions are: - Will it be free? Yes. 100%! If you see it somewhere and they're charging for it, step away, (kindly) report it to me and I will take the required actions if need be. My mods will always be free in its core, with you having the option to send a donation if you wish to do so! - Will it work on #FM24? No. Plain and simple this will not work in FM24 due to the difference in game engine. - Do I need to start a new save? Nope! Fully compatible with your saves as well as match history. So if you won the final of the UEFA Champions League in your home stadium, you can replay it with your ground ;) this is also the case for saves from FM23 and FM24. Lastly, this has been a mammoth effort, but could not have been done without the support from everyone who has been involved. In the google sheet from earlier there is a credits page and if I forgot to put anyone on there, let me know and we'll get it sorted because this has been a huge collaborative effort from so many people on the background and the talented #PES modders. Just insane!! You guys will all get a mention on here too in a follow up post. Thank you everyone 🫶

CANCEL Your Weekend Plans, & Learn Claude Code Today. This Claude Code teaches more about vibe-coding in 30 mins than most tutorials do in hours. Save this, it'll change how you build forever People are building entire apps and charging clients $5,000 to $20,000 using Claude Code. This Claude Code video is a goldmine. Full Claude Code tutorial. Beginner to pro. Every feature. Every setup step. Every best practice. Zero prior knowledge needed. Save it. Watch it tonight. Not tomorrow. Tonight. Follow Himanshu Kumar so you don't miss the breakdowns for each feature. This is your complete Claude Code roadmap. Lose it and you lose the next 12 months of income. ↓ 1. Understand What Claude Code Actually Is. You think Claude Code is just another chatbot. It's not. And that misunderstanding is why you're broke. ChatGPT gives you text. Claude Code gives you software. It runs in your terminal. It reads your entire codebase. It writes files directly to your project. It runs commands on your machine. It debugs errors autonomously. It builds features end to end. You're not chatting. You're deploying a developer. One that works 24/7. Never asks for a raise. Never calls in sick. Never pushes broken code at 5 PM on a Friday. People are charging clients $5,000-$10,000 for apps they built with Claude Code in 3 hours. And you didn't even know this tool existed because you're still asking ChatGPT to write you a to-do list. The gap between you and people making money with AI isn't intelligence. It's awareness. Now you're aware. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the complete breakdown of every Claude Code feature. ↓ 2. Set Up Claude Code Properly. Most people quit here. "It's too complicated." "I don't know terminal." "I'll set it up later." Later never comes. And "complicated" means "I watched for 30 seconds and gave up." The setup takes 10 minutes. Install Node.js. Install Claude Code via npm. Authenticate your account. Open your terminal. Done. 10 minutes. You spent longer this morning deciding what to have for breakfast. The video walks through every single click. Every command. Every screen. Assuming you know absolutely nothing. If you can download an app on your phone, you can set up Claude Code. It's the same level of difficulty. But you'll still tell yourself it's "too technical" because that excuse is more comfortable than admitting you're just scared to try something new. This is the setup that everything else builds on. Skip it and nothing works. ↓ 3. Use the Desktop App. You don't even need to live in the terminal if you don't want to. Claude Code has a desktop app. Clean interface. Visual feedback. Everything you need without touching command line. But here's the thing most people don't know: The desktop app isn't just a pretty wrapper. It lets you manage projects visually. See file changes in real time. Switch between projects instantly. The people making money with Claude Code use the desktop app for client projects because it's faster to manage multiple builds simultaneously. You're still opening 14 browser tabs to organize one project. They open one app and everything's there. Efficiency isn't a personality trait. It's a tool choice. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the desktop app workflow that handles 5 client projects at once. ↓ 4. Install the Right Dependencies. This is where beginners silently fail and blame the tool. Claude Code needs certain dependencies installed to work properly. Miss one and everything breaks. Then you go on Twitter and say "Claude Code doesn't work." It works fine. You just didn't read the setup guide. The video covers every dependency you need. What to install. How to install it. How to verify it's working. No guessing. No Stack Overflow rabbit holes at midnight. No "why isn't this working" for 3 hours. Watch the dependency section once. Follow every step. Never deal with setup issues again. You spent more time last week troubleshooting a printer than this takes. ↓ 5. Work Inside Your Code Editor. Claude Code integrates directly with your code editor. VS Code. Cursor. Whatever you use. It's not a separate window you alt-tab between. It's right there. In your workflow. You type a request. Claude writes the code. The code appears in your editor. You review it. Accept it. Done. No copy pasting between windows. No reformatting code that got mangled in transit. No "which version was the right one." It's like pair programming with someone who never gets distracted, never argues about naming conventions, and actually writes code that works on the first try. Your current coding process is: Google the problem, read 5 answers on Stack Overflow, copy the wrong one, debug for an hour, find the right one, paste it in, break something else, repeat. Claude Code's process is: describe what you want, get working code, move on with your life. Same hour. One method produces working software. The other produces frustration and a browser history full of Stack Overflow tabs. Stop coding the hard way. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for code editor setup guides and integration tips. ↓ 6. Master Basic Usage. Most people learn 5% of a tool and say they "know" it. You "know" Photoshop because you can crop an image. You "know" Excel because you can sum a column. You "know" Claude Code because you asked it one question. Basic usage means: How to give Claude Code context about your project. How to ask for changes to existing code. How to generate new files and features. How to review what Claude produces. How to iterate when the output isn't perfect. These basics are the foundation of everything. Skip them and every advanced feature feels confusing. Master them and every advanced feature feels obvious. The video breaks down each one with real examples. Not theory. Actual usage on actual projects. You've been using AI tools at 5% capacity and wondering why your results are 5% of what others get. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for daily Claude Code usage tips. ↓ 7. Learn Every Command. Claude Code has commands that most users never discover. Because most users type one message and expect magic. That's not how professionals use it. Professionals use specific commands that tell Claude Code exactly what to do, how to do it, and what constraints to follow. The difference between a beginner and someone making $10K/month with Claude Code is knowing which command to use and when. The video walks through every single one. Not just what they do. But when to use each one. And why one command is better than another for specific situations. You've been using Claude Code like a hammer. These commands turn it into a full toolbox. Stop treating a power tool like a blunt instrument. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the command cheat sheet I use daily. ↓ 8. Understand Modes and Shortcuts. Speed matters. The person who builds an app in 2 hours charges $5,000. The person who builds the same app in 2 days charges $2,000. Same app. Same quality. Different speed. Different income. Claude Code has modes that change how it operates. And shortcuts that cut your workflow time in half. Most people don't know either exists. They use Claude Code in default mode for everything. Like driving a car in first gear on the highway. Technically it works. But everyone is passing you. The video shows you every mode. Every shortcut. Every time-saving trick that separates the people charging $2,000 per project from the people charging $10,000. Speed is money. Literally. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the shortcuts that cut my build time by 60%. ↓ 9. Write a Proper Planning Prompt. This is the section that separates amateurs from professionals. And it's the section most people skip. A planning prompt tells Claude Code what you're building before you start building it. Architecture. File structure. Technologies. Features. Constraints. Edge cases. Without a planning prompt, Claude Code guesses. And guessing produces garbage. With a planning prompt, Claude Code executes a clear plan. And clear plans produce working software. The video shows you exactly how to write a planning prompt that makes Claude Code produce professional-grade output on the first try. "But I just want to start coding." That's why your code breaks every time. That's why you restart projects 4 times. That's why nothing you build ever gets finished. Because you refuse to plan. A 5-minute planning prompt saves you 5 hours of debugging. But you'd rather skip the 5 minutes and suffer through the 5 hours because patience isn't your thing. And that's exactly why you're not making money. Planning is the most underpaid skill in coding. And the most overpaid when you master it. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the planning prompt templates I use for every client project. ↓ 10. Choose the Right Model. Claude Code lets you select different AI models. Not all models are the same. Not all tasks need the same model. Using the most powerful model for a simple task wastes credits. Using a basic model for a complex task wastes time. The video explains: Which model to use for quick fixes. Which model to use for complex architecture. Which model to use for debugging. Which model to use for code generation. Most people pick one model and use it for everything. That's like using a sledgehammer to hang a picture frame. Model selection is strategy. And strategy is money. The people making $10K/month with Claude Code are strategic about every credit they spend. You're burning through credits because you use the most expensive model to write a hello world. ↓ 11. Use Git and Version Control. If you're not using version control, you're one mistake away from losing everything. Claude Code integrates with Git. Every change tracked. Every version saved. Every mistake reversible. Without Git: Claude makes a change. It breaks something. You can't undo it. You start over. 3 hours wasted. With Git: Claude makes a change. It breaks something. You roll back in 5 seconds. Keep working. Version control isn't optional. It's insurance. And the people not using it are the same people who say "I lost my entire project" like it's something that just happens. It doesn't just happen. It happens because you didn't set up Git. The video walks through the entire Git integration. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the Git workflow that's saved every project I've ever built. ↓ 12. Set Up Claude MD and Memory. This is the feature that makes Claude Code feel like a real team member instead of a stranger you explain everything to every time. ClaudeMD is a memory file. You tell Claude Code about your project once. It remembers forever. Coding style preferences. Project architecture decisions. Technology stack. File naming conventions. Business logic rules. Without ClaudeMD: Every new conversation starts from zero. You explain the same things repeatedly. Output is inconsistent. With ClaudeMD: Claude knows your project. Claude follows your rules. Claude produces consistent, professional code. The difference between a sloppy freelancer and a reliable agency is consistency. Claude. MD gives you consistency without the agency overhead. Most people don't set this up and wonder why Claude Code gives different answers every time. ↓ 13. Automate with Tasks. This is where Claude Code stops being a tool and starts being an employee. Tasks let you define repeating workflows. "Every time I push code, run tests." "Every time I create a new file, add boilerplate." "Every time I start a session, check for errors." Automated. Hands-free. Consistent. You're doing these things manually every single day. The same checks. The same steps. The same routine. Tasks do them automatically. So you can focus on the work that actually makes money. Every manual task you automate is time you get back. And time is the only thing you can never make more of. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the task automation templates that run my entire workflow. ↓ 14. Explore Features Most People Never Touch. The video covers features that 95% of Claude Code users don't know exist. Because they watched a 3-minute TikTok about Claude Code and think they're experts now. They're not. They're using 5% of a tool that can do everything. The full tutorial goes deep into features that most tutorials skip because they're "too advanced." They're not too advanced. They're too valuable for lazy creators to bother explaining. This video explains all of them. Clearly. For beginners. The 5% of features you don't know about are the 5% that make people rich. ↓ Let's zoom out. I just broke down 14 sections of Claude Code. Setup and installation. Desktop app. Dependencies. Code editor integration. Basic usage. Commands. Modes and shortcuts. Planning prompts. Model selection. Git and version control. Memory and Claude. MD. Tasks and automation. Advanced features. All in one video. All free. All beginner friendly. The person who masters even half of these in the next 2 weeks will be in the top 1% of Claude Code users. The top 1% of Claude Code users are the ones charging $5,000-$10,000 per project and building them in a single afternoon. Everyone else is asking ChatGPT to fix their resume. Same tools. Same access. Completely different outcomes. Because one person treats AI like a toy. And the other treats it like a business. ↓ Here's the hard truth nobody wants to hear. You don't have a talent problem. You don't have an intelligence problem. You don't have a resources problem. You have an action problem. Everything I just listed has a free tutorial right here in the attached video. 33 minutes. That's it. 33 minutes to learn the tool that people are using to build $5,000-$20,000/month businesses. You spent more time today scrolling Twitter than it takes to watch this video. You spent more time this week watching Netflix than it takes to master Claude Code basics. You spent more time this month doing nothing than it would take to completely change your income. The information is free. The tool is accessible. The opportunity is here. The only thing missing is you caring enough to start. ↓ CANCEL your plans this week. This isn't optional anymore. The people learning Claude Code right now will be building apps for the people who didn't learn it. That's not a prediction. That's already happening. Companies are replacing $150/hour developers with one person and Claude Code. If you code: learn Claude Code or become half as valuable by next year. If you don't code: learn Claude Code or miss the biggest opportunity to start earning from tech without a CS degree. There's no path forward that doesn't include AI coding tools. None. You have one window. Right now. This week. ↓ Here's your action plan for the next 7 days: Day 1: Watch the full video. Install Claude Code. Set up dependencies. Day 2: Learn basic usage. Try 5 different commands. Day 3: Write your first planning prompt. Build a small project. Day 4: Set up Claude. MD. Configure your memory file. Day 5: Master modes and shortcuts. Build a second project faster. Day 6: Set up Git integration. Automate with tasks. Day 7: Build something real. A tool, an app, a website. Ship it. 7 days. One tool. One completely different skill set. One completely different income potential. Or 7 more days of scrolling Twitter watching other people build things while you "plan to start." Your call. ↓ This is the most important video you'll watch this year. 33 minutes. Complete Claude Code mastery. From zero to building real projects. Save this post. Come back to it every single day this week. Check off each section as you complete it. Follow Himanshu Kumarfor daily Claude Code breakdowns, advanced tutorials, and the exact workflows that are turning beginners into $10K/month builders. The only thing between you and $10K/month with Claude Code is this video and 7 days. Don't waste them. You Must Follow me Himanshu Kumar, so i can send you DM.
