Every topic is distinct and well researched, covering distinct historical subjects with genuine educational depth. No two videos are the same and no template can produce what we make. These are 3 hour long documentaries. We use real archived historical footage that takes a long time to find and source and edit with the narration. We do not use AI images or video. This is not something you can template. This is not something you can mass produce. The render time alone makes that impossible. I did everything right. I made a detailed appeal video explaining the entire workflow of my channel. How we write the scripts, how we do the editing, how we record the voiceovers, everything in full detail. That video has zero views. It was auto rejected. No one at YouTube watched a single second of it. $5,500 from last month is on hold. $2,200 from this month is on hold. I live with Crohn’s disease, which means my body can only handle so much stress before it shuts down. For 13 years, this channel wasn’t just content… it was something I built despite that. On the days I couldn’t do anything else, I worked on this. It gave me purpose. Stability. A reason to keep going. And now it’s gone. Falsely flagged for “harmful content involving minors” and “sexual abuse.” No warning. No real explanation. No human support. Just erased overnight. I’m tired. Truly tired. And I know I’m not the only creator feeling this way right now. After everything it takes to keep going while being chronically ill… to have it all taken away like this is devastating. What is the point of recognizing creators, verifying them, even awarding them… if everything can disappear instantly without proper review? I am asking for a human review of my channel. Here's the clip that apparently terminated my YouTube channel. While livestreaming about the SpaceX IPO, I tried to share what I believed was the official livestream of the SpaceX IPO ceremony. I clicked on a video on YouTube that appeared to be legitimate live coverage. Afterall, it was apparently on the offical Nasdaq YT channel. After playing it for about 20 seconds, I realized it was an AI deepfake, so I immediately stopped it and told my viewers it was fake. My only intention was to show the real ceremony to my audience. As soon as I noticed the issue, I clicked off. I’ve learned from this experience and will be much more careful when selecting and verifying content before going live. That said, I believe terminating the entire channel for an unintentional mistake was quite severe. I would appreciate it if you could review and reconsider this decision. There's a very small YouTube channel that uses stock footage and narration, where the voice seems to be AI trained on my voice. I was told about it from one of my viewers that said when he started watching this channel he realized it was my voice, but with AI. It for sure doesn't sound perfect, and it still has that "AI" sound to it, but this stuff is going to get a lot more convincing really soon. There's not really any tools to deal with this currently, as there's no reporting system, and it's not an exact copy because the narration is different. But I feel like this may become a much bigger problem for YouTube in the future. They are going to have to adapt their copyright system to include AI voice and video copies of people under impersonation.
