That gear looks a hell of a lot different then when I was in. But, man, does that waddle out across the tarmac bring back memories.

Pretty easy stroll to the aircraft. Very light loads. Still respect. Airborne!

You know the Military could save a lot of money if... "they purchased their own civilian aircraft (for FF purposes) assigned those aircraft on civilian drop zones near military bases that conduct FF operations, assign each jumper FF parachutes (military property)... 1/2.
