PARKING METERS VANDALIZED IN SAN DIEGO. Parking meters are being vandalized with "expanding foam" from home Depot apparently it's really a problem because these cans are only about $2 and can disable over up to 5O parking meters. I really hope this doesn't catch on. The good news is parking meters will start charging park goers in Balboa Park in a few days.
