Caveman skills 101. Could be useful in an apocalypse.

Seriously

Building a strong community takes local materials & strong people. And without skills, none of the others, of course are worth dust. But of course, you know that. It's what worries me now, the lack of people with useful skills

He never looked at his phone once in this video

He has good aim going straight down the rock

@its_The_Dr I’ve always wondered how people made smaller rocks out of bigger rocks…

I worked at a couple of rock quarries about a decade ago and used to do this all day. So satisfying. I still have dreams about splitting rocks

Every man watched this video in its entirety and on normal speed. I can’t explain why, but there’s something awesome about watching another guy work when they’re a pro.

No safety glasses for eye protection? Pretty risky if you ask me. No question the guy is skilled but highly exposed to eye injury.

Don’t tell this guy Egyptians didn’t build the pyramids

I couldn’t have made a straighter line use a chalk line. Dang! Respect

Many would soil their pants attempting this. My Dude here is mathematical with it too 💪🏻

Dude has unbelievable precision in his mallet hammering.

He's a thin little guy but, I bet he's strong and rock solid.

What is this? The prison in Africa

Those are serious direct hits! Skill right there.

This is how iPad tablets were made during the Ice Age!

Those seem like the softest rocks ever made

Amazing craftsmanship. Wow!👍🏽

Wow. That is amazing Robert!

Yes

These are the men that really could say blood, sweat, and tears. Where would the world be without men?

And they say we didn’t build pyramids 😂

And that’s why the flintstones had dinosaurs doing it

The hand-eye coordination is incredible.

We take gravity for granted every day

Always wondered where small rocks came from.

Archaeologist will see this and wonder which kind of advanced technology made this precision cut

Damn, I guess I was wrong. They did actually build the pyramids with a chisel and hammer. 😂

I’ve done this type of work and you listen for that sound and watch the dust dance and you know you’ve got it. So satisfying for some reason!

And this, my kids, is how sand is produced.

@LadyConstance8 All that's missing is flip flops

Welcome to 🇰🇪

98% of commenters couldn’t finish the first break. They would tire out after 5 swings of that hammer.

That’s how they made the pyramids.

I have immense respect for this guy

The US has determined that this is impossible without approved eye protection, hard hat, dayglow safety vest, steel toe boots, impact reaistant gloves, fall tether and a 40 hour course that costs $400 and has to be renewed regularly.
