Days Gone deserved a sequel to expand on THAT ending.

It definitely is an underrated gem. Deserved a sequel.

I haven’t played Days Gone yet but from what I’ve seen it seems like the game has a lot of potential with a sequel that expands on the first game’s Novel ideas. And the game is beloved enough to get one. I think they’re pulling a bloodborne where they ignore the fans cries.

Yeah the way that end game ends definitely leaves it open for much bigger things! It’s a shame because once the game went to PS Plus, a lot more people actually started to enjoy it Hope you really enjoy your time with Days Gone, it’s incredible!

Definitely untapped potential! Loved the horde mechanic, seeing so many infected on screen, especially the sawmill section. Imagine how many would be possible on screen if a sequel was built for this generation?

Hopefully, Bend Studio’s next game incorporates a lot of the great qualities of Days Gone (e.g. technologically impressive horde/bike mechanics etc.) in their new game. I’m just hoping that it isn’t some colorful trendy slop, even though it’ll be a live service.

Knowing it’s live service has killed my hype slightly for whatever they’re cooking up. Don’t get me wrong it could still end up being a fantastic game they’re creating
