@DBSThinkTank @leaddbs Thanks for sharing! DBS for Hungtinton might be helpful in very selected patients. Big scale multicenter studies are useful but lack therapy personalization. After 6 months of parameter’ changes FOG also improved. The patient is now espectacular I must tell! 😀@smartinezho1

Nov 11, 2023: I discussed a behind the scenes conflict between Akio and Shueisha as far as the direction of DBS' future. I was the first to break it. How interesting that now, in 2026, when Akio's company CAPSULE CORP TOKYO is in charge, NOW we get #DragonBallSuper back. What a coinkidink! My reporting on this entire issue has been on point for YEARS. Akio needed to establish control and now look - more DBS Anime. So if you were one of the folks who insulted Akio... for shame. Can you pick out who has Parkinson's disease from the video using the 'whistle-smile' reflex? Maybe? Frederic Hanes described this sign in 1943. Giulia Paparella and colleagues revisit the observation in a trial of 34 Parkinson's folks versus 34 healthy controls in Movement Disorders Clinical Practice. Key Points: - When healthy individuals are prompted to whistle during a medical examination, 'they typically comply and subsequently smile.' - In Parkinson's 'they execute the whistle but often fail to produce an immediate smile.' - In their study they showed a sensitivity of 76% and a specificity of 65% for the sign. My take: It is hard to believe that there are only two papers on this sign published since 1943. Behavioral neurologists have long been fascinated by spontaneous smiling versus posed and elicited smiling in Parkinson's disease. Though the sensitivity and specificity are too low to become a biomarker, this is a sign neurologists can keep in their pockets for teaching. Researchers may also consider studying this phenomenon with functional imaging as the limbic-motor newtowrk is fascinating and we have also observed DBS induced smiling. The brain is a fascinating supercomputer and frankly, we do not know what we do not know. I think this is the 1st set of DB bench Ive ever filmed in my life Started keeping DBs at 45° throughout entire rep and its great I also like the slightest incline on the bench, as it allows me to arch (helps me keep shoulders pinned back/down) w/out making it decline press

Open up space with a guy that can get on DBs toes in a hurry, maintaining timing, like Brazzell imo And if coverage stays on underneath — make em pay. Sticking with Williams as an example in DET, where the offense didn’t have a bevy of speed elsewhere either (sans Gibbs):

A battle with a "Leopard" A German tank, in a carefully camouflaged hiding place, was destroyed on the outskirts of Konstantinovka. The enemy vehicle was spotted by an FPV drone operator from the 6th Motor Rifle Division's BpS unit of the "South" troop group. The first strike helped to unambiguously identify the combat vehicle by exposing the corresponding "German" elements, and after that, our fighters could not be stopped. Strike after strike, and the small FPVs finally destroyed the tank completely.

Magnetic Motor by Daniel Daniel's magnetic motor uses a series of electromagnets connected to switches synchronized in a resonance. This video shows that as the motor accelerates, it draws less and and less watts from the battery. In this design, the magnets attract until they pass one another and then they are momentarily switched off, removing the 'backwards' pull that would otherwise slow down the wheel. They are then switched back on as they approach the next magnet. If you have an explanation other than the motor producing Overunity, post it in the replies below.

I was really ashamed of Tony Elumelu after watching this video with Tan Su Shan, CEO & Director, DBS Bank Group discuss the evolving landscape of banking and finance in emerging markets. Wanna REALLY grow your shoulders? You’ll start getting better connection and results from your lateral raises when you start focusing on these 3 things👇 1- Pushing your knuckles directly out to the side (pretend to punch the walls next to you) 2- Keeping DBs in front of you slightly-this allows a little more range of motion for the delts and a little less tension on the joints. 3- Getting the weight up as close to 90 degrees as possible (just close enough is fine- doesn’t have to be exact) These tips can be applied any way you perform lateral raises (banded, DBs, cables etc) Don’t forget to bookmark and Share this post out if it helped you!
