How TF does police have jurisdiction over any armed force? Military Police units (CMP i.e. Red Berets iirc) exist for that purpose. The idea of this FIR is preposterous, and the armed forces are free to act under lawful orders irrespective of any civilian institution's fancies.

Bhosdike this is not pakistan the power stays with the state not with army, army are in any circumstances not to undermine the authority of the state. This is a court martial offence.
