Attach Documents: Provide supporting documents like death certificate (for deceased), proof of new residence, or ID for verification. 4. Verification: ERO verifies the application through field inquiry or document check. 5. Field Enquiry: ERO conducts a field inquiry to verify details for voter name deletion (e.g., confirming death, residence change, or duplicate entry). 6.
