I remember my jaw wide open and chills during this scene. It solidified it to me as one of the GOATs. The instantaneous response Ruijerd had to protect Rudeus with all that he had, knowing he would likely die. Legendary scene.

We spend the entire arc establishing how immense the skill gap is between Ruijerd and Eris, and yet it only buys Ruijerd a couple extra seconds against the Dragon God…

Still one of the most tense scenes in anime for me

Yamcha has more fucking aura than Jinwoo, dudes fucking DULL as dishwater edgelord.

It adds to the intensity that we know that Eris, Rudeus, and especially Ruijerd are all really strong characters, but they were demolished easily and effortlessly by Orsted. Truly terrifying! I also have one contender, but has yet to farm more aura:

They never say someone with better character development, depth, relatability, or motives. They only ever say aura because that's all he has.
