Clearly not suicide. Suicidal people don't leave bloody struggle trails. Suicide is the preferred professional hit-man's appearance goal. Ergo, it was a hit job. And the police calling it suicide proves they were bought, which means big money. Who had both the motive and the $?

Musk States: "OpenAI, Inc. has been transformed into a closed-source de facto subsidiary of the largest technology company in the world: Microsoft. Under its new board, it is not just developing but is actually refining an AGI to maximize profits for Microsoft, rather than for the benefit of humanity." Musk's Claims include: - Breach of contract - Breach of fiduciary duty - Unfair business practices He is requesting that OpenAI 'revert back to open source' and that they do not profit off of their AGI technology. As much as some people attack Musk on issues, I can't help but see this as a positive move for humanity in general. Keep in mind that Musk donated $44 million of his money to OpenAI with their original "founding agreement" in mind. Whether the courts agree with is another story but it will be interesting to follow.

Woo hoo! OpenAI highlights HubSpot partnership on main stage at #DevDay. Today was a special day for me. Was so cool to see Sam Altman from OpenAI feature HubSpot from the main keynote stage at their Dev Day event. HubSpot and OpenAI are the two most impactful companies in my life. HubSpot, for obvious reasons and OpenAI for less obvious ones. My relationship with Sam and OpenAI goes back a bit: 1) Got access to the GPT-2 API so had my "moment of magic" well before ChatGPT launched. 2) Have been using OpenAI's APIs and platform to build apps and agents for years. They *really* understand developers and have an amazing dev experience. 3) Sold the chat .com domain name to them and as a result was able to become an investor in the company. 4) They're the primary AI platform that HubSpot partners with and builds with -- as highlighted today. My congrats to the entire OpenAI team for today's event. I know how much work goes into putting together an event like this. And it was clear from the vibes how much you folks *care*. Cheers.

We firmly believe what happened with OpenAI was wrong on a very basic level that you can't raise millions of dollars in a publicly subsidized charity, and when it suits you, just turn into a for-profit operation where the officers and directors of the charity enrich themselves to the tune of billions, and that's what actually happened here, and that's just wrong."

When asked about how a company with $13B annual revenue make $1.4Tn financial commitment to invest over the next few years.
