Ayton had a solid game 1 let’s not forget that. Let’s giving him credit and cut him some slack . Our focus should be more on our depth, starters have bad games but what’s the benching doing to help ie Jaxson Hayes????

During Game 6 against the Houston Rockets LeBron James was in the LEFT CORNER to receive Pindown Screens from DeAndre Ayton for a quick 1st pass, then post feed to Ayton. 👍 Ayton made a skip pass to Hachimura for 3 points. Do it again.

He cant catch a bounce pass in the paint. It always leads to a turnover. He has a serious problem catching the ball..

Refusing to run CROSS PUNCH STS with Luke Kennard setting cross-screens for DeAndre Ayton to catch passes from the left wing is poor coaching.

@_JasonLT As a suns fan…welcome to the Ayton experience. It’s so frustrating because he has all the talent in the world but he’s never significantly improved. He’s basically the same player, with the same flaws, as he was in his 2nd or 3rd year.

Beyond infuriating. But we are only paying him $8 mil and he is returning value for that pay, so cannot really complain. We need to upgrade at the 5 this offseason.

better question is: Can Ayton dunk or no? If the layups are not working, why not just dunk everything? He is 7 ft tall
