This is a colorized video from London in 1931. Here are a few observations that I’d love to hear your feedback on. 1) Almost all the people in this video are dead right now. It is amazing how short life really is, and how incredible it is that humanity is able to pass on our accomplishments so efficiently. 2) There are still hundreds of millions of people who were alive when this video was taken. Look at how much things have changed in a single lifetime. Now consider where things will be in another lifetime. 3) Little did these people know that any child who was under 10 in this video, would almost certainly be fighting the Nazis in a decade and London would be getting bombed, seemingly endlessly in a decade as well.

Tonight I found out a large piece of debris suspected to be from MH370 was found in Southern Thailand in early 2016. This piece of debris can prove the videos real because my story explains this debris and I didn't even know about it. The plane was on fire, disintegrating, and attempting an emergency landing in the Nicobar islands, based on the coordinates in the Gorgon Stare WAMI. Only this story fits with a 2 meter x 3 meter piece of commercial plane with honeycomb pattern being found near Thailand. Here's the best part, I found this video of it and you can see two full serial numbers. NAS6204-31 on the screw and SG5773-1 on the panel. The story is Malaysia went and looked and ruled it out but they provide no facts to make this claim. What do these serial numbers match to, exactly? Supposedly NAS6204-31 matches to a Boeing 777 part. If you're an engineer on Boeing 777s and you recognize this part (possibly near an engine?) please say something.

Instacart founder Apoorva Mehta on doing things that don’t scale “Y Combinator encourages startups to do things that don’t scale. I find that this is one of the biggest competitive advantages that a startup has over a larger company… The idea is that once your product has demand, you can figure out how to scale your product.” Apoorva explains how in the early days of Instacart customers could place orders even if there weren’t shoppers online to fulfill those orders. “Of course, this meant that I would drop everything I was doing and fulfill the order myself.” They also ran into the issue that Trader Joe’s didn’t have an API or website with catalog of the items in the store. So the team literally went to their local Trader Joe’s, bought one of every single item, took it back to their office, photographed every single item, and manually entered it in the Instacart catalog. “Using the same unscalable techniques, we added Whole Foods, Costco and many other stores, and we realized we had the best product in the market.” Having the best product on the market allowed Instacart to quickly expand to 10 cities and maintain 10% week over week growth for 20 weeks. This week we’re getting GPT 5.5 and I couldn’t be more excited to see the first new pre train base in a while Before Spud releases, here’s the last video you need to watch - Greg Brockman perfectly indicated to us 3 important things that perfectly encapsulate the lineage of OpenAI and the mission. 1.This is the culmination of 2 years of research and is a fresh base pre-train that we haven’t gotten for a long time. 2.This is an “exciting release” and it will bring new capabilities (sort of a given but still very grateful nonetheless) & that it is AN EARLY VERSION of what we have coming - meaning they have a lot of RL to do to make this model even better since it’s a fresh pre-train. 3.THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF THE FLYWHEEL. As he said toward the end, “we have this engine of progress that just moves faster and faster and Spud is just one step along the way.” Depending on the capabilities we see this week from Spud, we may be able to map out if AGI will be sooner rather than later, judging by how much recursive work can exist within this model and the harness. Happy Final Space Friday So I'm recovering from a bit of food poisoning but I couldn't miss an update. Still waiting on those two pages and fixing a few issues mainly with text bubbles that are too close for comfort on the margins. My goal is still for next week to get the midnight edition print file to the printer to start on samples. It looks AWESOME! I'm so happy with how this edition looks. The video I attached is going to be the score to PREVIOUSLY ONS section (by Andrew Goodwin and Jake Sidwell) right now it's 9 minutes long and I actually think it may need to be longer for those pages but it captures the show so well and it feels like a great opener to the novel. Yep! We spent a 21 months building Werm, and we’re genuinely proud of how we’ve done things. We’ll keep doing everything possible to build great products. What you see now is the result of countless iterations from the version shown in the below video. With just three people, building and scaling a multiplayer game has been incredibly challenging, even large studios struggle with this. The 21 months of development were necessary. We went through multiple rebuilds, learned a ton about launches, and built real relationships across the ecosystem. We stayed away from presales and token launches because the product wasn’t ready. Now we finally feel confident to give it a real shot. There’ll be bumps along the way, but unlike most crypto projects built on hype, we’re launching with an actual product and genuine intent to make it work. We believe we’re doing it the right way and that’s how we plan to keep going. The goal is for the community to trust that when we build, it’s 100% real, never a scam. More news to come about Werm!
