💔🥺I received a call very early this morning, to say that my uncle's house was targeted by tanks and my nephew was painfully injured in his side. We dread these moments, my friends, when you see that a family member is calling and you have to worry what will be on the other side.. I have just received word that his injuries are minor, and hopefully, he will be released from the hospital tomorrow. After trying to process this terrible news this morning, I also received word that our dear friend Aboud has been hospitalised again, due to very poor health. I cannot describe how I am feeling today, my friends. It would mean a lot if you could pray for my nephew and for Aboud to recover, if you'd like to. Things here are quickly deteriorating, and the aggression toward us is escalating very quickly. I do not know how long we will have. I did not know what to do myself, so I did what was familiar, and my cousin and I cooked a rice meal for the camp to make the people there very happy. We will not stop this work until they force us, my dear friends. Please stand by us, in any way you possibly can. I am just a man, pleading with the world as our homeland is crashing down on top of us. I do not want to be another number, I do not want my children to suffer this terror. And finally....its NOT an Asteroid. Yes.... They are here...... . A mysterious interstellar object, 31/ATLAS, is racing through our solar system and will reach its closest point to the sun October 29. At the same time, NASA is preparing the Artemis II mission for 2026, and aiming to return humans to the Moon by 2027. But the question remains… Is NASA showing us everything? Or is something being kept in the shadows of space?

🐈🥰🫂🇵🇸It was wonderful to read your words and feel you celebrate with us, my dear friends. While some strikes continued to fall around us, the army has now begun to withdraw, and 🇵🇸🌿#Gaza City is taking a big sigh of relief. There are many thousands of us still here, and we knew our days were limited if change did not happen. Just this week there were tanks in our streets, and now there are only birds in the sky and peace on the ground. It is a miracle to be alive, my dear friends. Thank you and thank you again, for standing by us and always showing me and my family and my friends your unconditional love and support. I hope that soon aid will be able to flood into the area, and we will be able to return to helping people and the cats and the dogs again. I forgot to mention this yesterday, but we have a new cat living in our shelter. He is a very gentle and loving boy, and he turned up in my house where my cousin Mo took him to the shelter to be safe. I don't know if he belongs to someone, so we will keep him safe and feed him while we ask around to see if he belongs to someone. His addition to our shelter has made my children very happy, and I would be grateful for your support to buy him and the other cats more food. Hopefully, soon there will be real pet food in Gaza again! I pray for better days and conditions, my friends. Thank you for reading my update and always being so wonderful. The burning of houses and continued aggression by the radical Meitei Militant groups supported by the state forces have reached unprecedented levels, leaving our Kuki-Zo brethren vulnerable and in desperate need of protection especially around Sugnu. Despite the Home Minister's reassurances, the radical Meitei groups relentless acts of violence and arson have not only persisted but escalated in Kuki-Zo Tribal villages in the said area causing fear and anguish even as this press statement is released. Innocent lives were lost, homes reduced to ashes, and families have been displaced even after one month since the violence first started. Hi it’s Guido! I have ended my participation in the global hunger strike against the race to superintelligence on Wednesday after 30 days in front of Anthropic. I’m doing well as I rebuild my strength to continue the fight. Thank you so much to everyone who has helped support this effort and joined in the work of mobilizing our society against this threat! Thanks to you and the dedication of Michaël Trazzi, Denys Sheremet & Samuel Shadrach news of these actions has been published across three continents and untold numbers of people have been reached by the urgency of our message: the race to superintelligence threatens all we love and we must end it now! We who have everything at stake cannot stand by while this malignant conspiracy against the safety and security of the human race flourishes under the aid and protection of the corrupt and inept governments of this world. We have the potential inside us and between us to compel the end to this race today- through direct, non-violent action in mass. 💔My dear friends, the situation here is terrifying, everything is deteriorating further, and today the army displaced our people from the Cruelty-Free Camp. Thankfully they were able to escape unharmed, but they had to leave everything they owned behind. It is heartbreaking and terrifying, my friends. Everyone is tense and scared, and there’s so little resources available that I’m very worried that we are all going to die. The war seems to have returned with greater force and danger than ever before. There’s lots of people that have been displaced into our area, and today we were able to set up a small water distribution point with water from a nearby well, and there are a lot of people who we hope will benefit from it. Will you please help us to continue to help these poor people in any way we can? OAU students are suffering. The 72-hour lecture boycott by the students' union yielded no results. We had a very efficient transport system, and now we are forced by people who have their own private cars to enter CNG buses and motorcycles, which have proven to be very inefficient. To meet up with 9 AM classes, you have to leave your hostel by 6 AM. All motorcycles and commercial buses have been stopped. This is my fourth year in this school, and I have never experienced this type of queue. We are calling the attention of the public to the unnecessary plight OAU students have been subjected to. Please retweet for a wider audience whether you are an OAU student or not. We never asked for CNG buses. It should help make life better and not difficult for us

The volatility - yes, volatility - in AR 4366 is absolutely unbelievable. I don't think I have ever used the word 'volatility' to describe an active region. The X-ray flux has been mostly above the M-class threshold for *35 hours* now. There have been 25+ M-class and 4 X-class flares. It is unfortunate that most of these flares are impulsive, else we'd have a train of CMEs en route and likely impacting by now. Even so, the show is incredible, one of the highlights of Solar Cycle 25 - we will be talking about this for a long time!

Dear Cat Castle Clowder. The decision is made. Whilst Meggy was snuggled between us and not purring loudly as she always does, we knew it was time. We called the vet and unfortunately they don’t have the option to come to us today due to their busy schedule. We are booked in at 4pm and will bring our baby girl home for the others to say goodbye before our final goodbye at the cremation tomorrow. There are simply not enough words to say thank you. Thanks to your support, Meggy got to have and survive the surgery that gave us 2+ extra months. We have been surrounded by your outpouring of love these past few months. We will continue to spoil her today and as you can see, she’s tucking into some butter.
