@ICICIBank does the same. They bombard on your WhatsApp (without asking for permission) and then they call me at all odd hours - without understanding the US CST time zone. I had to block someone early this week.

@ksmkkbookscom Universal nuisance @HDFCBank_Cares take note. Every customer is annoyed with your RM’s nuisance calls. Stop this call once target as KPI for your RM’s.

You all miss one point! They help you in a way by not returning phone calls! Yes When you need some help and call @HDFCBank_Cares , they don’t return phone calls! Added to this is 160 numbers as you cant call them back! think of all these mechanisms as ways to save our time😛

They will claim they did not call asking you to register DND in their site.

All the Bank RM’s call only cos they are expecting some investments or some SIP or some term insurance we could sign up with their employee code so that they are promoted or salary hike and nothing else.

They will also call many times for investing.. after investment is done if we have any doubts or some issue they won't mind . Silra pasanga avanuga
