This will forever change how power users switch apps on MacOS MacOS is full of animations. Switching to an app means repeatedly using cmd + tab or using power tools to assign a hotkey to the app. Even if you are using the hyperkey on Raycast to open apps, you will still be faced with the animations if the app is on different desktop. I've completely solved this pain point in the latest release of SuperCmd Here's what's done 1. Completely eliminated the animation, the hotkey will instantly switch to the instance of that app, even if it's on a different desktop 2. If there are multiple instances of the same app, e.g., 4 cursor projects, it will cycle through all the open windows of that app. (even VSCode / cursor supports cycling through windows only on the current desktop) I've long wanted to solve this issue for myself, and it has been the biggest bottleneck in my productivity. I see this as a huge win for power users, specially ADHD bois! SuperCmd 1.0.7 is out, but I wanted to dedicate a post to this specific feature first. The complete release post will come later. download ->

Trump Appears to say he's Not Christian... To the Christian Voters out there who vote based on Religion: Kamala Harris is a Christian. Donald Trump Just appeared to say "I'm not Christian". I'm sure that many people will claim that he misspoke, but to me he clearly stated, "I'm not Christian," right? I guess it would go along with the Cheating on multiple wives, sexually assaulting women and committing felonies though, right? Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Training a muscle 2-3 times a week in the 4-6 rep range is simply the most effective way to make it grow. - You're minimising fatigue (caused by volume) - Which allows you to maximise the growth stimulus (the last 5 reps from failure) - And recover fast enough to train the muscle in a fresh state in the same week (adding to the growth stimulus) Can you build muscle while ignoring this and just going for the pump? Sure, but it pays to have the right programming if you're not settling for mediocrity.

THE GATES OPEN ON THE 5/5 at 5pm EST. Welcome to SUBSPACE. A virtual submissive training experience for those who desire to understand, explore and learn how to become the best submissive for a Domme. Like in a session, you have to follow the instructions and then you surrender in trust, to the experience. More information will be revealed as we go. Knowing everything at once defeats the purpose... you have to be comfortable not being in control. If you already know you are IN, comment: "Dear Mistress, I am ready to submit". And I will send you the link to book. This will be an exceptionally exciting and educational opportunity. LIKE & RETWEET 💋
