@Richeydarian Ang problem kasi sa Pinas, walang subsidy ang government sa Airlines unlike sa ibang bansa. Lugi ang PAL until now because they keep on lowering fares pero oftentimes natatalo pa din sila ng foreign airlines when it comes to fares bec their government subsidizes their operation

@Richeydarian I have tried avoiding flying with PAL except for local flights and going to SFO only for logistical reasons. Elsewhere I fly with other airlines. With PAL, I got cancelled flights, mangled luggage bags, rude FA, non-existent customer services, cramped seats, name it, PAL got it.

@Richeydarian I rarely book PAL, minsan mas mura pa yung flight ng ibang flagship airlines sa kanila tapos yung service is much better

@Richeydarian @flyPAL didn’t even refund my brother’s ticket when flight was cancelled due to NIA traffic. What the heck

Had a great convo w/ folks at @flyPAL. It was constructive, sincere, and, above all, cautiously hopeful. I sincerely wish our FLAGSHIP CARRIER the best as PAL transitions back to becoming a world-class airlines anew, hopefully sooner than later, in such challenging times 🇵🇭💪

@Richeydarian we are just in the right track not to mention employees are so rude lazy and lacks adaptability and compassion to loyal travelers of the airline
