Please remember to say this prayer. Thank you, Holy Spirit, for Your unwavering presence in my life and for actively working within me to transform me into the person You destined me to be through this prayer. I demand the fruits of the Spirit be poured forth in the lives of everyone praying these spirit-filled and intimate prayers. This prayer of intimacy will yield these fruits of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. I pledge to do my best to reflect these qualities in my actions every day boldly because of the infilling from this prayer.

You should do it. Yes it's scary to think about the loss of the security you have with what you have done your entire life. But the reward you will have in advocating for something you love will be far more rewarding. Will is a blessing and the world needs to know he has every bit of a right to be here as the rest of us.

I have a saying I live by, so much so I have it tatted on my left arm. I pray it daily as well. "...Willing To Be Willing..." Follow where the spirit lead. Be willing to listen and willing to go where it leads. 😃

My goal in this budget process has always been to make sure we’re funding core, basic services in a balanced and disciplined manner. We know there is an inherent tension between asking people to pay rates, fees and taxes— and the issue of affordability. We want to make sure our city can provide the quality-of-life services that our residents deserve, but we also want to make sure we’re putting affordability first in our community. While I worry a lot about affordability, I also worry about the ability of our city to deliver quality services without more revenue. I strongly believe that if we're not making the kinds of investments we need to make in our people and our services, we will be managing decay in Austin in a very short period of time. This budget will not meet everyone’s concept of perfection. Truthfully, there are parts of the budget that I don’t like. That goes with living in a big, diverse city—different people will have different priorities, and we need to make room for all of us. Now, it is time for us to trust our voters. Voters have an opportunity in November to make a very important decision. From my perspective, the best part of this budget is that we fully fund our homeless strategy office. That was my greatest emphasis, and we've achieved it. It will make a world of difference in getting homeless people off the street in a very short period of time. I'm also very pleased with what we’ve added to funding for public safety, EMS, and wildfire prevention. A positive vote in the November tax rate election will allow us to pay for these needed services. And we make a significant investment in our parks. I look forward to a result that will be the best benefit of our community.

Playing pro basketball has always been a dream of mine ever since I was a little kid. Being able to travel the world and get paid to play the past 5 years has truly been a remarkable experience. To get the opportunity to live in 7 countries, be immersed in different cultures, meet new people, and play basketball at a high level are memories I will always cherish. Since being back in the States in May, I have had a lot of time to reflect on what the next step is for me and my family. I got my Real Estate License in the summer with the intentions of just doing it in the off seasons, and then get into it full time when I was done playing. But when our daughter Rinnie was born in September, my mindset began to change. Having a family and being a father has always been a dream of mine too. And now that she is here, I look at life a lot differently. It has been amazing to be around family and friends and raise our daughter in our own home right here in our hometown in Illinois. On top of that, I have really been enjoying being a Real Estate Agent and adjusting to the new challenges that come along with it. I still love basketball, but I always knew there would come a time when I’d have to hang it up, and this feels like it for me. Being a father and a husband is the most important thing to me and that will always come first. Knowing that this is the best decision for us really gives me peace in walking away from a game that has been so good to me over my life. Thank you to basketball for giving me the life I had dreamed about since a child. Now, on to the next chapter of my life 👶🏼🏠🌾🇺🇸

My childhood memories of Easter are of my Mother in an Easter hat, extra long Mass followed by egg hunts, purple cellophane wrapped woven baskets, lamb for supper, and a surprise pet rabbit. As I grew into a Young Man, I came to understand Easter as the most and only important day in our lives. Without the Resurrection, we are all damned — now we have a chance at Eternal life with God in Heaven. As a Man, I now realize how much I owe my parents for instilling their Faith in me, in part by making our holidays so fun and meaningful. The most important inheritance I can leave my children is their faith in God. I am blessed to have my wife Mary Helen as we work as one in this mission. My Mother died of Breast Cancer in 2004 and my Father of Parkinson’s in 2021. Although Mom never met our kids, I think of her every day and work to live up to the model they set. My in-laws are my parents now, and they provide a wonderful example for our children. The family is the basis of our lives and the foundation of our country. I will be a U.S. Senator who puts family first, and will work for us to live lives where Americans can come together and form families, without regard to societal economic pressures. I will work to end the war on decency and protect our children from conception to natural death, without exception. May the Peace of Christ fill your hearts today, and be with you always. On behalf of the Dans family, I pray the Deepest of God’s Blessings be with you and your family. Happy Easter

😷🫂I'm not feeling well at all today, my friends, but I must write to you with our positive news so you can share in our joy. I'm very happy to tell you that we have welcomed our very first cat into our new shelter, which we could only build thanks to your generous help and support. We also took two of our other cats so there is now three cats living there, my friends. My children are overjoyed to have a new responsibility and now I must buy things that this sweet kitten will need to live in our care. We will need plenty of food and medicine like flea and worm treatments to keep him healthy. Also, I wanted to tell you that this new kitten does not have a name yet. If you have a good name for him, please suggest it to me, my friends. I also wanted to give you the great news that my cousin Mo and his wife have welcomed their newborn son into the world, I am sure he will write to you soon to introduce him to you. Mo is like my brother and I am so very proud and happy to see his family experience this joy. Our children spend a lot of time together and it will be wonderful to have new joy in our lives. I feel very tired and exhausted from my illness, I can hardly think to write to you, my friends. I hope that you will stand by us and support our new kitten and the shelter, as well as our cruelty free camp, so that we might all see more comfortable days than the suffering that all of 🇵🇸💔🌿#Gaza continues to endure. On behalf of the cats and the people who are helped by you, thank you, my friends.. 🫂💚 For my cat shelter & my family 🐾🐈🥺🫂 Our Cruelty Free Kitchen 🫂🙏🇵🇸

🥺I am sorry to say that I fear this could be my last time posting to you, my friends. There are strikes around us in every direction, some very close, only a street or so over, and it does not stop. For days now our area has been heavily bombarded, and all of our friends and family are also in danger. We are seeing danger and destruction like never before, worse even than the start of the war, my friends. Multiple of our neighbours have been ordered to evacuate, and now I am just waiting for our turn. Just earlier, a strike targeted a building next to my dear friend Amjad's home, and it has been destroyed beyond recognition. This building was where the cruelty-free kitchen used to operate in front of, my friends. You will have seen this building countless times over the long time you have supported us, and now it is gone. I am afraid I don't know what to say. I am so scared, as we all are. I wish there was a way out of here.. Hundreds of people are fleeing to our street from the danger, but there is nowhere to go. We are certain to die, my friends. I am so scared I cannot breathe. Please, if there is something anyone can do, do it. We just want to live. Our children deserve to live. Please be there, I beg you.. 🙏 Our Cruelty Free Kitchen 🫂🙏🇵🇸 Our Water Project 💧🙏 My Family Survival Fund + Looking after the Cats 🐾🐈🥺🫂 My PayPal 🙏🇵🇸🥺🫂🚨🆘️ 🐾🐈

Today has been a day of mixed emotions. I woke up feeling unwell and desperate, and asked Ruth to please come and fetch me and bring me home. Then the news that the Anglican Communion was over as we know it. If I were ever offered a position in the Church of God that would tear at its very fabric, I would NEVER accept that position. Dame Sarah chose a different path, and one that she will have to give an account for before the great white throne one day, as will those who appointed her. I have been here in the hospital for over two weeks now, and there is some improvement. My right leg is definitely better, but my left leg is not. It's just heavy; it sometimes disappears from underneath me. The medical team knows not why.. The physiotherapists did not see this as a safety hazard, until an hour later I had a fall in the bathroom, and I am still under observations and will be twice hourly through the night 🤨 The positive is that I have two Catholic nurses, and I have already blessed them both! Please hold me in your prayers. I’m definitely still going to be in the hospital for the whole weekend, but I’m reminded that our times are in His hands and God cares for us. As I learn to rest in Him, there is a lesson for all of us. God‘s day starts in the evening, so when we’re putting our heads on our pillows, God‘s day is just beginning. And He is preparing tomorrow for us ‼️ In Genesis 1, we read, “Then there was evening and morning the first day.” So, whatever is going on in our story, know that this night, God has gone ahead of us to prepare tomorrow for us. I pray that thought might bring you some comfort this night. Amen. Will you now pray #Compline with me?

Q: It must be complicated, when I listen to you, to have a private life, somebody to understand your passion and to share this moment. Lewis: "It really is, especially I would say more so today than ever before, which is the way the world is, you know. I look at the other drivers and I wonder how they're doing it. You know, some are having kids and some married, some, you know, most of them girlfriends. I did that when I was in my 20s, but I took a decision to really to maximize my time that I have here because it's not as long as you think and it's limited, you know. And I don't want to look back and be like, ah, if I just gave a little bit more here, I didn't sacrifice my time because I was committed elsewhere." "So I really focused in these last, you know, particularly these last 10 years, like get everything I can out of my performance. Then when I retire, then I can do whatever I want. You know, I can dedicate my time to whatever else it is and not have to worry." "But in this competition time, focus on health, well-being, my mental health, my driving technique, being as good an engineer as I can be, and also being the best teammate that I can potentially be for the guys that I get to work with. That's my sole focus. You know, I want to win." "I've been fortunate enough to win with great teams in the past. Particularly, obviously, with Mercedes and with McLaren, which was incredible. And my dream is to win a championship with Ferrari." "And that's something that hasn't been done for a while. But they have absolutely every ingredient that's needed to win. It's just like getting all the pieces of the puzzle in the right place. And that's what I'm trying to work on in the background with Fred and the whole team." [📹 VIGNERON GAETAN]

As many of you would know by now I did not regain my seat in the Senate. My final day as a Senator for Queensland is Monday, 30 June. While this is a disappointing outcome, it was still a very good result given the short lead time and lack of mainstream media attention that the Party and I received. The efforts of everyone involved in our campaign have been inspiring and have laid the groundwork for a genuine grassroots political movement. While it will take a lot of work, I think we owe it to our children to keep fighting the prevailing political forces. We have been badly let down by our institutions and change is only going to come from the ground up. Over the next six months, I will set up state divisions and branches to grow the membership of People First with a view to running candidates again in the next federal election and State elections where resources permit. We already have over 2,000 members and aim to have more than 5,000 members by the start of 2028. People First has the best policies and, more importantly, the know-how to solve Australia’s problems. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered and supported the party. I appreciate your efforts and look forward to continuing the fight over the next three years. Congratulations to everyone who ran as a candidate in the election. Regardless of your political views, our democracy is only as good as the level of participation in it. If you would like to be part of the fight going forward you can join the party, donate, or register to volunteer at

When I saw the mask "Tribes of the Calf" from Kanbas I knew I had to make it into reality. The jewelry and gold really made it stand out for me. Since Sam Spratt's The Masquerade was revealed, I have been spending time sculpting and dissecting the mask to recreate it in 3D as faithfully as possible. I delved into the creation of this mask for many reasons. I love a good challenge and this mask surely was one for me. Creating something in 3D from a 2D image is not easy, and especially when the source has generative nature, some stuff is hard to interpret, but I tried my best to make sure the visual integrity of the mask is as close to the original as possible. Splitting the whole mask into parts, filling the missing pieces so I can build the textures was quite a lot of work. I tried to present the mask in my own style with a slightly different colorway to adapt to the mask itself. Please enjoy this short animation, and turn on sound🔊 This piece is my statement that I am here to stay. That I have a voice that often feels being lost in the void. That I have been creating and posting digital art for over 20 years now and will continue until I'm gone. I have a story to tell and I want to be heard. The space we have here is small, and is shrinking day by day. It doesn't have to be like that. We need to support each other and push ourselves and people here, otherwise we are all doomed. As Kanbas has put in their observation of the mask: "Inspirational. Emotional. Natural." This is what our space can be, and this is me making a statement with this homage. I will share a 4k still below as well as a short video showing the 3D GLB interactive model together with a yt link to the 4k video since compression here is pretty bad.

🫂💚My dear friends, I am feeling so much better.🙏 I know I already thanked you for all your kindness, well-wishes and prayers, but I’d like to thank you again. You are all wonderful people and even better friends! What would I do without you all? I have news I would like to share with you, because it is important. I spoke to chef Khaled yesterday. Remember him? The wonderful chef who is famous in our neighbourhood for his lovely fluffy yellow rice? We decided that we must set up the kitchen. This is our calling, and we know it is dangerous, but we have to risk it. The gathering of people for food won’t be much different from the gathering of people for water. We are somewhat encouraged by this, as it means it might be just as safe (or dangerous, depending on how you view it) to set up the kitchen again. I think it is very necessary. We spoke to people who were collecting water, and the people from our camp. They all agreed it would be a lifesaving and life-changing operation if we started the kitchen again. There are some initiatives in the area, but some are only there once in a while and most of the food served is not very nutritious, unfortunately. So we are gathering food and necessities for the kitchen like cooking oil, and we will start tomorrow, if it is God’s will, my dear friends. With the incredible skills of chef Khaled and our amazing team of kitchen workers, we will try to offer a healthy and delicious warm meal every day. I want to point out that this does not mean we will stop the water distribution. This is still a vital part of our activities. People are in serious need of fresh water, as it is incredibly hard to find. I hope you will keep helping us, so we can indeed help our community here survive. Thank you, my dear friends. I’ll be honest: it is kind of exciting. I hope we can help many, many people.🫂🙏👆 🐈🐾🙏 🙏🐾
