Those barrels eventually have to be replaced. 🔹 Governments will have to buy oil to rebuild their stockpiles. 🔹 That's new demand on top of everyday global consumption. 🔹 At the same time, parts of Middle Eastern production are still recovering. The crisis doesn't end when prices fall. It ends when supply catches up with demand. Has that actually happened yet?

Bihar Chief Secretary Pratyay Amrit had announced that work on Defence Corridor, semiconductor park, GCC, Mega Tech City, Fin Tech City will start within 6 months. 8 months later, we are still where we were. No news of the committee which was to submit its report within 6 months. I wonder if such a committe was ever formed at all. In Nov, he announced Bihar will be developed as a tech hub of Eastern India. 2 CMs have changed but nothing has moved. Will Bihar's media please remind him and ask him tough questions.
