Death Star surface and tunnel sequence supervised by Richard Edlund. To plan this you’d have to shoot the major surfaces first and then plot each ship. There is some re-use of exploding x-wings from Star Wars, as well as a lot of musical motifs from the end battle

There’s a lot of redemptions in Star Wars, but this moment from The Bad Batch where Crosshair ultimately decides to leave The Empire is still one of the most emotionally powerful ones IMO. Absolutely incredible storytelling, and some of the best character development that I’ve seen in any Star Wars project.

This entire sequence from the end of ANDOR where Krennic interrogates Dedra is extremely intense, but beyond that, there’s something so spine chilling about hearing the words ‘Death Star’ spoken so casually for the first time in this series. The narrative decision to have every major event and/or Imperial atrocity seen throughout this series ultimately connect back to The Empire’s strongest weapon is just as terrifying as it is brilliant. Even wilder to think that those plans were exposed to The Rebellion all because Dedra essentially forgot to clear her desktop and emails.

In less than a minute, Cody emotionally conveys one of the greatest tragedies to come from The Clone Wars: that in the end, Palpatine made sure that the Clone Army were capable of becoming just as robotic as the Battle Droids they spent years fighting against.

It seriously cannot be overstated as to just how incredible this episode from the second season of ANDOR truly was. Mon Mothma’s speech is just as brilliantly written as it is exceptionally performed by Genevieve O’Reilly. One of the greatest pieces of Star Wars media ever.
