Finishing up death stranding one again, the entire point of the game is here is an environment get from point a to point b. Occasionally there's combat but the main goal is get from point a to point b And the more effective a route you get the more upvotes and whatnot you get. It fuels my kind of autism. It's gotten to the point where if you look at my map on the game it is just solid lines following certain paths because they are the most effective and efficient one could possibly make. And one of the first things of hiking in this game or in real life is if you don't know what's on the other side of that hill or that bush don't just go running into it. This player should have looked up and seen this ladder does not go to the top and the footing looks a little suspicious. So another player may have put that there as a joke or put it there knowing there's a certain way he needs to get off of it to keep going. The player should have checked out the ladder and if he is not certain of it, create his own path. Many times I have removed things from the game from other players simply because it's either in my way or I have a better means of doing it.
