I received several messages from people quite annoyed with me because I hadn't replied to their comments. It's certainly not out of contempt that I don't reply; it's for a purely practical reason: TIME. Posting on X isn't my job (I'd starve to death), creating content isn't my job (I do it out of passion). I also have a life in which I have to manage a small family business, and I have a small family (more like a large family) that is my source of energy.🥰 I'm sorry I can't respond as often as I'd like. Please don't mistake this for pride or arrogance on my part; I simply need 48-hour days to get everything done. I already barely sleep, and sometimes my body reminds me of the harsh reality that we have our limits. I've written this many times, but everything happening here is a waking dream. Another thing worth mentioning, when he struck me, I was standing still with not a lot of movement or players trying to get involved. When I went for the same open hand towards his shoulder, you'll see 2 Welsh players changing the dynamic of the entire picture as well as one of my teammates pulling Wales #7 around his neck away from my hand and where my force is going. Slide 3: Another Camera Angle So why did I post this? To try and show people how everything happened and that it was never intentional. I would never do something like this on purpose, I know what the consequences will be after playing rugby for a few years. Thanks to everyone that stood by me and thought the best of me. Tyler Spry: There’s a video that’s gone around on the Internet when I was writing with V, James Essien and Sean Foreman. That video is not the making of any of the songs that made the album, but it was one of the most fun days I had in the studio with the guys. We were just jumping up and down, singing the songs. I think that it was one of the freest days we had in the studio, creatively. So I do hope that song gets to see the light of day.

I’m late to this, but I see both sides of the coin here. On one, of course Kyle Fletcher’s gonna be bummed by getting screwed out of his big stadium moment in front of his family while his anxiety levels were at an all-time high. On the other, I wish he included more context as to why that happened and what happened to Adam Cole, as well as the fact that he may never wrestle again and how that was announced on the day of All In, because it makes complete sense as to why that happened when you take everything into account. I suffered a foot fracture during training and, after medical evaluation, I was instructed to have surgery and focus 100% on recovery. It's not easy to stay out of something I've been preparing for with so much dedication, and without a doubt this would be the most advantageous fight of my career but I understand that this is just another challenge on the way and I trust the plans that Allah has for me! I sincerely thank everyone who is with me - we remain firm, stronger with each obstacle. The battle was only postponed... I'll be back soon!

On this day, 5 years ago, I was isolated in a Covid ward - on my birthday. I could not breathe, eat or drink. I couldn't see my husband, as he was at home, taking care of our son who also had Covid. I vaguely remember hearing doctors mentioning "ICU", nurses singing happy birthday & begging me to eat applesauce or else I might need an NG tube. I had almost died once in April 2019. I thought this time I was most certainly going to die. Six months later, I wish I had. The #LongCovid community knows my story after that. How the whole world came together, in a spirit of generosity, to take me back to India in an air ambulance, how the amazing doctors Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre saved me and brought me back to life, how my husband, son, parents & brother took care of me, how I had to give up practising law but slowly came back to it (albeit in a limited way but with all my clients waiting for me). As I write this while hooked to my BiPAP (12 hours a day), relying on a wheelchair & oxygen machine while I leave the house, being able to eat ten things, and barely remembering how life was before my birthday in 2021, I am grateful for one thing: that I am alive to raise my son, teaching him to manage his congenital conditions and live a good life. Everything else is just added bonus. Today PEM has met PMS, on a gloomy day in the Netherlands. So I'm going to be in bed, with my beloved BiPAP, and listen to Stray Kids (on the cool, CD player that my boys gifted - thank you, Anand). I may be fatigued to my bones but I shall rest in style.

My baby was diagnosed with a heart condition at birth! He had ASD, a hole in his heart. If it didn’t close on its own, it’ll have to be corrected with a heart surgery. Lol. There is no cry that I did not cry, because I believed it was my fault. Maybe it was because I skipped taking my prenatal vitamins on some days, or the day I took a little alcohol, or my goiter issue, or my O- blood group. I’ve been compounding anti-heart failure regimen for others, reassuring worried parents as I gave them medicine for their days old infant, but now, I was compounded those same medications for my own child. Life 😂. My husband and I did not tell anyone initially, not even our parents. It was part of the reason I was always fighting my mum when she’ll bring herbs, and this, and that, during omugwo.
