Thanks to @Debbie_abrahams for speaking up for us, it really is an absolute concern for many of us who know that work will seriously damage our remaining health. No one would choose a life on benefits if they could work,contrary to popular belief the money really isn’t that good!

This erasure of people with disabilities unable to work by the PM is genuinely chilling. Totally inhuman response.

Afaik she sits on ME/CFS and long covid all party parliamentary groups. Better to specify these type of examples and their sheer inability, due to debilitating effects, than leave it open on “disability” where he just refers to a different type of disability

Thank you Debbie. A voice of compassion and decency in labour party. Not many of them these days...

I wrote to my MP about this and I hope they bring it up with their Government too.
