Nope totally disagree with FriendlyJordies on this. Too many loopholes benefitting those already getting kick-backs from government decisions, mainly, investors of funds, developers, shonky private businesses, etc etc. Does he really think the Liberals won't want to change it?

I’m not so sure Jordan is right on this one. It seems we have to wait 2 years before homes are built and number of houses is not nearly enough. I’m more inclined to agree with Michael West.

As usual, The Greens are happy to let the perfect be the enemy of the good Incremental improvement - nah! Reject outright unless the problem that has taken decades to develop can be solved with 1 budget (and no inconvenience to Green electorates)

Foreign ownership laws aren't being complied with and Labor’s statistics can’t be trusted. How many Australian homes should be purchased and owned by foreigners? One Nation’s answer is ZERO. No new homes, no established homes, and any foreigners who own homes now should sell it to an Australian within three years. We are in a housing crisis. Australian homes should be owned by Australians.
