I looked into it. Yeah some of em were highly ranked coming out of HS, but after 3-4 years of doing nothing at the collegiate level, HS rankings mean nothing. If a pro-team signs 4 players who went in the 1st rd back in 2022 but so far hadn't done anything, that's no Superteam.

@ill_name_this_x Williams and Poole had 5 stars. Johnson had 4. But my overall point is that it doesn’t matter. Williams and Poole up to that point hadn’t done much of anything at the NCAA level. And Johnson obviously hadn’t done anything yet, since she was a freshman.

Some of this criticism died down just a tad last season. But now that she's on a team that they fear has a chance to win a chip, the freak out resurfaces. Shit is comical.
