I am extremely bullish on silver prices long term. There are clearly supply shortages in this market which has caused the increase in the silver prices from $30 last year to over $70 today. The issue is global silver mine supply. It is in decline. All of the mines in the world produced 900 million oz in 2015. In 2026 it will be about 820 million oz. Production is steadily declining. The best mines have been found and depleted. Meanwhile silver demand is still increasing. EVs, solar panels, electronics, Ai chips, etc. I have invested in physical silver, but I also invest in a few silver mining stocks. Most mining stocks are struggling just to maintain current silver production. The key is to find the companies that can increase production. My top silver stock in my portfolio is Aya Gold & Silver (ticker AYASF). The reason why is because this company is one of the few that can seriously increase it's production in the coming years. They are already producing 6 million oz of silver per year from their first mine, Zgounder. They mine at a cost of $20 per oz, they are selling their silver at over $70 per oz. That is over $50 per oz profit margins on 6 million oz. They are building their next mine, Boumadine, which is currently projected to produce 37 million oz AgEq in 2030. So this is a company that will increase revenue and profits by about 6x to 7x even if gold and silver prices remain at current levels. If gold and silver prices increase from here, the upside for AYASF is even higher. Here is a brief clip from an interview last week where the CEO, Benoit La Salle, walks through the numbers and the comparison to other silver miners. Benoit has built multiple mines in his career and he is doing it again with Aya (ticker AYASF). I will leave the link to the full interview in the replies below. This is just a brief clip. Bookmark this post. I will be posting about Aya regularly in the coming years.

$TUD.v - Maybe the cheapest tier-1 project on the market. Summary of the TUDOR GOLD Interview • Project focus: Treaty Creek project in BC’s Golden Triangle (CANADA), a large gold-copper exploration and development asset. One of the top 10 biggest #GOLD discoveries worldwide the last 30 years. 2024 MRE: Indicated gold: 21.66 million ounces Inferred gold: 4.88 million ounces (AuEq ounces: 27.87 Moz Indicated + 6.03 Moz Inferred) • Production ambition: Targeting a potential future production profile of ~250,000 to 300,000 oz gold per year from a large-scale underground operation, subject to economics and permitting • Resource update plans: Updated Mineral Resource Estimate planned for January 2026, with a focus on defining higher-grade zones better suited for underground mining, targeting 5M+ oz at 2+ g/t • PEA timeline: Preliminary Economic Assessment expected in Q3 2026, outlining economics, costs, and a ~10,000 tpd underground mine concept • Underground access strategy: Permitting an underground decline to allow year-round drilling, materially lower drilling costs vs surface drilling, and improve drill density and data quality • Exploration upside: Ongoing exploration beyond Goldstorm, including targets along the Sulphurets Thrust Fault, with potential for an additional 5 to 10M oz #GOLD 😳 • Capital position: Approximately $26M raised to fund the resource update, PEA work, permitting, and continued exploration throughout 2026! • Peer comparison: Management highlights favorable grade continuity and geological style compared to some nearby Golden Triangle deposits, while noting more drilling is needed to fully confirm continuity • Infrastructure advantage: Existing road and power access in the Golden Triangle seen as a meaningful positive for future development economics ————————————— 2026 may be the re-rate year with all these triggers 😍 Damn I need to add more shares even though the stock has been lagging 2025, I believe the re-rate is imminent and I love the story. They have drilled a lot of new high grade zones since the last MRE and are continuing to do so, they are even focusing on the high grade zones to add meaningful ounces and grades, all to increase the value of the company in rapid speed. This new CEO / Team is the best thing that could have happen to Tudor. Joe Ovsenek is the CEO for both Tudor and P2 Gold right now. This team means business, ( $PGLD.v ran 10x 2025..) Joe was the CEO of Pretium Resources and led Newmonts Brucejack mine from a development-stage project into a producing mine. Brucejack is also in the Golden Triangle;) Key achievements: • Took Brucejack through feasibility, permitting, financing, and construction • Brought the mine into commercial production in 2017 • Helped build Brucejack into one of Canada’s highest-grade underground gold mines After that, Brucejack was later acquired along with Pretium (Newcrest in 2022, then Newmont after buying Newcrest). Note: Brucejack is currently ranked among the top 5 largest #gold mines in Canada, a monster mine with ~8 g/t Au average grade for the mined ore. This is a team that creates value and moves forward. I am expecting a perfect storm year with rising #Gold, value creating newsflow and re-rate priceaction. Bonus: #Tudor holds significant #silver and #copper in addition to its gold resource. Historically treated as by-product credits, at today’s silver and copper prices (especially silver) those contained metals now represent substantial additional in-ground metal value that enhances the overall project economics Indicated: 128.7 Moz silver, 2.87 Blb copper Inferred: 29.0 Moz silver, 0.503 Blb copper Total: 157.7 Moz silver, 3.37 Blb copper Final comments: Tudors mcap right now is a joke. The stock have performed poorly and was a huge disappointment 2025, I can’t see that happen 2026 with current leadership, triggers ahead, further rising metal prices and as they ramp up marketing along the way

BREAKING NEWS: The Government of Ghana through the Ghana Gold Board, working under the joint-direction of the Minister of Finance and Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, has reached a landmark agreement with the Ghana Chamber of Mines to buy 30% of the gold output of all large-scale mining companies in Ghana, effective 1st July, 2026. Under the new agreement and unlike the previous 2022 arrangement between the Bank of Ghana and the Ghana Chamber of Mines, each large-scale mining company will sell 30% of their gold output to the GoldBod locally in Ghana, in doré (raw) form and at a discount of 0.55%. All gold purchases under the new agreement will be in Ghana cedis and at to the Bank of Ghana Reference Rate. The new arrangement has been strategically curated by Government to ensure that Ghana achieves LBMA accreditation for at least one local gold refinery by the year 2030. All doré gold bought by the GoldBod will be refined locally to ensure local value retention, shipped to an LBMA refinery for melting and stamping and delivered to the Bank of Ghana as part of the country’s gold reserves. This arrangement is in line with the Ghana Accelerated National Reserve Accumulation Program (GANRAP) aimed at building foreign reserves of 15-months of import cover by the end of the year 2028 and President Mahama’s vision of achieving zero raw mineral exports by the year 2030. Other details of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, Ghana Gold Board, the Bank of Ghana and the Ghana Chamber of mines will be published on Monday, 29th July, 2026

Physical Gold → Equities Rebalancing Executed! Credit Cards → Gold → Cash → Mutual Funds Sold all my Vedhani Collection from P.N.Gadgil of 231.5 gms 995 gold to Kalyan Jewellers, who bought it at a 3% deduction from the day's rate. I accumulated this gold over several years, and my average purchase price was around ₹10,000/gm, while I sold it at approximately ₹15,000/gm. All gold was bought at discount from various platforms. (Capital gains tax applies based on the respective purchase dates.) On top of the appreciation, the credit card points valued about 15% conservatively on the buying price earned while buying the gold have funded my travels over the last many years and should comfortably fund another year(s) or so of travel. Post melting, the purity came to around 99.4%. (Kalyan may not buy back at just a 3% deduction if this happens, so it's advisable to carry some 999-purity gold along for melting when selling, helping keep the overall purity above 99.5%.) Interestingly, the final weight was marginally higher. The sale proceeds were credited to my bank account the next day after the 3% deduction. I then invested the proceeds into the UTI Nifty 50 Index Fund. I have already held this fund for more than five years, so this was simply a top-up. (It does have a slightly higher expense ratio than some other index funds but the tracking error is lower) Why a domestic index fund? For the last two-plus years, I've been allocating most of my investments to gold. While gold has delivered spectacular returns during this period, the Nifty 50 has generated almost no returns over the same timeframe. I felt this was a good opportunity to buy into equities at roughly two year old price levels and rebalance my portfolio. (PS: I already hold ~20% of my portfolio in an US index since several years) PS: Bought some of the gold back today already at a lower rate than I sold it at as there were some great deals. A caller asks Dave Ramsey what to do with required minimum distributions from his 401k that he doesn't need. His gut tells him to invest in gold. Dave's response is immediate and emphatic: "No, no, no, no, we don't put anything in gold." His reasoning starts with the math. "Gold is much more volatile. If you look at the price of gold on a chart, it's way up and way down, much more than the stock market is. It is a lot riskier, and it does not yield a good net return; the average annual rate of return on gold sucks." But Dave doesn't stop at performance. He wants to explain "why" gold underperforms. And this is where the conversation gets interesting. "Gold is a commodity; it's a rock that is yellow." He explains that commodities, whether barrels of oil, precious metals, or corn, are all traded 100% based on people's perception of shortage. If the perception is that there's too much of it, the price goes down. Compare that to a real investment: "An investment that creates revenue is a company that's running and making a profit, like Home Depot, Microsoft, or Apple. Their stock goes up because they are creating revenue. Gold, corn, and oil do not create revenue; they only trade based on scarcity and the psychology of the marketplace, greed and fear." In other words, when gold prices rise, the gold itself hasn't become more valuable. Dave puts it plainly: "If a whole bunch of people rush towards gold, it creates a shortage and the price goes up, but the gold did not become more valuable, just more people were chasing fewer bars." He extends the logic to income-producing real estate, which is priced based on the income it creates, not because it's a "golden rock." And he takes a swipe at diamonds while he's at it: "Diamonds are not necessarily a girl's best friend; that is a marketing slogan. Diamonds do not go up in value; there is no actual investment return on them." Then Dave addresses the headlines designed to scare people into gold, stories about the dollar being threatened by China, Russia, or Brazil: "You can't run to gold because there is nothing magical about it." His geopolitical take is sharp: "While Russia and Brazil are large landmasses, they are not large economies. Texas has a larger gross domestic production than Brazil; Texas is a bigger economy. These countries are going to have to do business with the '800-pound gorilla,' and we do business in dollars, so they are still going to be at our mercy." His advice to the caller? Pull the required distribution out of the 401k as the law demands, and move it into good mutual funds in the process.

🚨 Massive Prep for Asset-Backed Currency Is Underway. The City of London Knows Something We Don’t. The City Of London isn’t just a financial district. It’s a separate jurisdiction, with its own police and financial authority, controlled by an elite global network that no government fully oversees… Every central bank, every currency and oil flow answers to them. The famous City Of London banker Lord Belgrave already warned about it months ago. Gold-Backed Money Is Replacing the Dollar Faster Than Anyone Expected! Banks and institutions are buying COMEX Gold options at $15,000 - $20,000 for December 2026. Bank of Korea just restarted GOLD purchases for the FIRST TIME since 2013, the latest nation quietly abandoning the dying greenback! Japan and South Korea, even after immense pressure from the US, started dumping dollar instead of US treasuries to save themselves. BoJ has also ramped up their gold reserves. The London Bullion Market Association was on the brink of collapse earlier due to the shortage of physical gold as compared to leveraged paper market trading. China’s central bank has stacked GOLD for 20 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS straight!! They even banned retail leveraged trading for gold countrywide. Russian and Chinese investors are flooding into U.S. tokenized markets on blockchain. China is also building a BRICS Payment system backed by Gold. The XRP Ledger RWA platform Trensik reported $1,000,000 in tokenized gold volume in a single day after China’s move. Paxos Gold on Ethereum also reported increased activity on tokenized gold. The global shift to ASSET-BACKED currencies is accelerating.

💥J. Rickards and K. McCullough: Why Silver Could Hit $150 Sooner Than You Think K. McCullough: "In a frenzy, silver could go much higher than formulas suggest ... People chasing could take it to levels that seem impossible today" The Gold Correlation Play ✅ "There's no way gold goes to $10,000 without silver going to $100-150" ✅ Silver historically amplifies gold's moves with 2-3x leverage ✅ "Silver is along for gold's ride - but it's a rocket ship, not a passenger car" The Ratio Play: 80:1 Can't Last ✅ Current gold-silver ratio: 80:1 (historically unsustainable) ✅ Historical average: 60:1 would mean $75 silver at $4,500 gold ✅ Return to 30:1 ratio (ancient levels) would mean $150+ silver ✅ "Only 8x more silver mined than gold, but 50% gets consumed industrially" The $100-150 Price Target ✅ "If gold hits $10,000, silver absolutely goes to $100-150" ✅ Based on historical ratio analysis and supply-demand fundamentals ✅ "Silver could actually be better money than gold for practical use" Industrial Demand Multiplier ✅ Unlike gold, silver has massive industrial consumption (50% of annual supply) ✅ Solar, EVs, weapons, data centers creating structural deficit While precise timing is unpredictable, the mathematical case for $100-150 silver is straightforward: either the gold-silver ratio normalizes to historical levels, or industrial demand creates a physical shortage that triggers a price explosion - and we're seeing both happen simultaneously. UPDATE - M. OLIVER: WHY GOLD & SILVER MINERS ARE “FREE” RIGHT NOW One of the sharpest voices in precious metals just explained why he's quietly reducing leveraged positions and piling into gold and silver mining stocks. His reason? They are absurdly cheap compared to the metals they produce—and the charts are screaming breakout. THE HISTORIC VALUATION GAP ✅ Gold & silver miners (XAU index) are trading at only 4–8% of the price of an ounce of gold. ➡️ Compare that to historical averages: 25% of gold price during the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000–2008 bull runs. 🔥 Right now, miners are “dirt cheap” relative to the metal in the ground. THE TECHNICAL SETUP IS PRIMED ✅ The XAU/gold ratio has been trapped in an 11-year ultra-low base. 📈 We're now challenging and rallying above that long-term resistance near 8%. 🚀 A decisive breakout from this level has historically triggered massive investor flows into miners. SILVER MINERS LOOK EVEN MORE EXPLOSIVE ✅ When you zoom in on silver miners versus gold miners, the relative strength setup is even more compelling. ➡️ The leverage to silver prices is massive—if silver keeps running, silver-focused producers stand to outperform dramatically. THE PORTFOLIO SHIFT UNDERWAY ✅ “I've already been lightening my position and moving more into junior miners.” ➡️ Preference is shifting toward unleveraged miners for the rest of this year and likely into next. 💥 “That's where the real bang for the buck comes.” THE BOTTOM LINE Gold and silver miners aren't just undervalued—they're at some of the cheapest levels in decades versus the metals they mine, with technicals flashing a potential explosive breakout that could attract a flood of capital. Time to stop calling them “cheap” and start calling them opportunity. 🛑🇧🇫- Burkina Faso’s PM on how how our gold was being looted. This is what Jean Emmanuel Ouédraogo was saying on national television about our artisanal gold: “Imagine, we were getting less than 500kg of gold. And last year (with SONASP), we almost got 10 tons. However, this year by the month of September alone, it was already 36 tons. In the past, Burkina Faso had no gold reserves at all. They were coming, they were the ones who go down in the mines, no Burkinabè was there. They were the ones who will come out and say, “Ah, this is what we got! And we only had to nod and accept it.” Once it leaves the mines, it goes directly to the airport where a plane ✈️ is waiting for it, and when it’s finally loaded, it takes off and that was it. Nothing stays in the country. Is this acceptable? This is unacceptable! But it’s over now! Even in the big mines they still have, we have our people there to control them, so that everything can be clear, so that if they say this is the amount of tons that we brought out, at least we are all witnesses of it.” - End of quote. I, Marcus or any Burkinabè who is well aware can attest to this. I was living in Kombissiri in the year 2010-2011, and frequently, I could hear the bikers escorting the gold in full speed like a presidential escort heading to Ouagadougou which is just at about 40km from Kombissiri. At first, I didn’t know it was gold being transported. Until one day, I asked the neighbors and the police and they told me it was gold going to the airport. I was like damn! People are looting our gold! I don’t remember the name of the mine they told me, but Kombissiri was the route they were following. So, this confirms what the PM is saying. But thank God for Capitaine Ibrahim TRAORÉ ! We have none of that shit anymore.

Former BlackRock fund manager Ed Dowd: "Everybody under the sun thinks a new monetary system is coming... [And] every commercial bank in the U.S. is now accumulating physical gold because they made it tier-one capital... So gold, gold, gold... [But] if we see a parabolic move in gold and silver soon that would really scare me. That means... something's really gone off the wheels behind the scenes in the global banking system." This clip of Dowd (Edward Dowd), a former BlackRock fund manager and co-founder of Phinance Technologies, is taken from an interview with Jesse Day (Jesse Day) posted to the Commodity Culture YouTube channel on February 28, 2026. ----------------Partial transcription of clip--------------- "Everybody under the sun thinks a new monetary system is coming at some point and watch what they do, not what they say. And every central bank is accumulating gold. Every commercial bank in the US is now accumulating physical gold because they made it tier-one capital. "China's accumulating gold because they have to depreciate their currency to keep selling into the global markets. India keeps buying gold. So gold, gold, gold. "And also, we all know there's a global sovereign debt problem and people as we roll through time and the deficits get bigger and the demographics get worse, more and more people want an asset that's not someone else's liability, which is gold. "So gold is I think got long-term fundamentals that are great, that's strategic, tactical, it's a little more problematic. So you know, if you look at the charts of gold and silver they had, they've had tremendous moves going up into this part of the cycle, much like gold did going into the great financial crisis. "I don't want to predict what gold's going to do but if there is a you know, a general risk-off trade, gold and silver may participate in that because as people unwind leveraged bets and have to sell what they can not what they can not what they want to, it might take a hit like it did in the financial crisis. "But I want people to understand in the great financial crisis, gold went down quite a bit in the Lehman event and again we're not calling one, it did recover and go to new all time highs more quickly than the US stock market. "So I suspect if there is a pullback in gold or silver, it's a good buying opportunity. My best guess is that we consolidate sideways for a little bit and then that's what I'd like to see. That's a, that would be a healthy thing technically to see some consolidation and then another run-up. "If we see a parabolic move in gold and silver soon that would really scare me. That means something, something's really gone off the wheels behind the scenes in the, in, in the global banking system. And then usually a parabolic blow-off top means you don't want to be chasing it if it happens. "But long-term I love gold and silver, and I'd love to see it consolidate for a year or so. And if there's any kind of major sell off, I would accumulate some on dips—physical that is not the ETF."
