I was there in November 2024 for 10 days. LONDON is third world, now. Save your money for a better destination. Don't visit the UK or Ireland, or most of Europe. Poland, Italy, Romania, Switzerland, Austria, and Moldova are OK.

It would be great if Trump gave British people citizenship in the USA, and Britain could collapse. Let them take care of their illegals then! Lol I can dream.

There was a point in my conversation with Andrew Bridgen (Andrew Bridgen) where everything slowed down and the weight of what was being discussed became very real. This is a disgusting subject. It’s horrifying. And it’s exactly why it rarely gets talked about. Andrew speaks about child abuse and child trafficking into the UK and about how quickly the shutters come down when these issues are raised. Not debate. Not investigation. Silence. He goes further and explains something most people instinctively reject because it’s so hard to process. That at the very highest levels of power, child abuse and trafficking function as a form of sacrifice and as a binding mechanism. A glue that holds corruption together. Something so dark and compromising that it ensures silence, loyalty, and control among the most powerful people in the world. For most decent people, even contemplating this feels impossible. And that inability to imagine it is part of why it continues. It protects those involved. Andrew talks about having seen evidence. About how deeply disturbing it is. About the fact that even police officers investigating child abuse are limited in how long they can work on these cases because of the psychological damage it causes. This is not said lightly. And it’s not said for shock value. Posting this is not comfortable. Talking about it is not safe. Even sharing this conversation carries risk. But pretending these things don’t exist doesn’t make them go away. It only protects the structures that allow them to continue. If there are subjects that are truly forbidden, truly untouchable, then we should be asking why. And who benefits from that silence.

It's always energizing to do a podcast with Steve Yegge (Steve Yegge, engineer+author, formerly at Amazon+Google, creator of Gas Town). Timestamps: 00:00 Intro 01:43 Steve’s latest projects 02:27 Important blog posts 04:48 Shifts in what engineers need to know 10:46 Steve’s current AI stance 13:23 Steve’s book Vibe Coding 18:25 Layoffs and disruption in tech 31:13 Gas Town 40:10 New ways of working 51:08 The problem of too many people 54:45 Why AI results lag in business 59:57 Gamification and product stickiness 1:04:54 The ‘Bitter Lesson’ explained 1:07:14 The future of software development 1:23:06 Where languages stand 1:24:47 Adapting to change 1:27:32 Steve’s predictions Brought to you by: • Statsig – The unified platform for flags, analytics, experiments, and more. • Sonar – The makers of SonarQube, the industry standard for automated code review. • WorkOS – Everything you need to make your app enterprise ready. Three interesting thoughts from Steve that we talked about in this conversation: 1. Reading ability is becoming a blocker for wider AI adoption. Some struggle with walls of text that current AI tools produce, and Steve predicts that in the very near future, most people will program by talking to a visual avatar, not reading terminal output because he observes that five paragraphs is already a lot to read for many devs. 2. What software engineers need to know keeps changing. In the 1990s, any decent software engineer knew Assembly, and today almost no decent developer knows it because Assembly has long been superseded by technical progress. What engineers “need” to know these days is different from the ‘90s and that process continues with AI, changing the parts of the craft that are essential for devs. We grumble about this but that won’t change anything by itself. 3. There’s a “Dracula Effect” where AI-augmented work drains engineers faster than traditional work. This is because AI automates the easy tasks, meaning that engineers are stuck doing high-intensity thinking all day. Steve says you may only get three daily productive hours at max speed, but during that time, you could produce 100x more output than before.

How the son of a Jain doctor, a Professor himself, became a terrorist in Madhya Pradesh The Madhya Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) raided three locations in Bhopal and two in Jhalawar, suspecting Islamic radical activities linked to the terror outfit Hizb-ut-Tahrir (HuT). The team recovered a large number of devices, texts, and other controversial items during the raids. Since 2020, multiple such raids have occurred, and Hizb-ut-Tahrir’s name consistently emerges in MP. HuT aims to establish Gazwa-e-Hind and impose Sharia law in India. They ask their members to do jihad, train mujahids in jungles, supply weapons, and disseminate online propaganda videos. Many youths, not only Muslims but also Hindus and Jains have fallen prey to their tactics. In 2023, after the ATS raided and arrested 11 individuals working as teachers, engineers, technicians, businessmen, and in other decent professions, I met a Jain doctor’s family whose professor son had become an operator for Hizb-ut-Tahrir. Sourabh Jain, now Mohammed Salim Jain, converted his wife, Mansi Agarwal, to Rahila Khatun. He circumcised his two sons and began pressuring his parents to convert to Islam, claiming he could not bear to see them burn in “Jahannum ki aag” (hellfire) on the night of Qayamat, as described in Islamic teachings. I spoke at length with Sourabh’s father, a government Ayurvedic doctor. Here are excerpts from our conversation: More details are attached in the report:

Is The MAGA Split Real: Shawn Ryan & Megyn Kelly Pedophilia Smears, & Israel? Megyn Kelly "did a lot for me... So to hear her say that {Israel is a cancer} is extremely painful." ~ Batya Ungar-Sargon In today's episode of Jillian Michaels’ podcast, guest Batya Ungar-Sargon joined for a wide-ranging discussion on political realignment, the state of the Democratic Party, and growing tensions inside the conservative movement. During the conversation, Michaels highlighted a striking moment that has since become a flashpoint in the ongoing MAGA divide. Michaels played and referenced a clip from Joshua Carr, young conservative, who directly addressed Shawn Ryan’s recent comments on The Shawn Ryan Show. Carr stated “the GOP has not changed that much in the last eight years. Shawn, they have not left you behind. You left them completely. Go watch Shawn Ryan from two years ago. He’s awesome. He actually talks about conservatism rather than Israel 24/7 or why we should align ourselves with the left. Hillary Clinton called us deplorables. Joe Biden called us fascist. And now Sean Ryan calls us pedophiles supporting Israel. And Megan Kelly did not disagree, by the way. She did not speak up at all when he said that.” Megyn Kelly reportedly chuckled at the remark and suggested Ryan use “a different acronym,” but did not challenge or strongly disagree with the characterization. Michaels used the moment to illustrate what she described as a troubling shift among some influencers. She noted that Megyn Kelly had previously told her personally that she would “never ever vote for a Democrat” and that the left’s “insanity” needed to be fought “at all costs.” Michaels contrasted that earlier stance with Kelly’s more recent positioning as an independent while appearing alongside Shawn Ryan. The controversy has now drawn sharp criticism from another corner of conservative media. On The Charlie Kirk Show, Andrew Kolvet (alongside Blake Neff) condemned the rhetoric as reckless and potentially dangerous. Kolvet stated "crazies will hurl an accusation and then if you address it then it’s like oh you defended yourself too much if you don’t address it well why are you silent on this topic. There is no right answer when it comes to pedophilia accusations. They tried to accuse Erica of being like connected to Epstein. This stuff is like it will drive fringy people, schizo people, crazy people. It will drive them to violence. And so I don’t like seeing a conversation between two people that should be responsible in this way just echoing and parroting the pedophilia stuff and the Israel [rhetoric].” Kolvet’s warning highlights a deeper concern within parts of the right: that loose accusations linking Israel support to pedophilia create an impossible situation for anyone targeted. Later in the same Jillian Michaels conversation, Michaels directly asked Batya Ungar-Sargon how she was processing the shift in people she had considered decent, specifically naming Megyn Kelly:“I’m having a hard time holding the fact that I think their narrative is becoming so dangerous and hurtful and harmful while still holding the fact that they were very decent human beings to me and continue to be. Like, do you struggle with that?" "I know you were very good. I know you were on Megan Kelly’s show all the time and now she just went on Shawn Ryan and said Israel is America’s cancer. How are you feeling about this?” Batya Ungar-Sargon responded stating "I mean in general I don’t have that problem because people are very mean to me including people who I am very nice to. With Megan though specifically she did a lot for me personally. She had me on her show many times. A lot of my followers met me through her. So to hear her say that is extremely painful because of everything I owe her. You know, she was very personally good to me. That is very painful.”

‼️Without going into details, Zelenskyy hinted that they talked with Trump about Crimea, among other things: President Trump’s words today were absolutely right, especially about our Crimea. It all started with Russia’s seizure of Crimea, and if there had been strong leadership back then, this war just wouldn’t have happened. _______________________________________ “I just talked to the President of the United States, President Trump. I wished him a happy birthday and congratulated him on American Army Day. Today, there are two holidays in America, and we had a really good conversation. It wasn't just about congratulations; we talked a lot about key topics like the war, its roots, diplomatic possibilities, and proposals from our partners. We spoke for a long time and in great detail. All Ukrainians have one wish for President Trump: that we finally achieve peace and succeed together with America and all our partners. This is the most important thing we all want. It's crucial that American society fully supports our Ukrainian desire for a decent peace and backs us in defending against the Russian war. And President Trump's words today were absolutely right, especially about our Crimea. It all started with Russia's seizure of Crimea, and if there had been strong leadership back then, this war just wouldn't have happened. I thanked the President of the United States for all the assistance that America provided. We've arranged to meet with him in Europe in the coming days. There will be Group of Seven meetings. Of course, Ukraine, our defense, and our ability to achieve peace will be among the main topics” Ukrainian President on Sunday, June 14th, 2026.

Lemme clue you in on something... I have been an Entertainment Commentator for a long time. I built Phil Mphela with intention and purpose. There are lots of commentators now. In a pool of many doing the same thing, you have to be strategic. My brand of content is about standard. That's why I have never done gossip content. Also... I don't just post about every show, person or brand. I don't attend every event I'm invited to and give them SPOTTED for free. It's not everyone who will end up on my SPOTTED feature. I spot stars. It has to mean something to be spotted by this page. That is why lots of people in the industry will say "I can't wait for Phil Mphela to mention me on his page." "I can't wait to be on Phil Mphela's CASTING NEWS." My ratecard also reflects that. Im not cheap to hire. 😂 When you hire Phil Mphela, you get cross pollination visibility and/or engagement. My clients don't care whether I post and the tweets get only 5 comments because they know that if I post it, other platforms will pick it up. I post, it lives beyond #KgopoloReports. I am covering BBMzansi a lot now because I am working. I didn't watch or comment on Season 5 as I wasn't working on it. My job is to give my honest commentary and get the conversation going. Plus a lot of people told me they missed my commentary on Season 5. There is a reason why people come and go trying to do what I do and I'm still here making a decent living doing this. It's not a hobby but a well planned out career tool for me. ❤️

TITBIT: Isizulu owns South African television Before I dive into why, lemme get this out of the way; the success of isiZulu shows does not negate the relevant and valid conversation about language diversity on our screens. IsiZulu dubbed shows have catapulted Zee Zonke channel to the top list of channels on DStv. Barely a year and 3 months since its launch, the Indian-telecast channel’s shows are pulling decent numbers for Multichoice. The channel’s number one show, Umakoti Oyintandokazi has a median viewership pull of over 500K per episode, with an episode peak of 890K. That’s the second highest peak in October behind Mzansi Wethu’s “Sbongile and the Dlaminis” which hit 1,3-million and ahead of Mzansi Magic’s Umkhokha at 856K. The channel has 4 shows with an episode peaks that put them in the Top 30 most watched shows on DStv. Should it keep the momentum, the channel will be a big competition to Mzansi Magic, Mzansi Wethu and Moja Love, ratings wise. Incredible given that their current content, with the exception of Amaqhawe, is not South African but just Indian shows with isiZulu voices. With that, and I know it pisses off the language debate tweeps, I can safely say that the evidence is clear … you want numbers? Have isiZulu on the show. Should the channel start producing a variety local content in isiZulu only, the broadcast game will be shaken and changed forever. It could be what SABC1 was a decade ago. On the other hand, perhaps it’s the Indian telenovelas that bring numbers and once the channel starts platforming original South African isizulu shows, the viewers may switch off … only time will tell. #KgopoloReports
