I actually was a personal assistant for a realtor at one point, so that will effect my observations. the elevator is smart: as one ages, stairs are not as much fun. that's a lot of glass to clean, but if you can afford the home, you can afford someone to clean. do you want neighbors that close?

Meh…modern houses are so sterile and anti-romantic. I’d like to see you in a castle with vineyard gardens, dark wood with stained glass library, giant wolfhounds and walk in fireplaces.
