In many cases, the contamination appears to be taken up into the food itself. Organic may reduce some of that exposure, but even organic farms can be affected when they’re near contaminated land or water. Should you stop eating produce? No. We should be much more upset about how widespread these chemicals have become, especially when children are being exposed through foods we otherwise consider healthy. One practical thing I think is worth considering is beta-glucan. There’s some evidence it may help support the excretion of PFAS, and given how unavoidable these exposures are becoming, that may be a useful tool, especially for families who can’t realistically eliminate every source.

This week, I stood outside the Supreme Court and poured my heart out surrounded by some of the most courageous people in the country. Corporations poisoning Americans with toxic pesticides can NOT get legal immunity. This is the fight that keeps me up at night. It could impact generations to come. And our elected leaders need to know… You cannot claim to care about health – while protecting poison. You cannot tell Americans to "eat real food" – while protecting the cancer-causing chemicals sprayed on it. This is going to be a day that goes down in history. But we cannot stop here. Share this video and make sure no one in your life can say they didn't know.

The very definition of PFAS, which was established within the U.S. government through a public rulemaking in years past, specifically does not include SFCs. The science is also extremely straightforward that these are not “forever chemicals”. 📌 Extensive scientific evidence and public input demonstrates molecules with only one fluorinated carbon generally lack the persistence and bioaccumulation properties that are commonly associated with “forever chemicals”. 📌 SFCs are NOT the same as those used to fluoridate drinking water and would have NO fluoridation uses. 📌 Beyond the United States, the safety of these SFCs has also been validated by regulatory agencies worldwide, including in the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Argentina, New Zealand, and South Korea. We must ALWAYS rely on gold-standard scientific reviews. When the country is struggling with poverty, hunger, and real-world issues, promoting such drama, superstition, and the wastage of resources is completely wrong and insensitive. In my view, this is not religion; it is stupidity, blind faith, and the exploitation of people. It is necessary to stop such pretenders and they should be put in jail, so that the society’s money, time, and energy can be spent on education, health, poverty alleviation, and real development instead of these useless rituals.

When the country is struggling with poverty, hunger, and real-world issues, promoting such drama, superstition, and the wastage of resources is completely wrong and insensitive. In my view, this is not religion; it is stupidity, blind faith, and the exploitation of people. It is necessary to stop such pretenders and they should be put in jail, so that the society’s money, time, and energy can be spent on education, health, poverty alleviation, and real development instead of these useless rituals.
