My family and I don’t even want to go to deep Elum or downtown Dallas and walk around and go to the shops and maybe barhopping anymore. It gets worse every weekend.

Such a bummer. I have tremendous memories in Deep Ellum in the 90s it was so fun! The greatest danger then was drinking too much and winding up in a tattoo parlor 🤣

Perfect example why I don't go to Deep Ellum anymore. It was fun back in the day when Sambuca jazz bar, Monica's, the other slips mind at the moment. There were thrift shops, consignment, music, and a fun vibe.
