Turley notes the photo alone is a weak case, but if Comey lied to investigators about creating it, that’s a serious false statements charge (18 U.S.C. § 1001). The previous indictment was dismissed on a technicality with the acting U.S. Attorney. That problem has now been fixed. Comey may be getting hit again, and this time the case could actually stick. The walls are closing in on the deep state. Lock him up.
