Just get around any new legislation by changing the terminology. Replace 'Strike days' with 'I don't feel well days'. You would also solve the contentious problem of Picket Lines. Workers who are off-sick can still gather online.If they play dirty, don't play.Change your tactics.

@HackneyAbbott Imagine a person on 35k pa going into a food bank and preventing those on considerably less from having it. If it is genuinely needed on that salary then the person has made many bad financial decisions in their life which anyone can do, but should be seen as an outlier.
