One of my favourite systems to use. The flexible 3-4-2-1 ⚽️⚫️🟡 ⚽️Stretch play in first phase with 3 CB’s ⚽️Natural wide players ⚽️4 man box in central midfield ⚽️Can go into a front 3 ⚽️CB can drive out with ball to overload wide area ⚽️tight lines ⚽️Back 5 when defending
