Dum dum probably meant to cite the 4th amendment 😂 Interestingly enough, he doesn’t have to ID as a passenger unless he’s been suspected of a crime. Judging by his behavior, he probably talked himself into one.

They're not allowed to force a passenger to ID themselves unless they've committed a crime. What crime did he commit? It was also the 4th ammendment that he should have referred to.
4th admendment. And cops are always trying to ID passenger. Actually he doesn't have a right to ID him and he also has free speech to say what he wants .this cop is a tyrant
