Man, thank you. We need your voice so much. Watching angry white liberals with no culture who have never been in an environment with minorities of any kind co-opt the experience of being black for personal benefit is one of the most infuriating things we allow in this country. I’m just so grateful for your voice and your perspective. Big fan.

🇺🇸 Put America First! 💯 We have the best chance with Trump & Vance. ✅ Wear it Proudly here:

So, maybe I have tunnel vision, but I think he did replace DEI, with MERIT. It does not matter what color you are, your heritage, or who you love. What matters is your aptitude, attitude, and level of skill. That is MERIT.

It’s funny because DEI policies aim to end racism, but all they end up doing is sowing more division.

Bro what are you wearing

Thank you. You are right - people want help. And there are many people who want to help. As for DEI, I really think the goal was to get leftists in positions of influence by hiding it behind "diversity". Do you think conservatives of any color had a chance?

I think the most important thing that needs to be addressed in our country is education. The United States received a failing score, and this needs to change. We have to make sure that we are providing quality education in All school across the nation, and get back to the basics, such as reading, math, science, geography and history.

Nailed it. In term 1 Pres Trump did Opportunity Zones, maybe something like that again? Not overtly color but really going straight to a towntrodden inner city which directly addresss those without opportunity no matter their color, and a high portion are racial minorities.

I always appreciate your balanced approach.

Great start to the conversation, as ever. Disclosure: I worked in a DEI consultancy for 3 yrs. There are ideas that have merit: people who started from a disadvantage need help catching up. What DEI got wrong is thinking problems would be solved by discriminating against whites.
