The DEI collapse proves what we’ve said all along: woke policies are taxpayer-funded scams masquerading as progress. 2,600+ jobs vanished because Americans finally rejected race-based hiring quotas and divisive indoctrination programs. Corporate diversity offices weren’t about equality—they were bloated HR departments pushing ideology while real workers got sidelined. Now watch bureaucrats rebrand these roles as “belonging” or “culture” consultants to keep the grift alive. The real victory? Redirecting those millions to border security, veterans’ care, and military readiness—priorities that actually protect Americans instead of dividing them.

Some Democrats are solely blaming Donald Trump for corporate America moving away from DEI. The truth is that corporations have been wanting to move away from DEI for years and Trump became a convenient scapegoat. The honeymoon phase of DEI ended a long time ago, they just didn't know how to officially separate from it. Just like any relationship that you move too fast with, the emotions of the situation blind you from seeing the true character of your partner and you over-implement good faith translations of behavior to rationalize an inevitably doomed relationship. The DEI industry has existed for a long time in one form or another but in reaction to the nationwide high emotions of the moment post the death of George Floyd, corporate America decided to marry DEI initiatives in our nation's moment of grief. Prior to 2020, most corporations didn't see the value in the initiatives of DEI and the practicality of fully adopting this shift in corporate culture. It's not to say that corporations didn't want a diverse workforce, it's just that DEI in practice prioritizes diversity as a significant factor in employment instead of a convenient byproduct. However, there was always a brewing industry waiting for the moment where this ideological framework could catch corporations on the rebound. As far back as 2015, Consulting firm McKinsey & Company, published a foundational report called "Diversity Matters" which became the key business case that influenced corporate DEI throughout the 2010s. The first inclination that this sudden marriage to DEI was destined to fail was because full adaptation of DEI by creating another department and C-Suite position as a Diversity Officer means raising financial demands for something that doesn't make money. In response to my New York Post article, titled "Why the diversity-industrial complex bubble burst," I appeared on Varney & Co on August 7th, 2023. In this segment I made this statement, "I think within corporations, ultimately it's about the bottom dollar. And the reason I personally knew that this was going to be much of a fad within corporate America to some degree." "It may not disappear completely, but it's going to drastically reduce itself. The reason being is because the DEI doesn't earn any money. And how do you actually rate the performance of diversity, equity and inclusion?" What many people don't understand about DEI is that it's not just a couple of added training sessions, it's that in the largest corporations in America, it's a behemoth of a department that radically alters how they operate and what they spend their money on. Investing money on a department structure that yields no profits yet spends money like a gambler is destined to disappear, especially in an economic downturn. Who even benefits from DEI? Most would presume that black people or other minorities are the primary beneficiaries of DEI positions in corporate America: They'd be wrong. White women benefit most from DEI because women are included in the diversity equation. It's estimated that about 63%-76% of CDOs (Chief Diversity Officers) are white women; 3%-4% are black (Zappia). Ironically, DEI is a white dominated field even in the non C-suite diversity positions. The association SHRM's 2021 data showed 61% of DEI professionals were women, the vast majority white women. The push to blame Donald Trump for DEI falling out of favor ignores the multitude of reasons why corporations fell out of love. Post-George Floyd, many corporations saw this as a public relations opportunity, throwing millions of dollars at any organization with "black" in its title and letting the world know about their alleged pledges. What they didn't expect was that making their diversity initiatives public brings them more scrutiny, not less. It's generally in the best interest of a company to remain neutral, especially if they provide a product for the public. When you take a stance and announce it, you risk losing a portion of your customer base or attacks from adversaries. Al Sharpton and other activists threatened a boycott against Target for their decision to drop all DEI initiatives and their racial equity program, which they pledged to invest $2 billion in black-owned businesses by the end of 2025. Their decision came January 24th, four days after Trump signed his executive order demanding the dismantling of DEI in the federal government. However, Trump was the scapegoat in their decision making. Target has been the "target" of activists and boycotts for their stance on social issues and product choices. In May 2023, the boycott stemming from their Pride Month collection contributed to a 5.4% drop in in-store sales and a 10.9% decline in online sales in Q2 2023, with CEO Brian Cornell acknowledging “negative guest reaction” as a factor. Oh, and we can't forget the many lawsuits brought against corporations stemming from diversity practices. IBM, Starbucks, Novant Health, have all faced lawsuits involving some form of discriminatory action due to diversity initiatives. And that's the final nail in the coffin of corporate DEI; it's legally questionable in practice. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, and national origin. The EEOC's Commissioner has stated publicly when replying to Mark Cuban's endorsement of diversity based hiring practices. "You’re dead wrong on black-letter Title VII law. As a general rule, race/sex can’t even be a ‘motivating factor’—nor a plus factor, tie-breaker, or tipping point. It’s important employers understand the ground rules here.” Corporate America's relationship with DEI is coming to an end because the honeymoon phase is over and rationality is coming back to the forefront. There are way too many risks and financial burdens involved with these types of divisive practices to maintain this high-maintenance relationship. Just like any trend, DEI came into prominence quickly and now it's going away just as fast. And that's not Trump's doing: Corporate America was ready for this break-up.

NEW: 🚨How the GOP is About to Fumble the Congressional Election in California’s 13th Congressional District With A Weak Candidate Kevin McCarthy Kevin McCarthy Convinced President Trump to Endorse🚨 Kevin Lincoln's Kevin Lincoln DEI Record Clashes with President Trump's Crusade Against Wasteful and Discriminatory Diversity Programs Loomer Unleashed has uncovered a video of GOP Congressional candidate Kevin Lincoln praising DEI initiatives. Former Stockton Mayor Kevin Lincoln, an African-American Republican who lost his 2024 congressional bid and is now chasing CA-13 in 2026. CA-13 is a D+2 seat that is a toss up seat going into the 2026 Midterm elections. Kevin Lincoln’s pro-DEI stance directly undermines President Trump's heroic executive orders dismantling these discriminatory initiatives nationwide. Trump's Executive Order 14151, issued early in his second term, axes federal DEI offices and jobs, slamming them as "wasteful" and biased. Additionally, EO 14173 wipes out "illegal discrimination" to champion merit over quotas in government and funded entities, which is core to Making America Great Again. Yet Lincoln's history screams hypocrisy. During a July 12, 2022 Stockton City Council meeting, Lincoln gushed about the "importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion," stressing the city's dedication to these woke values, even as Republicans rally behind Trump's anti-DEI revolution. This pandering betrays the merit-first agenda Trump is fighting for and further highlights why Lincoln is a disastrous pick for the GOP in CA-13, a D+2 seat that could be flipped with a stronger candidate. University drops job posting after DEI requirement exposed, professor says ‘I would not be hired’ today | Preston Mizell, Fox News University of Washington requires a 'one-page diversity statement' for new professor applications A University of Washington professor unleashed on the college’s strict diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) requirements for new hires and a teacher performance rubric that includes a scorecard measuring DEI strategy used to assess potential professor performance. Stuart Reges, a non-tenured teaching professor at UW’s Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science and Engineering, said he wouldn’t have been hired under the strict DEI pledge requirements, despite his academic achievements at the university. "You have to say that you have deep knowledge of the DEIs in order to get a high rating on all of this," Reges told Fox News Digital. "Funny thing is, I'm convinced I would not be hired if I applied today. There's just no way, even though I've won the Distinguished Teaching Award here at the university." The University of Washington’s listing for an associate professor of school psychology role includes a mandatory "diversity statement" for all applicants, signifying a pledge to the university’s "commitment to racial equity." "A one-page diversity statement describing your identity, positionality, experience and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and alignment to the APA's Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Framework," the job posting reads. "In addition, describe your philosophy of teaching and learning, including how your work will further the College of Education’s commitment to racial equity and social justice." Seattle Red radio host Jason Rantz also blasted the university’s hiring policy, saying in his recent op-ed that "this application process makes it easier to discriminate against conservatives, which is precisely why you won’t hear the far-left faculty speak out." "The university isn’t looking for diverse thought; it’s enforcing a monoculture of approved political opinions," Rantz added. In addition to the mandatory application diversity statement, the professor explained that a grading rubric to assess a potential professor's performance includes a section labeled "Diversity," ranking applicants on a scale of poor to excellent. A "Poor" rating describes the professor displaying "little evidence of potential to contribute to the UW Diversity Blueprint." "I've known faculty, very talented faculty who've left because of this kind of pressure and people who won't even apply," Reges explained. "I think a lot of grad students who might've wanted a career in teaching are kind of saying, why bother?" "I mean, look at all of the crap that you have to deal with," Reges added. "You have to kind of basically make up a statement that's going to make them happy saying the things that you're going to do." The publicly funded University of Washington’s dedication to "challenge" itself to implement DEI policies brings into question its alignment with President Donald Trump’s executive order from January titled: "President Donald J. Trump Protects Civil Rights and Merit-Based Opportunity by Ending Illegal DEI." "Many corporations and universities use DEI as an excuse for biased and unlawful employment practices and illegal admissions preferences, ignoring the fact that DEI’s foundational rhetoric and ideas foster intergroup hostility and authoritarianism," the executive order reads. In March, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) launched investigations into a number of universities for "race-exclusionary practices in education programs and activities." The University of Washington was among those universities being investigated. "The University of Washington does not view diversity and access as being in opposition to merit and excellence, and we remain committed to providing access to excellence for all," a spokesperson for the university told Fox News Digital. "Our hiring practices adhere to state and federal laws in ensuring that race is not a factor in hiring, and the UW has acted proactively when such a violation is known to have occurred." "Schools, colleges and departments within the University have significant latitude in their hiring practices, however all must adhere to state and federal laws," the spokesperson added. "The College of Education search referenced in a recent local commentator’s blog post was in compliance with these laws, but to prevent any ambiguity or misinterpretation, we are canceling it and providing additional guidance on hiring practices before it is reposted," the spokesperson continued. "We are also reviewing hiring practices more broadly to ensure that they follow state and federal laws." Read more:

BIG news: McDonald's is ending a number of woke DEI policies today. Now let me tell you what’s changing and how it happened. 3 days ago I told McDonald’s that I’d be doing a story on woke policies there. Today they’ve announced the following changes: • Hiring: They will END their diversity "goals" for how many of each race they hire. Many (myself included) have referred to these types of "goals" as quotas because these "goals" often operate as quotas that discriminate against white job applicants. • They’ll no longer participate in the HRC’s woke Corporate Equality Index scoring system that forces the trans agenda into the workplace in exchange for a perfect score. They also won’t participate in other 3rd party surveys. • Supplier diversity: They’re ENDING the DEI pledge for their supply chain. That means no diversity quotas or "goals" will exist for how they choose or prioritize suppliers. Focus will now be on merit. • Their diversity team will be "evolving" this year into simply an "inclusion" team. I explain in the video how I feel about this. As our first corporate flip of 2025 I just want to say, HAPPY NEW YEAR! We’ve now changed policy at companies worth well over $2.3 Trillion dollars, with many millions of employees who have better workplace environments as a result. Our campaigns are so effective that we’re getting the biggest companies on earth to change their policies without me even posting a story exposing their woke policies first. Companies can see that America wants sanity back. The era of wokeness is dying right in front of our eyes. The landscape of corporate America is quickly shifting to sanity and neutrality. We are the trend, not the anomaly anymore. We’re winning and one by one we WILL bring sanity back to corporate America. For decades, universities, corporations, and nonprofit organizations have argued that they need diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to create positive work and educational environments. The idea has been that training employees, students, and faculty to see and denounce structural racism and white supremacy everywhere will improve relationships. And yet, nothing that employers and universities have done in the last several decades has proven more toxic, divisive, and dispiriting than DEI. Dozens, if not hundreds of individuals have gone public to describe the cult-like mistreatment of people who refused to accept the DEI dogma that white supremacy is all-pervasive, that non-whites are inherently victims of oppression, and only whites and Asians, not blacks and Latinos, can be racist. Not everybody dislikes DEI programs. Their rapid spread across America’s colleges and universities, major corporations, and nonprofit organizations is a testament to the genuine demand for such programs among boards of directors, trustees, and executive staff. The thousands of DEI executives, consultants, and authors are a testament to the desire for DEI. Today, DEI is a $10 billion annual global industry. But telling millions of people that they are inherently racist by the color of their skin has provoked an understandable backlash. After all, it’s a racist claim made in the name of fighting racism. The central idea of DEI is that all whites and, depending on the DEI variant, all Asians are racist, for reasons outside of their control. It is a dehumanizing ideology. It is also conspiratorial, paranoid, and insulting. Consider the case of former Pennsylvania State University assistant professor of writing, Zack De Piero. In June 2020, the DEI director of the university sent a memo ordering “white people” to “Stop talking and listen to what needs to be done,” accept that they had “internalized white supremacy,” and “hold other white people accountable…” Then, the university’s DEI Vice President held a Zoom and “told everybody in attendance, ‘I want you to hold your breath in honor of George Floyd. And for all the white attendees, I want you to hold your breath even longer until you feel the pain.’” A few months later, De Piero’s employer made him watch a video called “White Teachers Are a Problem.” One year later, he says, The Penn State Affirmative Action Office told him, point blank, “There is a problem with the white race” and ordered him to attend “antiracist” workshops “until you get it.” De Piero refused to accept that he was racist, simply for the fact of being white. He refused to accept that he should lower the standards he used with his minority students simply because they were minorities. In various ways he pushed back, until he got in trouble with his supervisor. “It’s not that complicated,” he said. “You shouldn’t have to go to work and be told that you’re morally deficient because of your race.” De Piero eventually got into trouble with his advisor for asking too many hard questions about the “antiracism” trainings. De Piero looked into hiring an attorney to sue the college but couldn’t afford it. “I was just about to drop it,” he said, “and in the 12th hour I got news from the Foundation Against Intolerance and Racism (FAIR) that they had some funds to help me file a complaint. None of this would have been possible without them.” In our podcast interview, after I asked De Piero why he thought he stood up to DEI bullies where millions of other people had done nothing...

Most Americans have never heard of Reynolds American or their parent company, British American Tobacco, but you know their brands: Camel, Newport, Pall Mall, Vuse, Grizzly, and Natural American Spirit. It’s time to expose them and their woke agenda: • A perfect 100 score on the woke CEI scoring system from the Human Rights Campaign Rapid Response and support for Human Rights Campaign Rapid Response despite HRC supporting child sex changes • Employees with trans flags and allyship signs front and center at pride parades • "Commitment to DEI" throughout their business • A sponsor of Winston-Salem Pride • British American Tob + Reynolds American Inc. lit up their headquarters in pride colors for Pride Month • British American Tob + Reynolds American Inc. separate employees into groups by race and what kind of sex they like to have — 3 groups are noticeably absent from having groups: men, straight people and White people • LGBTQ employee group contributes to company-wide LGBTQ+ education and pushes for more “inclusive” benefits • They even did trans "progress" flag raisings at company sites in this video • BAT sponsored London pride and walked in Tokyo pride • BAT highlighted the story of a trans employee for everyone to read on their site and brag about their support for so called "gender affirming care" • They aim to put "gender affirming care" in their entire global benefits package by 2026 • They even went the extra mile by creating an "allyship guide” for the entire company • Their vape brand Vuse launched the “Be Every You” drag queen ad campaign • Their brand Vuse was recognized at the Unite South Africa Awards for their "LGBTQIA+ affirming work" • Reynolds American literally tracks every promotion by gender and ethnicity • Reynolds American employees do woke unconscious bias training and they have “inclusive leadership” training for managers • Both companies have explicit "goals" (that I see as racial quotas) to increase the hiring of minorities at a higher percentage instead of just hiring based on merit • As part of their quote “progressive programs and policies”, they’ve also instituted gender neutral bathrooms at the company • Reynolds American even brags about creating "safe spaces" as part of their DEI agenda. • British American Tobacco brags on their site that over 16,000 of their employees have undergone “Mastering inclusion” training and in 2024 they launched the “Truly inclusive leaders program” to “further develop DEI mindsets AND BEHAVIORS to Enhance PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY AND INCLUSIVITY.” • Sponsored a "diversity roundtable" In the words of a Reynolds American executive: "At Reynolds, diversity and inclusion is a thread that runs through everything we do and how we do it, it isn't just a box we're checking or a corporate exercise." Unlike others who try to hide it, at least they’re sort of honest about their activism. In a DEI piece on their website, they explicitly talk about making employees “change agents” for this DEI agenda. British American Tobacco’s CEO Tadeu Marroco reportedly told Reuters that he doesn’t expect to change any of their DEI policies after Trump’s executive orders. Bottom line is this: every time you buy Camel, Newport, Pall Mall, Vuse, Grizzly, or Natural American Spirit, you’re not just buying tobacco — you’re funding a company that’s pushing radical gender theory, transgenderism, pride, DEI, racial hiring targets, and climate change activism. Are you okay with your money supporting this? If not, call out British American Tob + Reynolds American Inc. for their so called "progressive" policies. Both companies and all of the brands they own should immediately end these divisive, racist policies and embrace corporate neutrality. This isn’t hard stuff, just get out of the business of division and identity politics. Be a company for everyone by just making the products you make and providing great service. Save the activism for your personal time. If you agree, tag these brands and tell them to end these crazy policies.

Here it is: The single most shocking testimony in United States congressional history. The Biden-Harris terrorist administration plotted the takedown of the United States military—and the Constitutional Republic of the United States. Senate confirms Lt. Col. Commander Matthew Lohmeier - fired under the Biden-Harris terrorist administration - as Under Secretary of the Air Force, 52-46 Space Force Lt. Col. Commander Matthew Lohmeier: “I’m here to testify about the ongoing Marxist-inspired efforts to subvert and weaken our military and broader American society. I’m an Air Force Academy graduate, a former F-15C fighter pilot, and was a lieutenant colonel and commander in the Space Force. In 2021, I was fired from my command for writing a book and trying to reverse the trend of the overt politicization of the uniformed services. Specifically, I criticized the military’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training, which at my own base was occurring despite an executive order from the Commander in Chief. The diversity, equity, and inclusion industry is steeped in critical race theory and is rooted in anti-American Marxist ideology. I watched DEI training divide our troops ideologically and, in some cases, sow the seeds of animosity toward the very country they had sworn an oath to defend. Before writing that book, I submitted a formal written complaint to the Space Force IG’s office detailing that such violations were occurring, including illegal race-based discrimination. However, my complaint was never investigated and was later dismissed by then-Lieutenant General Stephen Whiting, who the Senate had just confirmed for his fourth star. After two months, I received a written dismissal of my complaint from General Whiting. Personally, I have always advocated for a nonpolitical military work environment. Today, I’m here to testify about the ongoing Marxist-inspired efforts to subvert and weaken our military and broader American society. We often refer to these efforts as “wokeism,” but it is also a culture war. Yet even in this committee, there are differing views about whether there is such a thing as a culture war underway. Some members of this committee have been outspoken critics of DEI initiatives, including CRT, drag shows on military bases, trans activism, LGBTQ+ pride celebrations, and woke military recruiting videos—all of which are visible components of an ongoing culture war. Ranking Member Garcia, as he mentioned, on the other hand, asserted as recently as two weeks ago that culture wars are, quote-unquote, “phony” and merely a political talking point of Republicans. It is nothing short of incredible for a member of this subcommittee to assert that culture wars are phony, while another member—who is not present at the moment—is part of the so-called progressive squad and was herself a Black Lives Matter organizer and activist, an organization whose publicly avowed ideology is Marxism and whose activist ambition is social and cultural revolution. Service members who wear the uniform of their country do not want to see these things in the military workplace. They do not want to see them at their bases. In most cases, this is true regardless of their race or political worldview. Despite that reality, Pentagon officials requested $140 million to expand diversity initiatives in fiscal year 2024—double what it was over the previous two years. There are few things taxpayers, such as myself, consider less essential to the mission of the United States military than expanding diversity mandates and ideological training. And now, an important point: such strongly opposed ideological worldviews competing for institutionalization through policy epitomize and formalize what is properly termed a culture war. The fact that these debates now affect the U.S. military workplace is an offense to people like me who love their country and respect all people regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or background.”

🚨🔥HOLY SMOKES: Stephen Miller just SCHOOLED legacy media to their faces over their complicity in covering up for Joe Biden not running the country for four years — — while now howling about Elon being “unelected” while taking on the out of control bureaucracy — “The existential threat to democracy is the unelected bureaucracy." “It is true that many of the people in this room for four years failed to cover the fact that Joe Biden was mentally incompetent and was not running the country. It is also true that many people in this room who have used this talking point that Elon is not elected, fail to understand how government works." “The existential threat to democracy is the unelected bureaucracy." "Of lifetime tenured civil servants, who believe the answer to no one, who believes they can do whatever they want without consequence, who believe they can set their own agenda no matter what Americans vote for. So Americans vote for radical FBI reform, and FBI agents say they don't want to change, or Americans vote for radical reform on our energy policies that EPA bureaucrats say they don't want to change, or Americans vote to end DEI racist DEI policies and lawyers at the Department of Justice say they don't want to." What President Trump is doing, is he is removing federal bureaucrats who are defying democracy by failing to implement his lawful orders, which are the will of the whole American people." 🔥🔥🔥

Big news: Last week I messaged executives from Coors Light Molson Coors Beverage Company to let them know that I planned to expose their woke policies. Today they’re preemptively making changes. Here are the changes: • Ending participation in the Human Rights Campaign Rapid Response’s woke Corporate Equality Index social credit system. • No more DEI based training programs. • No more donations to divisive events. • Ending ERG groups in favor of BRG groups open to all employees, no longer designed to focus on race or sexual orientation. • No more supplier diversity goals. • No more executive/employee compensation tied to DEI hiring goals. This statement went out to employees just now. Our campaigns are so effective that we’re getting multi-billion dollar organizations to change their policies without me even posting just from the fear they have of being the next company that we expose.
