It is horrifying. We get so many DEI incompetents. Unfortunately, they are encouraged to become surgeons. Break the glass ceilings. After they kill or maim enough patients they have to go to "Bad Doctor School." Mentoring, restriction of privileges etc. Rinse and repeat.
