DEI pilot sends plane into a nose dive

Just imagine if Elon Musk ran his companies that way. He would never have built a near-trillion-dollar business. Elon only hires on excellence. People have to prove they are excellent and can actually do the job. He demands outstanding ability, not DEI.

Truth be told, that pilot was an example of “the Peter Principle” in action: I.E., “failing upwards.” The regional carrier he worked at prior to Atlas (CommutAir) cited him for poor sim performance, yet he was hired by Atlas anyway.

It is turning the whole thing into a pity party for the weak and the less capable.

Matt is such a fool

He might be a great podcaster, but he is less knowledgeable when it comes to flight or the investigations there of. In short we are all human and prone to make mistakes especially in high stress or high intensity situations.
