HOF Coach Sanders brought more attention to Jax State and HBCU's in 2.5 years than I have ever seen in my 48 years on this earth. Carry on smartly!

HBCU graduates and supporters do give back! It still is not enough to offset the decades of being underfunded by the state of Mississippi!! The more we give, the more the state takes!!

Who gave black people ghe right to call anyone else a sellout? I ain’t ever hear another race call their own a sellout. Who made them the race police? Any black person calling another a sellout is a clown

Prime is not a sellout... This is ridiculous

What I cant stand is white coaches do this all the time and dont get called sellout and even get celebrated for elevating to a new position. But when a black coach does it, he is disingenious or gave false hope

“Sellout” term isn’t warranted or accurate. Summary of the situation: Deion not having attended an HBCU, ran into the administrative quagmire that many of us have endured and he got fed up and left after 3 years.

"You know he always gon' be 8 toes down with you!" You know you was wrong for that one unc😂😂😂!

For all the talk today about inter-ethnic (white-on-black) oppression, there exists a kind of intra-ethnic (black-on-black) oppression that expects people like Deion Sanders to swear loyalty to his ethnic tribe, over and above what he deems to be in his personal best interests.

I heard 1 out of 10 HBCU alumni actually donate back to the school. At a PWI, he ain't gotta worry about that. the alumni basically pay for everything and he ain't gotta come out of his pockets or tap his resources and get nothing in return. They expected him to do it all!

This is the very play Deion Sanders hurt his toe. Week 12 against Arizona Cardinals 1998.
