Thanks for educating us. Now I have a deeper understanding of the process as I recently experienced a similar situation when I flew back to my base last weekend. It was delivered to my doorstop three days later tho. You should do more videos, sir. Well done 👏🏾

I should? Okay, sir, will consider it.

@Onsogbu This is absolutely brilliant. @mikeachimugu01 is one of my favourite people in Nigeria public service. Thank you sir.

@Onsogbu Ah. Thank you, sir.

We learn everyday. Thank you for the enlightenment, sir.

One of the reasons I don't bother locking my bags especially on international flights because I know it's a decoration, if a prohibited item is suspected, it will be opened without your presence because you already gave that consent when you bought a flight ticked and checked your luggage in. Thank you for keeping the education coming. Have you ever considered retiring to lecturing?

Getting leadership is important! This is very educative! Nice 👍🏽

Well done. You and a very few others give Nigerians hope that consumer protection like it is Abroad can be replicated here without the Nigerian variations (otherwise known as the Nigerian factor). I am sure you already know that I am a keen fan of yours because of your re-definition of that space. Keep the flag flying.

I don't take this for granted, sir. Seriously. I appreciate.

This is beautiful.

Wallahi NURTW should emulate this

Explicit. Well explained, now I have better understanding. I was going to complain about trolley at our airport, but with this, I am fine...again, sir, thank you.

Thank you sir for teaching us

Creativity at its peak!! Take us back to school!! With this information, Nigeria can never happen to me 🙏💃..Thank you for the constant enlightenment Boss 🙌✨✨

Omor. You are a genius at passing information. What a great piece of work.

🙏🙏🙏

This is very insightful. Thank you so much for this. Hopefully, you’ll continue to put out more educational contents?

Okay, boss. I will try.

Boss Leave am, you be public servant

This is very educative. Thank you for sharing, Sir.

Communication solves many problems. Thanks for this.

This is nice

This is insightful! Well done 👍

Very educative, thank you sir. One point though, I don’t personally have an issue with “short landed” luggage and it has happened to me arriving other countries. What irks me, and I guess other Nigerians, is how the airlines respond when the destination is Nigeria. Two examples: - They don’t give you information. You have to scrounge for it. - When your baggage arrives you must return to the airport to pick it yourself, no matter which part of the country you had travelled to. This is peculiarly so here. I know because in other countries, and on repeated occasions, I’ve had the luggage brought to my house.

I could point you to myriad cases where bags are delivered to the passengers. I agree that, sometimes, airlines try to dodge that responsibility. Happens abroad, too. You only need to monitor abroad Twitter to read the complaints of other nationals, and you'd know this. Sure, we still have a lot to improve upon. One can duly acknowledge the growth so far. It has been exponetial.

Thank you for doing your bit sir. God bless you.

Thank You OLUKO.
