Yep, but you also die in one shot and all you can do is running towards the enemies.

some udyr did that in my game and was the reason we lost, just go tank and deal that same op amount of damage and that’s it

cool, but like if someone even sneezes at you, you are gone. So either play him like this as an assassin.. or pray your enemies are blind to not hit you.
