Wagging a finger and saying voetsek to a high ranking officer (lieutenant colonel) , who is also a woman and in full view of the subordinates and the public is totally uncalled for. This colonel must face the DC.

The problem is that there is an animosity between Blacks and Coloureds and the protesters are Coloureds and those Coloured cops are having soft spots to the protesters based on colour and the colonel is fed up of it and wants the police to use rubber bullets and disperse them.

This lieutenant colonel must have lied on his cv. You say you enjoy teamwork and are able to work under a lot of pressure, then go out to insult and point a finger to your colleague, and worse publicly, he should be brought in for questioning.
