Dr Claud Anderson broke down the concept of delineation in his conversation with Rock Newman: He explained that delineation means Black Americans must be recognized as a distinct lineage, not blended in with Africans, Caribbeans, or immigrants. He stressed that when outsiders are grouped in under vague terms like people of color or minorities, the specific history of slavery, Jim Crow, and building America gets erased. In his earlier work Dr Claud Anderson often used the term Native Black Americans to describe this lineage, showing that the principle of separation has always been central to his teachings. That same lineage is now widely identified as Foundational Black Americans. He made it clear that without delineation the claim to reparations is blocked and resources are redirected to people who never paid the price.
